This home is perfect for relaxing by the pool or long naps on the veranda in an Old Florida style. Located on 30A between Seaside and Rosemary Beach, you can access relaxing walking and biking trails is conveniently located just minutes away from the local boutiques for shopping. This cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and can comfortably sleep seven people. The master bedroom has a king bed with a full bath. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom is perfect for kids, with a full-bunk bed on the bottom and a twin on top. A fully stocked kitchen is also available for your convenience. The 7500-square-foot community pool is your view from the Veranda, and a large Jacuzzi is also available for you to enjoy. Both are just right at your back door. The deeded beach access, about 350 yards from the property, is a leisurely stroll featuring the beautiful laidback scenes that you expect on 30A. The sugary beach and the Gulf of Mexico host a wonderland of sea life. You will see dolphins playing in the water, find unique shells and sand dollars, watch sand crabs puttering across the beach, and marvel at the pelicans that swoop down to catch their evening meal. Not to mention the gorgeous sunsets! A quiet place to relax and unwind and soak up the sun. If you are feeling adventurous, there are plenty of water sports to choose from, like jet skiing, boating, fishing, and parasailing. Must Try: Taste the local flare at The Blue Giraffe in WaterColor or the Artist Colony in Seaside. No stop at Seaside is complete without visiting the Modica Market, a family-owned specialty market right in the town square. Walk in, and you will congratulate yourself on choosing the right venue. For a casual upscale beach bar and restaurant experience, you can't go wrong at The Red Bar in Grayton Beach. Be sure to sample the best crab cakes this side of Maryland! If it's Italian you are craving, visit Borago in Grayton Beach on Hwy 30A. If you find yourself in Seaside close to sunset, drop into Bud 'n Alleys and ask for a table upstairs. Cottage met all of our needs for a memorable and enjoyable visit to 30A. Convenient location to all the wonderful things! Would definitely recommend for families traveling with children (just husband and I on trip) - certainly checks all the boxes!

This cottage is perfect. It was clean and well appointed. We have stayed at the cottages of camp creek several times. It never disappoints. This cottage is perfectly situated on the pool. Perfect for families with kids. We will be back.

Overall we had a great experience with this cottage. Perfect size for 5 people, close proximity to the beach, quiet at night ( during spring break no less), and the management team went above and beyond communicating with us. They helped us retrieve a lost package and helped us connect to the TV late at night (for our teenagers). The cottage was exactly as described in the listing and I would definitely stay here again.

The cottage was so cute and perfect for our family of 5. The location is amazing and having the bikes was a huge perk. It was too cold to use the pool, but my kids would have definitely made use of it. The cottage was fully stocked with everything you need for your stay and the beach which was really nice. We would rent it again!

If you want a little piece of paradise then this is the place. The pool was a big hit with our 11 yro and the five minute walk to the beach was easy and beautiful! Groceries are about a 10-15 minute drive to Publix. However, Publix is building a new store directly across from the entry road to Santa Rosa Beach.. Ron Wilson (Maintenance Manager and then some!) went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. A very pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this property.... LIVE THE COAST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT and MAINTENANCE definitely exceeded our expectations! Thank you all!

I stayed here with my two teenagers and couple of their friends. The beach wasn't too far. House was clean and had plenty of room. Pool and hot tub were convenient and lovely. We had great weather and enjoyed the beach. The bikes and other beach stuff was great to have. Property manager was quick to respond to all questions. Definitely will stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Having a place all to ourselves was very nice. The cottage had everything we needed. Being directly off the pool was great and getting to the beach was a breeze. Beds were very comfy. Bathrooms were nice and all towels and linens excellent. Would certainly stay here again!!

The place was a short walk to the beach and was very clean. The furnishings are very basic but adequate as are the kitchen supplies. The only issue we had was with the ice maker. It does not dump the ice into the bin so it doesn't make more. We manually dumped the ice. Not worth calling the management to us.

Great forth of July trip on cottage way, the week went by faster than expected. Not a bad walk to the deeded beach, and easy access to the beautiful pool. Restaurants are the best the gulf can offer and much more! I highly recommend this place.

I traveled with my husband and toddler. The house was perfect for a week's stay with everything we needed. The beds were also very comfortable! The walk to the beach wasn't too long. The on site beach items were a nice plus, although the wagon was a bit worn. We ended up buying a wagon to transport our "stuff" to the beach - remember we had a toddler in tow. The beach chair service was great. The property management team provided us with their contact. The pool was nice, although there wasn't umbrellas for shade. The only downside, which you would know before going, is the house isn't walkable to restaurants or shops. Alys beach donut truck was a mile walk. As long as you don't mind driving everywhere, this is an excellent rental.

We loved our stay at Beachy Keen! The beach was just a short walk away (about 300 steps from our door to the beach access.) The beach access was a little tricky to find the first time we walked to the beach. The cottage was well equipped with boogie boards, floats, games, beach chairs, a collapsible wagon, and umbrellas for the beach. We loved having access to the pool right out the back door! The location of the house is perfect. Less than a mile from Alys Beach and a quick drive to the HUB and Seaside. If you plan to do a lot of cooking you may want to bring your own pans. There was only one ceramic frying pan. We did have to rearrange furniture to make it more kid-friendly but it was an easy fix. We would certainly stay at Beachy Keen again if we return to the area.

From the moment we arrived, it felt like home. It was right near the pool, just steps away, yet secure to keep the small ones from slipping away. It was nice to be able to sit on the porch swing and watch the pool when the family was swimming. There were extras that we didn't expect to find, like a must-have wagon to take everything to the beach, along with beach chairs and toys for the little ones. The beds were comfortable and the A/C worked great. The accommodations were clean and there were plenty of towels! the only draw back was the walk to the beach. I would have preferred it to be close enough to at least have a view of the beach. But we had a great time and were very comfortable in this quaint cottage and held our party of 7 quite well! Thanks for a great vacation and I will be using this property management team again!

Great location and clean little cottage. We loved being right next to the pool. It is right outside the back door. The cottage is convenient to all areas along 30A. The access to the beach is a little far, but we rented a golf cart and that made it much easier.

The cottage was great, perfect size. The swimming pool was a perfect option and well protected for little children with a gate latch that was high and required 2 hands. We will definitely consider return visits.
