Located in Gaylord, this lovely house for $410 per night is a great option for your next break. This beautiful and recently remodeled 3000 square foot, three story townhouse is located on the 2nd fairway of the Classic Golf Course and walking distance to the main lodge, the golf pro shop and cross country trails and ski hills. The townhouse is modern and fully equipped with cable and free Wi-Fi is available. There are 6 TV's including a brand new flat screen smart HD TV in the family room and a new 65" smart TV in the newly remodeled basement. The master bedroom has another HD TV, full master bath and a walk in closet. The loft bedroom has 4 beds, a full bath and walk in closet It also has also has a HD TV and is a great place for the kids. The basement is newly remodeled with two more bedrooms with two beds each, a beautiful bar area and large 65" smart TV along with a foosball table. One of the bedroom also has a new smart TV. A great place to gather after a day on the links or the slopes. The rear patio/deck has a hot tub, BBQ propane grill a six foot round patio table with 8-10 patio chairs. It is only a step down to the back yard and It overlooks the #2 fairway of the Classic. There is a portable fire pit in the garage for your use and also a community fire pit within walking distance and a heated outdoor pool year round. There are two bicycles in the garage and two corn hole games. We can accommodate 10-13 comfortably. This townhouse is only 2 miles east of US 75 and 1 mile from downtown Gaylord. It is located in the golf Mecca of the Midwest. Golf Digest rated it as the top 5 golf destinations in America. It is only 7 miles from the world famous Tree Tops golf resort and 1/2 hour from Garland resort. For skiers, the condo is located at the Otsego Ski resort and Boyne Mountain is only 30 minutes away. Tree Tops also offers sking and is 10 minutes away. For family fun, Macinaw Island is only 1 hour away and you can pick from 4 casinos. One is only 1/2 hour away. The towns of Petoskey, Charlevoix, and Boyne City are all within 45 minutes. Travers City is about an hour away.

The place was better than advertised. So much room for sleeping and activities, as well as a perfect location. Communication with Dan was excellent and the trip went off without a hitch. I will absolutely be looking to stay here again.

This was a guys golf trip and there were 12 of us. The place was in a great location. It was plenty big enough for us each to have our own bed and lots of space. The owner was great to work with. Would def stay here again.

This place was great, we typically try and stay at Treetops, but due to no availability ended up here... And after our stay, this will be our first option from now on. The hot tub was a great way to relax after a day on the course (and having a fairway out the back door made for some fun evening chipping contests) The home had all the amenities we needed. We had 7 adults on our trip, and there was plenty of room for everyone!! We would highly recommend Thanks Dan!!

We skied at Otsego over New Years, so this was the perfect spot for us! There were plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms and seating in the eat-in kitchen. Easy parking and access to the unit. All went very smoothly!

We had actually stayed here once before, booking through the Otsego Resort itself. When we pulled up to the place we all began laughing, but were excited because of how great the location is & how well the accommodations fit the 8 of us the last time we stayed. I had no idea that the owner had done any work to the place, and I have to tell you, it was amazing. The finished basement added even more room to sleep, hangout, had a bar in it. Cornhole & other games & a fire pit in the garage, plenty of parking and not far from the clubhouse or the Duck Blind restaurant. Great, great place, and yes we would definitely stay here AGAIN!!!

A perfect location for a ski weekend at Otsego. We traveled with another family and all the kids enjoyed their space in the open loft while the parents were downstairs. Everything was clean and well maintained. Will certainly book again!

The condo was great and just as advertised. We loved the location, close to the slopes and downtown with shopping and restaurants for a late night food run. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fireplace and it had plenty of room for us. So happy everything went as planned!

What a fantastic vacation! Your condo was absolutely perfect! Comfortable, clean, EXTREMELY well stocked- you have thought of everything! Kitchen had everything, as if you were home. The bedrooms had plenty of blankets, pillows etc! The picture of the loft doesn’t do it justice! It’s much bigger then it looks! Teenagers had so much room! The hot tub was a great added addition- and it was so nice to see that the hot tub is cleaned and checked on a regular basis. The location is great as well! Thank you so much for such a comfortable vacation! We had an absolutely fantastic time!
