Ideal for multiple families, this home has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, two fireplaces, three floors, two kitchens and many areas to rest and relax indoors and out on the wrap-around porch, moon porch or beach. Offering heat and air conditioning, there is one bedroom on the first floor for those who might struggle with stairs. The fully-furnished kitchen has all the utensils, pots and pans and appliances for you to cook large meals or small and the dining has a large table to accommodate large parties. Very nice house. Equipped with everything we needed. Views were gorgeous. Would love to stay there when it’s warm so we could go down and enjoy the water . Definitely would go back and will pass this place on to everyone.

The accommodations included everything we needed in the kitchen. There were more beds available than were evident on the website, so we didn’t have to double up the way we thought we would have to. We had a very peaceful, comfortable stay with super views of the lake. Lisa was great to work with, and very responsive.

Lake view is amazing. Very nice property. The owners were super responsive when we texted. The room configurations really worked for our group. We’re a group that has teenagers, 40 something’s and grandparents, so we need to spread out and this house allowed us to do that.

We had a family reunion for a week at Cayuga Lake. We visited a Science Museum in Ithaca, Water Park in Rochester, Lucas Vineyard, and Taughannock Falls. In the middle of the week, we rented a pontoon boat and cruised around the lake. Lots of fun!

This property is exactly as advertised and it is bigger than it looks in the listing! It was the perfect size for our group and we had the best weekend. It was super clean and everyone had a wonderful time. We have already talked about probably booking here again in the future. I definitely recommend it!

This home was absolutely perfect for our family getaway. The best part was having a dock with lake access so that we were able to rent a speedboat from a nearby rental company. We also enjoyed some fishing, and other water activities. The home does not have a full bathroom on the ground floor, it has a half bathroom. But that was not a problem for us. All rooms were very spacious, and the home was well furnished with everything we needed. I highly recommend this property if you are considering a finger lakes vacation.

This home had everything we needed. Having three bathrooms and five bedrooms allowed us to spread out. Having three levels allowed a quiet space for sleeping kids (or grandparents). The view and deck were so relaxing. The property was located on a deadend steet and very quiet. Three families (6 adults and 5 kids ages 6 and under) were very comfortable here.

Spent a long weekend with family as in the area for college graduation. So much space!! Love the large living room/kitchen space along with deck and wonderful lake views. The only issue we had was not having more days to enjoy. Thanks for a great weekend!

We were very pleased with our house rental. The house location off the main road was a plus. The home was clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. The bathrooms and kitchens were adequately equipped. WiFi service was a plus. A great house for an extended family get away. We appreciated the letter from the owners that we got before our trip giving us information about using the house and outdoor equipment and suggestions on shopping, restaurants, and other activities close by. We would love to return in the future.

This property has great potential but a little more attention to detail is needed. My family of 9 spent a week at the property in July. We fully expected to use both kitchens, but the lower level kitchen had nothing available to cook with. The cupboards were bare. The upstairs kitchen had minimal cookware which was also disappointing. A few other items that my family noted of concern were the poor quality pillows, unreliable wifi, and minimal hot water. The TV on the lower level had no hook up to the direct TV service and is not a smart TV. Consequently, my son had to buy a device at Walmart which allowed him to connect the TV to his phone. The placement of the garbage can is approximately 1/2 mile down the lane which we found inconvenient as we had to regularly drive our garbage when removing kitchen waste. The back of the property leading down to the lake is overgrown with tall weeds and bushes and needs some maintenance to bring back it's potential beauty. Its a shame that the landscaping there has not been attended to as I'm sure that it was lovely at one time. Other than these issues, we had a delightful week as the setting is beautiful.

The house was even more spacious than we expected. The kitchen was large enough for us to cook Easter dinner and there was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The house was very clean and the view of the lake is beautiful. It was reasonably priced and we will definitely rent it again.

We couldn't have been more put off by how dirty the house was. We will be requesting our cleaning fee back because the house clearly hadn't been cleaned in many months. Spider webs (full of bugs) attached to the couches, lights, tables, doors. Dust covering surfaces. Sticky handles on the kitchen cupboards. Dishwasher did not function properly. Location was great, but I would not recommend this property unless you want to be cleaning upon arrival.
