We love this location, so close to the beach! But pictures are never the same as being there. The kitchen was adequate but small for cooking for 12.

The house is in a great location, easy walk to the beach, and a nice pool/hot-tub for relaxation.
The property management team is very friendly and was available for any questions we had.
Would definitely stay here again.
The appliances and beds could be updated, but the house is in a great spot and quite large.

We had a wonderful stay for our first time visiting Hilton Head. All went smoothly and we have booked for next year! Very pleased.

My extended family of 15 stayed at Peek Of Blue for a week and had a fantastic time. It was large enough for everyone and the kids had their own area. Having our own pool was wonderful and the beach was just a short walk. The owners were great at communicating before and during our stay and we are definitely considering another stay!

Great house for our four generation family vacation. Enough space for all of us and close to the beach. Kids loved the pool when we weren’t at the beach. Fun neighborhood to walk or bike.
Jay and Lisa were great hosts. Will stay with them again when we’re back in HHI.

My family of 11 and I had a wonderful week at Peek of Blue!! It was a short walk to the beach, and having our own pool was great. The house was perfect for us in size, as there were plenty of bedrooms but also several “together” spaces. It was nicely furnished and had absolutely everything we needed! Lots of towels, a nice kitchen with a table where we could
all sit together, a washer and dryer with plenty of washing powder pods. The entire experience was amazing from the moment we booked until the sad day we had to leave. I really don’t think we could
have asked for anything more!!

Great site. Not enough tvs had to pay for pool heating and sporadic internet

We really enjoyed this house, close to the beach, plenty of room! Only thing I can really find negative is that the pool fees for the heater were really high, over $600! We usually pay half that when we stay in Sea Pines. Other than that it was wonderful!

The layout was fantastic for our large family. The kids room with the back staircase made coming in from the pool easy. Pool and spa were used daily and the short walk to the beach was a plus.

The Beach!
If you haven't been to Hilton Head, you'll love beach house (2nd Row) in Sea Pines. The house was perfect for our family of 5 adults and 4 adult friends of the family. Wow! Plenty of room, amenities, and location, locattion... Todd and Stephanie were so ressponsive to our early emails, our day of arrival, fixed the pool filter the same morning of the call, easy peasy. This was one of the best places we've stayed in Hilton Head and highly recommend!

The house was five minute walk to the private beach. Did not even have to pack lunch as would walk back! Home very large so held family of 10 in the six bedrooms and baths! Kitchen and dining were spacious. Overall home could use updating and TLC, and same for pool and the deck area. That said, BEST week in Hilton Head and beached and pooled it daily! I would rent this home again.

Older property , excellent location
This is an older property, but has been well maintained & is exactly as pictured. It was ideal for our two families with older teen & young adult children. Close proximity to the Beach allows for easy access including convenient morning & evening walks. One note, the pool must be heated for the spa to be used. We missed that detail! Property managers are easy to work with and responsive.

The opportunity to visit with Family Members was excellent!!!!
My comments are directed to the home, its contents/cleanness/operational status, and exterior conditions. Starting with the exterior, the front of the home (landscaping) is in serious need of maintenance, weeds actually growing on the front steps as an example. The rear of the home again the landscaping needs to be freshened. The cement surrounding the pool is terribly dirty and bad need of pressure washing. The exterior furniture was dirty and rusting badly. The kitchen microwave doesn't work so another one was located in a different room (poor) then the oven door would not close properly, needing repair/replacement. Neither of the two TV's worked and once working would just shut off in the middle of a showing. The rug in the main seating room directly from the poor is dirty, soiled and needs replacement. Several of the mattresses in the bedrooms needs to be replaced due to age and condition. In the master bedroom the closet door is off track and needs repair. Lighting in the master bath is poor and limited. Drainage in several of the sinks in the bedrooms needs to be cleared for better drainage. Overall this home needs major appliance replacements and cleaning to say the very least.

A step away!
Great place to stay if you don't mind a few steps to the beach! Maybe 150 yards! Great home for a larger crowd or family vacation. Loved the bike trails and riding different places. Great working with the property managers Todd and Stephanie!

More Attention to Details Needed!
My family rented Peak of Blue the week after Hurricane Florence; however, management did a great job of informing us of weather conditions on HHI, so, we were met with sunshine, great weather, and a fantastic beach for the duration of our stay. The home's location was in close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants galore, water excursions, and outlet malls. It was my family's first time vacationing in Hilton Head, and we're sure we'll return, but just not sure we'll return to this house. Here's why. When we first walked in the front door, I was turned off by the metal electrical box exposed on the wall. It had picture hangers above it, but no picture to disguise it. The backside of a side chair was facing us as we entered, showing someone's feeble attempt at fixing the upholstery with shiny, silver, staples! Who does that at these prices? There was black mold in the first floor MBR shower as well as on the patio. The second floor master (bunk room) was the only bedroom with a private bath, as the other four bedrooms had to share Jack n' Jill baths. My bedroom had two lamps on the dresser with ripped lampshades. This was reported on the first day, but we had to look at the fallen shade parts on our dresser for the entirety of our stay. They weren't replaced. To top it off, my bedroom door had no lock, so anyone could enter whenever, leaving us no privacy. Overall, the house was clean, there was enough space for my family, and we had a wonderful vacation. I believe the owners are new, but they really need to add more lighting, especially upstairs in every room, hire a designer to help spruce up the place, or reduce their price. When I pay two months' mortgage for only one week, I expect to live at least as well as I do at home, if not better. In all fairness to the owner, this house has the potential to be showplace.

All the beach neccesities... pool, spa, close to beach, outdoor shower, and ice maker.
Great family reunion/vacation with bike rides, beach walks, sunset cruise, coffee by the pool, and lots of spacious room for games and laughs.
