The mission of the new owners is to preserve the history and architecture of this magnificent building, while opening it up to allow others to also enjoy it's beauty. PROPERTY DETAILS As you enter the front double doors, you will be in a beautiful lobby area shared with the on-site bridal boutique. Upon entering the apartment, which encompasses a portion of the first floor and the entire upper floor of the building, you will be greeted by arched windows, a dining area, full kitchen, and living space complete with a flat screen TV with internet access to all of your favorite streaming apps. There is also twin pull out couch and half bath downstairs. When you reach the top of the original hardwood stairs, you will find the 2nd living area with a mini-fridge and coffee bar so you can get your morning coffee fix without heading downstairs. This living area has a 4-seat pub table, couch seating for 5+, and a flat screen TV, DVD player, and many movie options to choose from. The entire upstairs maintains the original character of the property with its hand painted, frosted glass doors, original hardwood floors, and original bathroom fixtures. As you go down the main hall, you will notice the original "doghouse" windows lighting the space as well as two large closets. The first doorway you come to is the Master Bedroom, which has a king size bed, 4 large closets, and a sitting area.
