We encourage you to book online! 2023: 3 new bathrooms coming plus new photos March 2023! • Spacious, 5 BR/5.5 BA home with 2 queens, 4 fulls, and 4 twin bunks. • 7th row Ocean--Stand on the sand in less than 5 minutes. • Private pool, heatable in cooler months, and gas grill with full time propane. • One BR on main. All bedrooms each have en suite bath. • Big living area plus huge dining area/open kitchen. • Password protected WiFi and 5 LED televisions. • Two refrigerators and dedicated ice maker. • Laundry is a breeze with big dedicated laundry room. • Parking front and back plus storage for bikes and beach stuff. • Quick bike ride to South Beach Marina Village in 5 minutes, or walk it in less than 10. Completely comfortable, all cotton bed and bath linens including extra blankets and clean and comfy sleeping pillows, and clean kitchen linens. • Always provided in every BESTNEST in quantity for your stay: beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys/beach cart, beach towels, a supremely equipped kitchen (in quality and quantity), hand soap, dish soap, kitchen sponges, trash bags, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper, your favorite hair dryer ever, fragrance free laundry soap and dryer sheets, Ziploc bags, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, loads of quality coat and skirt hangers, and a few surprises. • Always courteous, knowledgeable, and professional, 24/7 guest service. • Allow us to amaze you, again and again. Our FAQ: HOW FAR TO BEACH: Out the front door, cross South Sea Pines Drive-- less than 5 minutes walk and your toes are in the surf. PAYMENTS: 50% due upon booking. Full amount due at 60 days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire. CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 61 days prior to arrival. At 60 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended. POOL: Heatable with electricity (cost effective, but ineffective in coldest months of the year). Charge for electric pool heat is $150.00 for the first day and $50.00 each additional day during March - May and September - November. This charge is non-taxable and non-refundable. 9 Wren Drive was well equipped with everything to make our friends bachelorette weekend a success. There was so much room, everything was decorated so nicely and they provided way more than I ever expect in a rental. They were also super responsive when we had a minor issue- if you ever want to go Hilton Head- stay here!

The house was great. We had everything we needed and more. We loved that we didn’t have to bring beach towels, beach chairs, or a beach wagon with us from home. All of these were provided at the rental. The house was well organized and clearly marked.

We rented this home and paid in advance ($250 for 3days) for the pool to be heated. When we arrived, the pool was not heated. We waited a day, still no heat. I called management and emailed. No response to the email, although my call was returned. I was told the pool company forgot to heat the pool. No offer to have it turned on for the remainder of our stay and no confirmation of a refund. It was a bummer because the weather was cool for May and the kids would have enjoyed the pool (it was ice cold). After we returned home I did receive a refund and a coupon for $150 off a future stay (no thanks). The home is in a good location. The kitchen is very outdated. It’s too bad the management doesn’t have a handle in the pool situation and didn’t take care of the pool issue in a timely manner. Overpriced for the experience and location.

Crisp, clean, and comfortable home with plenty of room for entertaining. Dinner table holds 12 people! Fantastic location near the beach and Salty Dog. Highly recommend this property.

We spent Thanksgiving with extended family at this house and it was perfect. It was so well equipped with everything we needed and the huge kitchen made working alongside each other easy. Many different places to hang out and easy walk to the beach (even for our 83 year old). Would highly recommend and cannot wait to go back!

We rented this house for our wedding anniversary, we were hosting friends and family for a special dinner. The accommodations fit our family quite well. Each bedroom had its own bath, which was well appreciated with a large group. The entertainment area was totally open concept. Kitchen, dining room with seating for 14, and countertop with additional seating. We actually had a celebrity chef , Carlos Brown managed the meal. Beverly of BestNet was wonderful from beginning to end even helping to purchase surprise roses for my wife.
I recommend this home and BestNet unequivocally. Thanks again

Home is beautiful and comes with tons of amenities! Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and 15 minute walk to the Salty Dog. Would definitely rent again!

Hilton Head Beach Getaway
This house was perfect for us and our extended family! The pool was loved by the kids and the short walk to the beach made it a daily occurrence. The house had no shortage of beach toys, chairs, carts, etc. The pictures for the house also don't do it justice in my opinion. It is much bigger than expected. We would definitely make this a yearly vacation!

The house was listed with very nice photos, the furniture and decorations were very good for the beach. A simple floor plan or brief description of the bedrooms and bathrooms would have been nice. Some things were not obvious from the photos. King sized beds would have been nice.
We have stayed in many vacation homes in the 40 years we have visited Sea Pines. It seems the owner and the rental company tried to have everything for a good vacation.

We rented this home for our family to get together to celebrate our son turning 6. It was in a great neighborhood that had a lot of great little restaurants, shops and a park that our kids loved. The house was great. Plenty of room for our party of 10 and about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed. The only issue was that we paid a good bit extra to have the pool heated and the pool heater stopped working but other than that everything was perfect.
