About this house rental
This brand new 2 story home completed in 2017 comes with 4 large bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. An expansive first floor open space includes the kitchen, dining room and great room. Enjoy the amenities of granite counter-tops, ceramic tile baths, air conditioning and modern stainless steel appliances while surrounded by copious amounts of natural wood trim. The first floor master bedroom comes with its own bath including an extra large shower. The 3 upstairs bedrooms share an extra large bathroom with dual sinks.
Outside you'll find a covered patio and separate Amish built outdoor kitchen area within the quiet seclusion of this wooded property. Enjoy a short walk to the Lake Erie shoreline or sit on the patio and listen to the waves lap the beach. Pilots or aviation enthusiasts can watch the occasional airplane land at the adjacent lazy municipal airport. Bicycles are an excellent mode of transportation or rent a golf cart to see all the unique scenic attractions that the "Emerald Isle" has to offer.

The house was very clean and the size was absolutely perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and each room had a fan for warmer nights. The basement was empty with a handy washer and dryer. The grounds were well kept and very spacious with trees for shade and great for hanging hammocks. The fire pit had benches around it and beyond the trees there was a great space to play games, frisbee, 16 inch softball, etc. The patio was so pleasant to sit and read, eat, drink a cup of coffee or your favorite beverage. The garage was empty so we were able to put our boat inside when the weather predicted storms. It had an extra large freezer in the garage and an empty fridge for beverages or extra food. It was fun to see and hear the mail plane coming in and leaving everyday. Great place! The beds were comfortable and each room had a fan for warmer nights if you chose to use it.
