check in was very easy, some of the appliances are a little outdated but it had everything we needed

Nice accommodation throughout for our 2 nights stay. Appliances are a bit dated especially with the dryer creeking during operation. Overall a good stay with a bear sighting on our last night. 😃

Overall great place to stay and pet friendly is a major plus. Some things were in need of updates the couch in the living room is not very comfortable as it’s a futon and the dryer was out of order. The unit had no ac and it was very hot, but, can’t complain too much most units in the area do not have ac.

Nice place, great location. Good for a spring skiing weekend

Really not worth the price as it was extremely outdated and had a cramped room with a Full sized bed and a bunk bed. Heaters worked well but were extremely loud making it difficult to sleep. Carpet was extremely dirty and had some smell. Lightning upstairs in living and kitchen area was very dim. Furniture was also uncomfortable

Stayed here with my family for a ski trip to mammoth. The WiFi and Cable worked great. We got in late Thursday night and the checkin was easy. Heater worked great too. Only thing is I wish they had more comfortable seating at the dining room table and the couch in the living room. It was quite uncomfortable. It was a good enough place for a quick ski trip.

Simple check in, simple check out, property was just as described, unit was clean, fit our needs perfectly! close to downtown, free buses to the mountain or anywhere you wanted to go, had a great time

They gave me a wrong code. We were outside for more than an hour and a half, it was snowing and no one answered. I didn’t like the place, very old and dirty

Good location, very quick and courteous response to an issue with TV that was resolved successfully. Condo very old and in need of repair . All kitchen appliances working.

I would like to start off by saying that we are not really picky people and are not usually ones to complain but this place was absolutely disgusting. From the moment we arrived there was a horrible smell throughout the condo and it was really concentrated in the kitchen. We were shocked by the difference between the pictures on line and what the place actually looked like in person. Once walking in you’ll be greeted by two sets of stairs both which are dirt filled carpet, the carpet is so dirty that the once brown carpet is now black. Upon walking down stairs into the bedrooms we found construction supplies left over in the closets along with extra pillows and blankets which were absolutely putrid. The pillows and blankets were full of huge stains and something that looked like frosting smeared on the extra blankets. The curtains also had pee looking stains on them (probably from another family bringing their pets). There were holes in the wall of the restrooms causing water damage to the ceiling and and when we took showers the drain was clogged so we were stepping in dirty water the entire time. Also, there were left over nail clipping and hairs on the toilet. When we walked up stairs to the kitchen/living room area we noticed that the broken couch/futon was missing the covers as shown on the pictures. The chairs were super uncomfortable and the tables were dusty, damaged, and burned. The appliances were also broken like the stove, toaster oven, and washer and dryer. All the kitten utensils and pots and pans were absolutely disgusting filled with left over food and water marks. After trying to file a complaint we only received a refund for the cleaning fee which isn’t ideal but like I mentioned before we’re not ones to complain so we let it go. But hopefully our feed back will help them improve. (Also, don’t try to do the puzzles they have there… they’re all missing pieces)

the place needed some minor touches, some items were not working properly but we managed it for 3 nights. however, i would not use Vrbo again since some info were not provided about the condo

Had all the basic necessities, very close to a bus line, grocery stores, nice community hot tub.

Great location. Very easy with a dog since the door opens right out to a nice little yard area for potty time. The place needs a deep clean but it is well stocked and has a great layout with the king in one room, and the extra bunk with the queen in the other. The futon is difficult to sit on and needs to be replaced with a couch and the mattresses are pretty sad. But overall we had a great time.

The place is located in the middle of town and was clean. 2 bedrooms with pretty comfortable beds, though not much in the way of linens. The place has most everything you need but very basic furniture, furnishings, and cookware. The communication with Vacasa Mgmt was excellent.

