Welcome to the popular Virginia Beach North End Seashore Delight!! We have offered a comfortable and beautiful atmosphere and thought of every detail for our guests. Renovated in 2023 and well-appointed with modern style furnishings, our 3-story townhouse is the perfect place for families to relax in a quiet neighborhood (Sorry, we only rent to families and forbid parties and group gatherings of any kind). The house is located on Ocean side of Atlantic Ave less than 1 block from the beach and with direct access from the backyard it is just a couple minutes away. Fully equipped kitchen, High Speed WiFi. Two decks where you can enjoy your morning coffee or the sunsets and ocean breeze, Two TVs, Washer and dryer. Outdoor shower. The attached garage is a great place to store your additional beach equipment. Security Cameras monitor the access to the property. 3 cars parking next to the house. Please no RV’s, boats or trailers. We provide plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. Come and stay in the heart of Virginia Beach at the Seashore Delight! New memories begin here... Note: - The minimum age to sign the rental agreement, 25 years old. - Weekly, from Saturday to Saturday, rental (during a summer season) - Person responsible for payment must be one of the staying guests - This is family-oriented vacation property in a quiet residential ocean side neighborhood; no loud parties or students getaways allowed - Linens and towels are available for an additional $135. - Questions [[804]] [839] - [5367]

We had a great time. Great location, plenty of space for our group. Grill and kitchen were great to grill n chill. Beach very close by, lots of gear, including a beach cart in the garage.
We really enjoyed our stay. Olga was very responsive before and during our stay.

We loved the property and all the amenities. It was clean and well-maintained. The short walk to the beach allowed us all to come and go as we pleased. It was a fabulous week. Thank you, Olga!

The house was nice and had everything we needed to cook and for the beach. It was a short easy walk to the beach. The beach was not crowded at all. There were also a few restaurants within walking distance even though you are a little off of the boardwalk. We had a great week and enjoyed the space.
Only minor complaints were the first floor bathroom was a little tight to open the doors and water pressure was low.

This condo has EVERYTHING!! The location is perfect with a private beach just a short walk away and downtown just a short drive. Beautiful neighborhood, quiet. I messaged the owner several times during my stay and they were quick to respond. I will be going back

Everything about this rental was great. It was the perfect home for 2 families to visit with each other. The space is perfectly set up for family time in the middle and bedrooms on the upper floor and entry floor. 100 yards to the beach and miles of beach walking. Grilling on the deck made for easy dinners. Will definitely revisit.

Lovely VaB experience
This condo was a nice space to spend New Years with my family. It's an easy safe 2 minute walk to the beach--we walked to the beach several times each day. Sleeps 6 to 9 comfortably. I would recommend this home to others.

We had a wonderful time while we were there. The property is in the perfect spot because you are still close to the boardwalk and all the action while also being far enough away to not be in the thick of the crowd. Felt like we had our own little slice of the beach.

Easy beach access and convenient location
Comfortable and clean, this property was ideal for us to vacation with our daughter and her family. It provides a quick walk to the beach and is located close to stores and other amenities. Property is well equipped for the beach including an outside shower and provides comfortable beds and adequate kitchen! Highly recommended!!

Great location near beach
Only 100 yards from the beach. Will have to come when it is warmer. The accommodations were clean and everything we needed was included. No complaints really - would like to have more comfortable couches and beds, but a perfect location for beach access and not far from the boardwalk also.

Their place was very well kept. Had some issues with the fridge kinda smelling bad at first and the kitchen light didn't work. But it's understandable they didn't want to come fix anything as we have a pandemic right now. Wish there was some way to stream other services besides Netflix, but again not a huge issue. Would definitely stay here again as access to the beach was perfect.

Great Holiday
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for an extended Labor Day weekend. There was plenty of extra room for 5 of us, and a very short walk to the beach. Only drawback is the driveway which is kinda hidden and challenging to exit because of limited visibility.

Spacious and very close to the beach
We really enjoyed the proximity of the beach and the fact that it is not in the crowded area of the beach. The condo was spacious enough for 4 adults and 4 childrens. The condo is well equipped and well maintained.

Beautiful property, less than a block from the beach! Condo had skylights everywhere, very clean!
This is a beautiful rental property. It had two decks, a grill, well stocked kitchen and plenty of room for everyone to gather together or have some required privacy. It is so close to the beach (less than a block)with no highways to cross. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards in the garage to use.
The house was immaculate. Washer/Dryer on sight (free to use) made keeping up with laundry easy for everyone. Olga and Len left clear instructions for anything and everything that we needed. It was a pleasure dealing with Olga and joy to stay here!

Clean, comfortable and well equipped.
Our family enjoyed our stay. Olga was very responsive with all of our questions prior to our stay. The home is welcoming and has everything you would need including beach chairs, umbrellas and boards. Beach access was easy avoiding the busy road. Would highly recommend and will look forward to staying again in the future.
