This home had EVERYTHING you works want or need in a beach vacation home. It's sills right on the canal and a very short distance to beach which was really accessible with the gold cart or by walking. The VRBO description doesn't do this house justice. We had 8 adults and 2 children. We had plenty of room to be comfortable. It even has an outdoor shower, which became everyone's favorite. 😂 Rent this place! You won't be disappointed. Thanks for sharing your house with us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Sarah, the property manager, was very responsive and made it easy to check-in. The property was clean, spacious, and had a ton of amenities to enjoy. The location was great too, with only a 7min walk to the beach. Would book again!

Very easy communication with the owner. She always got right back to us and handled a towel issue for us no problem. Golf cart was a lot of fun.

Our family has been traveling to Sunset Beach and Ocean Isle since 1999. We've stayed in many houses and this home was our favorite. The furnishings were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. There were also many games and water toys included with the house. My husband was able to take his first kayak ride and we absolutely loved having the golf cart included with the rental!! The location was great with the canal and the close proximity to the beach. It was an easy walk to the nearby beach access. The communication with the host was unlike any experience I've ever had. She was readily available for all questions and was so kind, friendly and thoughtful in her responses. She had amazing communication and follow-through from the beginning of our rental process until the day we left. I can't adequately express how much her approach as a responsive host positively impacted our stay. Highly, highly recommend this rental home.

Property is in a perfect spot. Not to far from beach or restaurants but not in a high traffic area. Golf cart is such a nice bonus.

Sarah's place had everything to have a wonderful beach vacation. The island itself is very upscale and safe and this place is in a great location close to public beach access. Great porches and a fenced back yard was amazing for our kid to play without worrying about him going in the water. Sarah answered any of our questions very fast. The golf cart was awesome to have as well. We will be back!

We cooked every morning and night and never were in need of something we couldn’t find in a cabinet. The view from the deck over the canal was great and we enjoyed the view over dinner on the nice nights. Plenty of comfortable seating inside and out. Furniture in common areas of better quality than just an income rental property. Owner was very responsive and organized. Great experience overall and certainly interested in renting the house again for another trip to OIB.

The house was amazing! The location and layout of the house was great. The house had everything you could need- golf cart, beach chairs, games, outdoor shower! Sarah was very responsive to all of my questions! We were very impressed and will be back!!

We arrived to the property via boat. Nice dock and a short walk up to the house, which was VERY convenient. Entered the house to find a clean, well-stocked kitchen as well as a pool table, dart board, and a plethora of items needed for beach activity. What you see in the listing is what you get. Nice bedrooms, very comfortable beds, and great TV's. Having the golf cart was also super nice, as we were able to quickly grab groceries or something to eat. Property owner Sarah communicated well and was a pleasure to work with. Will most definitely be returning to this property in the future!

Had a great family vacation at Ocean Isle beach. We were completely satisfied with this home would definitely consider a return visit. Golf cart was a great plus, made hauling things and people back and forth to the beach a breeze.

Our family had such a great week at the beach! We were able to swim in the canal, boat to dinner and enjoy the sun and surfing the waves. This home is a perfect spot for active families who want to take advantage of all that OIB has to offer! We'll definitely be coming back. Allison M

Sarah's home has everything you need. With extra fun things also. Loved the kayak and hammock also. Very relaxing. It is a beautiful home with gorgeous views. We are very picky and it met all our needs. Everyone said they would love to stay again. Sarah is so sweet and accommodating!!!!!! Our 1st Wilson/Hancock Family Vacation was awesome :)

This property was clean, well stocked and it comes with a golf cart...HUGE! Only reason it didn’t get 5 stars was...1. No Master bath (jack and Jill with the bunk room.) 2. No mats or rugs anywhere inside the property..,(no bath mats, no rugs to wipe shoes at doors. Very sandy result. The fridge can also run loud. ###bring life vests as they are not provided to kayak. The owner very kind and responsive.

Sarah’s place was just what my wife (reason for our trip...to get married) and I were looking for. It was super clean, had all of the necessary items for a week at the beach, and was big enough to entertain our families for dinner one night. The decks overlooking the canals were great for relaxing. We hit the beach (less than 2 minute walk) everyday. Sarah was super-attentive. The fridge was making a loud noise and she sent a repairman that day. Can’t say enough about how great she was to deal with throughout the whole process. She even left us a card and bottle of champagne! House is perfect. We will be coming back for our one-year anniversary. Thanks again, Sarah!

Our stay was Fabulous! Sarah, the owner is extremely responsive and great to work with The house is extremely CLEAN and has EVERYTHING you need. We were a group of 7 and had more than enough room. Perfect getaway!

Fishing for the boys on the canal, 1 block to the beach for the girls, jetski at the dock for dad. Clean and spacious kitchen and living.

Property Manager was great to work with. Easy communication and responded quickly. The Island is great, and the house was perfect. Fun on the water and easy to get to the beach and all the Island has to offer.
