Ideal for a large family (sleeps 9), unit 2509 has a king in the master bedroom and also bedroom 2, two doubles in bedroom 3, and a living room sleeper sofa. Sea Crest is a five-story elevator building with covered parking on the ground level. It has two oceanfront swimming pools (one heated in March and April), toddler pool, and seasonal poolside bar aka "Jim's Pool Bar". Wander through an incredibly landscaped courtyard with fountains and flora or soak in the hot tubs after exercising at the on-site fitness center. Within a few steps of the Sea Crest, guests will find many dining options at Coligny Plaza & Beach Market. This quaint downtown area has a wide selection of shops and entertainment for all ages. This property was absolutely perfect for 6 adults! This location couldn’t be more convenient to the beach, restaurants, and shopping! We had plenty of room, the sunrise was amazing every morning sitting in on the patio. They have a Keurig coffee maker that is new to the unit. We will definitely rent this place again. The only negative was communication with a property manager, we had none…just happy we didn’t have any issues! You will love 2509!!!

Our family had a wonderful time. It was our first time in Hilton Head and the condo was beautiful. It was in a great location for first timers and had everything we wanted. We will definitely return and explore the area even more next time. Only suggestion is to update the beds. Needs better mattresses.

Our stay was great the condo had all the amenities and comfort of home. the location was walking distant to shopping and restaurants. The view from the living room and balcony was perfect that is why we had to extend our stay thank you Buddy for getting back to us so promptly.

Condo has great location for anything you want to do - shop, eat, swim, golf, bike, walk or just relax. Plenty of room. Unit was actually larger than pictures would have you believe. Clean and comfortable.

Great place in the perfect location. On the beach with short walk to shops, great restaurants, and live music everywhere. On-site bar and restaurant are fantastic and pools were very nice and clean. Our unit was perfect for 7 people. Even the teenagers liked it when they weren’t on their phones. Will definitely be back!!

We had a wonderful stay at 2509 Seacrest . The unit had lovely ocean view’s especially of the sunrise. The unit was perfect. Very spacious, nicely decorated and well equipped. We also loved the complex with gorgeous gardens/ponds, two pools, hot tub, gym and Pool Bar Jims. The lication at Coligny Circle was very convenient for shopping and restaurants. Seashore Vacations was very helpful.

The condo was a nice place to stay. The location is great. You can walk to restaurants, stores, and the grocery. It was a sweltering hot August week and there is no ocean breeze on this side of the building so sitting outside on the patio wasn’t really an option, but the sun rises were nice before it got too hot. We like to cook and the condo could use some good pots with lids as well as a Keurig. Most places we stay have a selection of spices and basics in the condo to get you started but this one did not. You need to buy or bring everything you want starting with salt and pepper. The drains need cleaned. They were slow in the tubs and one sink in each bathroom. I re-cleaned everything when we arrived. I am particular. It was your typical rental clean. Bathrooms sprayed and rinsed, floors swiffered and counters wiped The air filters were clogged and need changed. Overall it was a nice rental. Plenty of room for all of us and the beds were comfortable.

The kitchen is smaller than other units in the building that we’ve rented, but it was workable. The beds were comfortable and the view was beautiful. The deck around the pool definitely needs to be redone, as it’s splintered in several places. Overall though, we love Seacrest and will definitely come back.

This is a gorgeous three bedroom unit with beautiful view and comfortable beds and pillows! I stayed here with my family of 5 over memorial day weekend and we loved the unit. We cooked a few times and the beds were super comfy. It was great getting lunch or a drink by Pool Bar Jims and it was so nice that the owners left some beach toys for the kids. Coffee on the beautiful balcony and so close to shops, I would stay in this unit again for sure!

The only glitch was the indoor pool and fitness gym was closed due to Covid. The rental process, check in and out was great will consider renting for this company again.

Actually chose another rental, but we were upgraded to Sea Crest 2509. We loved Sea Crest better than any rental we have stayed in so far at Hilton Head. Location is best on the island--you could honestly stay and never move your car. Very clean and updated. View was wonderful of the ocean and beach. Plenty of space and privacy for multiple families. We enjoyed walking to breakfast and dinner. Watusi was wonderful for breakfast. Also, my 4 year old grandson enjoyed the pirate ship playground so much at lowcountry celebration park--it is amazing and a must visit with all age children. We saw turtles and an alligator swimming by. Skull Creek is a great place to visit for the view and even more for the great seafood. We drove up to Harbor Town Lighthouse the day we left. It was an easy walk to the top with a beautiful view to enjoy. We got to see dolphins swimming with babies. We have never been disappointed renting through Seashore Vacations!!

Perfect location
Our family had a wonderful week in Hilton Head. Location was absolutely perfect. Near shops, restaurants, grocery, bike rentals and on the beach with pool bar access!
Check in staff was very friendly. App was helpful. They let us know ice maker was broken and they thoughtfully dropped off a big bag of ice almost immediately.
Condo is light and bright with lovely views. Paint color and beach themed artwork set a happy mood. Plenty of room for our family of five! Kitchen was well outfitted and we enjoyed cooking with a lovely view. Bathrooms aren’t as updated as the rest of the condo but were spacious. Having washer and dryer there was a fantastic!
The condo could use a good deep clean. I spent a couple of hours scrubbing mold and mildew from bathrooms, cleaning ceiling fans, wiping hair out of drawers, etc.. Broom and vacuum were available in condo which was great. There was a big tv left out on the floor in one bedroom, lots of wall art, an old microwave and carpet remnants left in other closets. Not a big deal at all, but would be great to see those items all moved to storage unit on our next visit.
Overall we truly enjoyed our visit and our time at the condo. It’s an awesome location with a light, cheerful feel. I’m used to cleaning at home, so a few hours out of one week was something I didn’t mind. We’d love to come back and stay longer next time.

The condo was centrally located to everything and perfect for watching the amazing sunrise. The unit was a great size with three full bathrooms for each bedroom which was really nice. The downside was that the unit needed updating and it was not that clean. I ended up cleaning some things because I hated for the next family coming in after us to have to see all the dirt and dust that was on the baseboards and furniture. I would recommend following up with the cleaning service as this has seemed to be an issue before from reading other reviews. Overall I would recommend this unit but I would also say not to expect that wow factor when you get there.
