***As of January 2021, renters are not allowed to use Dollar Point Association Recreational Facilities*** **PETS PROHIBITED** This Dollar Point home offers two master bedrooms, 2 car garage, large open upstairs living room kitchen dining combination. Offers two decks, nice furnishings and light wood throughout. Floorplan: All bedrooms on ground (downstairs) floor; 1st & 2nd bedrooms on left both have queen beds and each has a 3/4 bathroom; to the right are 2 more bedrooms 1 with 2 twin bunk beds and one with a double bed, these 2 bedrooms share a full bathroom. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 - Downstairs, Queen Bed Bedroom 2 - Downstairs, Queen Bed Bedroom 3 - Downstairs, 2 Twin Bunk Beds Bedroom 4 - Downstairs, Double Bed Must be at least 25 years old to rent. Our properties do not have air conditioning. Please note that this property has a noise devise that monitors excessively loud noises per county compliance. BBQs are not provided during winter months (November to Memorial Day) CHAINS OR SNOW TIRES ARE OFTEN REQUIRED IN WINTER. PLEASE BE SURE TO READ OUR WINTER DISCLOSURE, PROVIDED WITH A RENTAL CONTRACT ONCE A RESERVATION IS MADE. ON MARCH 11TH 2022, THE COUNTY OF PLACER IMPLEMENTED A NEW SHORT TERM RENTAL ORDINANCE WHICH IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR GUESTS TO ABIDE BY. FINES RANGE FROM $1,500- 5,000 AND CAN BE ISSUED TO GUESTS WHO ARE NOT IN COMPLIANCE. A FULL LIST OF RULES IS ATTACHED AS A PHOTO IN THIS LISTING. SOME HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE: •QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 9PM TO 8AM. NO NOISE SHALL BE HEARD ACROSS PROPERTY LINES. Stayed for over a week at Christmas and the home was great for a family group. A comfortable 1960s/1970s vintage large home in a convenient North Shore location.

My only "not 5 star" is the beds....super firm which was too much for most of my guests but nothing negative otherwise.

Property managers were very responsive.
Disappointing that as renters we were not allowed to use the community property pool.

The house is in a very quiet neighborhood with beautiful surroundings. It is a very nice house and was equipped with every amenity you would need for your stay. We would definitely stay again!

Nice place, fully stocked with kitchen supplies, linen, towels. They gave enough toiletries for the weekend. Responsive management. Just a little FYI that it is an Older home that could use some TLC like paint n upgrades., but that didn’t impact our stay or make me rate this home any less. Beds are pretty firm.

We were 2 families with kids. The 4 bunk beds were a hit, and the common area was large and great. Overall however the house needs some updates, and some better beds/mattresses. I would probably rent here again, though my first preference would be a more modern property.

My friends and family enjoyed the time spending at this property. All that we needed was here. Clean, comfy and good condition. Kitchen has all needed to make a dish. Plenty of blankets if you are cold :). Kids had fun with boardgames and scooters (found in the garage). Walk distance to the lake.
We plan another trip to this place and stay at this property.

Our family really enjoyed the cabin feel of this property. Wood fireplace was perfect for the cold front that came in. The beach access was great, beautiful beach front, fun for the family.

Great location, spacious home, club house and private beach unbeatable.
The home was well stocked and had plenty of room for our family. The central location was convient to both Kings Beach and Commons Beach. We will be staying here again!

Comfortable Home with Lots of Room
We rented the home at Dollar Point over a long weekend. The location was very convenient to get to Tahoe City and Squaw Valley. The home was very comfortable, well stocked, and cozy. Everything was generally well kept, but could use a deep cleaning where upper shelves/light fixtures were missed and visibly dusty/cobwebby. And although I totally understand that the home is in a wooden area and bugs are a given, the front porch was quite covered in spider webs. Some of the linens, fixtures, could use updating, as well as maybe some touch up paint here and there. The space is great and all 8 of us could spread out comfortably. Definitely would rent again. Property management was very nice and accommodating.
