About this apartment rental

Conveniently located in downtown Traverse City between Sunset Beach Park and F&M Park. Short and easy walk to dining and shopping, several parks and beaches, the TART Trail and more. This spacious 1340 square foot handicap and stroller accessible main level condo offers 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, in suite laundry, and a large kitchen with snack bar overlooking a spacious open floor plan. Plenty of storage and room to relax. Updated flooring, furniture, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Nice walkout patio with sitting area.

Property was in a great location. Within walking distance, about 10 mins, to the splash pad/ concession area on the the lake. Close to shops and restaurants, walking distance (might be a little longer walk). Great parking to the room. It is great having a reserved spot and there are extra spaces close by if you bring multiple cars.

My family and I did a 1 day stay, check-in was easy, condo was clean, and location was good for a short walk to downtown.

Could use an update in towels and linens. Dining table and floor could use some refinishing. Otherwise very well equipped and clean! Loved the location!
