Your large-load clothes washer and dryer are behind a soundproof door in the hallway of this condo. Your condo in La Princesa Tower is centrally located within The Shores, just minutes to the world's most beautiful beaches and a six-minute walk to Coronado's shops, dining, and entertainment on Orage Avenue, including the world-famous Hotel Del Coronado. Orange Avenue in Coronado is dotted with delicious, reasonably priced cafes and delis as well as exotic restaurants. You'll also find grocery stores, museums, and specialty shops.