Somehow I missed reading reviews for this property and most likely would not stay there if I did. Photos are much better then it was in reality. I suggest using 3d tour, as it is much closer to the way everything looks.
We stayed for more than 2 weeks. Both of us were working during weekdays working hours. There is only a dining table available, no desk or any additional surface that would work for us. The wifi was bad for one day, but after that was good for both of us to have meetings at the same time.
Good things:
The kitchen is well stocked, great location close to downtown, parking right in front of the property, hot tub available, good mattresses, clean.
Not so good things:
The couch is a futon, the cover would never stay in place, and it was tough to sit there; we would slide down and avoid sitting on it. We would use the bedroom to chill and relax, which doesn't make any sense, but this was our only option to relax together in the property.
There are no blackout curtains. Curtains in the living room are torn apart in several places.
We stayed for more than two weeks, and there were not enough dishwasher tablets, paper towels, and toilet paper.
There was someone else pants hanging on the door in one of the bedrooms.
Some of the kitchen pots were dirty.
The downstairs shower faucet was broken and leaking.
The kitchen above the oven fan was not working, only making sounds.
On Fridays and weekends, around 6 pm till 10 pm, some locals would gather outside the property where the master bedroom and kitchen windows are facing. They played loud music, were drinking, and probably were having fun. It was loud even with closed windows and disturbing for us trying to enjoy our stay.
It would be great to have chair cushions for dining chairs.
The property is old and photos make it seems like a nice, cozy place, and as if it was remodeled recently, but in reality, it is what it is...
We expected more for the price we paid, and it was sad to see this difference between photos and reality. I feel as I've been deceived and will not be back on this property.

We were told that the parking passes for our two vehicles would be inside, but they were not. We sat on hold with Vacasa for over an hour to see where we were supposed to get them, but never was able to speak to a representative. A washer and dryer is also advertised but there was no laundry detergent or dryer sheets- no one travels with those and it is typically expected that there should be some at the property for us. There’s also a coffee maker but with no coffee available and limited cooking spices. We had to buy a lot of basic things like sandwich bags, spices, coffee, aluminum foil, etc. When people spend almost $2,000 on a furnished place to stay for the weekend, those things should typically be available. Only two of the stove tops were working properly. The toaster handle kept falling off. The heaters in the house were also leaking water and we kept stepping in wet puddles. The balcony was also dangerously icy, which we had to go out onto to get wood for the fire. The “couch” was just a futon that had a covering on it that would not stay on- the covering kept slipping off and the futon kept sliding off the frame. Overall, we were not very impressed with this property. Great location but the home itself could definitely use some updates.
Also- do not count on the WiFi to do anything work related.

This place has everything you need for a family stay at Mammoth. It is clean and in a convenient location. I subtracted one star because it is due for an update and the kitchen wares are not in great condition.

Great pictures online do not represent the actual property! The unit was very outdated, furniture was poor, and it was very dark! We ended up being stuck inside due to smoke/air quality from fires in the area so we were going to watch some football-neither television worked properly - coverage skipped every 3-5 seconds. Tried to reach out to owner twice prior to our visit and received no response. Would not recommend this property at all!

The House was great but many things didn’t work
The house was great but many things weren’t working for example The Cable, The two tv’s in the room, when we got there the house was sorta dirty and the Fridge portion of the refrigerator didn’t cool fast but thank you for a new experience.

Had a good time for my family ski trip
Had a good time with my family, good location for Mammoth ski resort, took about 7min to Canyon lodge. Liked this place except few minor things.
It would be better if they Could upgrade the living room sofa, it looked old and uncomfortable to seat on it, the living room rug looks need to be cleaned up. Overall condition of this house is ok. We will come back.

Not what we expected, unfortunately
We loved the location of this property. It is easy walking distance to the stores and restaurants. The hot tub within the complex was great too. Unfortunately, we arrived to a filthy duvet cover on the king bed (make-up and toothpaste) and had to wash it before using bed. Another bed was missing a comforter all together while also lacking any extra blankets. The outlets in the unit are very old and most do not work. The kitchen is not well equipped for cooking meals so be prepared to only heat up food or get take-out. The shower door in the lower bath didn’t glide without a struggle to access the shower knobs. Lastly, the front door lock was not working properly the entire time we were staying. I can’t say I’d recommend this property unless your standards are pretty low. I knew this wouldn’t be a palace, but certainly didn’t expect what we got. Vacasa did give us a partial refund for our inconveniences yet I wouldn’t want anyone else to endure what we did.

great home located centrally in mammoth lakes. had everything you needed in the kitchen, nice glass areas outside for the pup, and extremely comfy beds. highly recommended!

Summer experience
This property caught my attention because of the great price however with all the fees and taxes it doubled in price. The place had all the essentials and great for sleeping but not your greatest choice for any extras. The beds were springy but had warm comforters. There is No AC during the summer but really didn’t need it.
They did leave great instructions of how to enter and all the amenities. I was a little disappointed that they charged for my emotional support dog to stay there when usually fees are waived. Many things were not in great shape such as the screen door, curtains, wood moldings were coming off. Overall, if you need a place to sleep great but not the nicest choice. I would maybe pay a little more for an upgrade at another property.
