Nestled in Wisconsin, this charming house for $615 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Enjoy 180 degrees of lake views from this year-round Lake Geneva home located on the shores of Lake Como. Lake Como is a quiet, non-crowded lake with a shallow bottom. The lake is approximately 9 feet at it's deepest, so it's a perfect lake for boating, tubing, waterskiing, swimming, fishing and more! Centrally located just 3 miles west of downtown Lake Geneva and also steps away from the famous Mars Resort Bar & Restaurant with a piano bar and outdoor seating on the lake. The backyard is large with a fence separating the house from the famous Mars Resort supper club next door. There's a small private beach and pier with a boat slip to accommodate your own boat or one that you rent during your stay. We provide two kayaks, rafts, yard games and beach toys! The pier is typically in the water from April-October, depending on the weather. Ask us about boat rental recommendations. The home has a wrap around deck with a seating area, outdoor fireplace and a BBQ grill on the first floor and a 2nd floor balcony, all overlooking Geneva National Golf Club, with its three 18 hole championship golf courses. Several more courses are just a short drive away, making the house perfect for golfers. The house is also an ideal destination for team building, couples, girls weekends, families, and adult groups of friends. The house has an open floor plan with a kitchen that seats 8, opening to the living room with an additional dining table for 4 and couches, all overlooking the lake. There's a two-sided fireplace, and smart tv with cable provided. Please bring your favorite streaming platform logins! There are two first floor bedrooms with queen beds in each, both have wall mounted smart TVs. There are three second floor bedrooms with closets with two twin beds in each, for a total of 6 twin beds. There is also a 2nd floor living room with a wall mounted smart TV and a queen-sized sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress, giving the house a total occupancy of 12. We also have a pack'n'play and a high chair for those traveling with babies. There are two full bathrooms, one on each level. This is an amazing home with a great location. Not only will you be in the center of all the fun, but you'll be able to enjoy the most magnificent sunsets in all of Lake Geneva from the house, yard, pier and deck. For the lucky ones staying for the 4th of July, you'll have an unobstructed view of the spectacular Geneva National fireworks display that will take place directly across the lake. You won't have to fight crowds and find parking, but instead will be able to enjoy them from the comfort of this home. The local resorts have year round activities to keep our visitors busy all year. Winter is a great time to visit, as we are located near two ski hills, with ice fishing on the lake, great cross country skiing, ice skating and sledding nearby. Autumn is a beautiful time, as well, with gorgeous foliage throughout the area including breathtaking views across the lake. There are also orchards for apple picking and many fall and Halloween events to enjoy. Spring, too, is a great time. With the ice gone, Lake Como and Geneva come back to life! There is a strawberry and blueberry farm for picking up the street and plenty of other fun seasonal things to do and see. Our stay at this property to celebrate my mom's 60th birthday was amazing!!! Definitely perfect for a gals getaway weekend. The rental was beautiful, spacious, and was fully stocked with everything we could need! The kitchen is also fully stocked with anything you would need to make all of your meals. The whole space was even better than the pictures! Having the Mars Restaurant next door was an added bonus. It was nice to just walk over for a great supperclub dinner. It's only minutes from downtown lake geneva and we were able to go shopping and stopped at some of our favorite spots. The rental owners were some of the most kind people weve ever rented from. They made sure we had everything we needed and helped us out during the snow storm weekend. We will definitely be back!

This was a winter getaway that we will remember. The host left a great binder that covered everything you could ever want to know about the area. We enjoyed taking in the Lake Geneva downtown and found great restaurants. The lake was frozen with snow and there were people ice fishing, snow kiting, and children sledding with the help of an ATV. Great house!

The property was beautiful. You can't beat the views. We didn't get to enjoy the outdoor space but still had a very enjoyable stay. Plenty of room for the 8 of us. Would definitely like to return during the summer.

A wonderful, spacious home on beautiful Lake Como with all the comforts of your own home. Spectacular views and quiet setting makes this the perfect place to relax. If you enjoy shopping, Lake Geneva is a few miles away. The owner made communicating a breeze and was very friendly!

The property was special, and spacious! We would definitely come back, because the home exuded warmth. The outside lighting was rather dim, and might deserve brighter fixtures. Please, please suggest an international controller for the TV, DVD, etc. Very frustrating with 'FOUR' different controllers. No explicit instructions were provided. The bathrooms could use a bit of updating, because they both seem a bit worn-out and tired. Ali was extremely responsive and Informative! We were all impressed with her followup. We were in town for a wedding at Geneva National and the location couldn’t have been better! We were close to all we needed and more. Upon arrival the house was very clean and had all we needed. The Mars Resort is literally steps away and is full of fun & great food!

We, a group of 10, enjoyed our stay and appreciated all the amenities this property offers. Loved the view, the large deck and outdoor space. We had great weather while we were there in late September and spent a lot of time together on the deck and around the fire pit in the evenings. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. There was great communication throughout our stay from our host. We would definitely stay again at this lovely home.

The property on Lake Como was exactly as described in the listing. Great location with all of the amenities as described. Our 8 adults and 3 children under 3, used them all from the kayaks to the fire pit to sunsets on the deck over looking the lake.

This house was so much fun! We stayed for a family vacation and both my children loved the beachfront access and all the toys and boats the house had in stock. Ali and Steve were quick to come to the property when we had a minor question and were otherwise very receptive and communicative! The ambiance of the house itself is very inviting, I felt inspired by the color pallette everyday! While it was convenient to be next to a restaurant, we did experience two nights where the restaurant didn't turn off the outside music. However, the owner himself responded to an inquiry at the house and apologized so that was very helpful. No other issues after that. Would highly recommend staying here if you don't mind the little noise next door. Thanks to Ali and Steve for providing us with a lovely vacation.

This was one of two houses that we rented. It was everything that it said it was going to be and so much more. They had every amenity that you needed, they even had dishes, silverware, and toys for the children. We enjoyed our stay so much and thank you for your hospitality. We would recommend this house to anyone!

We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen had all the necessary items for cooking, so that was great. The resort next door was loud only on Saturday (and maybe Friday night but it was raining so I don't know) but they have sound machines in all the bedrooms which help. Nice little sand area for little ones to play in. Rafts and kayaks are provided. Large assortment of board games. Easy trip to Lake Geneva or Fontana.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home! The location was perfect, right on Lake Como with a little beach and a dock. The kids loved swimming and the home had kayaks and sand toys available for use. The hosts were incredibly responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The home had great views of the lake even from the inside as the main living area opened right onto a large deck. The yard area was spacious and perfect for the kids to play in when they got tired of the water. Overall, I can't say enough great things about this home and we hope to stay again in the future.

This is our 3rd year staying at the property and we will be back again next year. The property has everything you need and is right on the water. Our kids spend hours fishing off the pier and we love kayaking around the lake. Lake Como is nice and calm, but very close to Lake Geneva for things to do.

This property was absolutely perfect. From the cleanliness and overall upkeep of the property itself, to the location on Lake Como, right next to an amazing supper club (Mars Resort). This house was amazing! Very clean. There were 8 of us and we enjoyed the stay very much. The bathrooms were big. The bedrooms were very nice and comfortable. Decor was cute. Great sitting area on second floor. Kitchen had everything you could ask for and plenty of counter space for preparing meals. The views of Lake Como were so beautiful. The owner was so easy to communicate. We will definitely be back.

Perfect for a friend trip. We had six people and didn't feel cramped at all, and were particularly big fans of the fireplace. There was a long wait at the supper club next door but we were close enough that our buzzer worked to let us know the table was ready :)

Girlfriends weekend never fails to disappoint at this property! We enjoy time together at the house. It is well appointed with everything we need! The location is great with Mars Resort right next door for wonderful food, atmosphere, adult beverages. accommodating staff and owners.
