The property is 190 metres from the Cowes Boat Ramp and the beach. It has plenty of off-street parking, so you will not need to pay for parking at the boat ramp. Launch your boat and park your trailer back at the property. Netflix is available in the main living area via an Apple TV which can also stream free to air TV and YouTube. Wireless internet is also available. This is a fantastic family friendly holiday home that is suitable for 4 to 5 families or small groups. . With easy open plan living, the main living area is lovely and sunny and has polished timber floor boards, split system heating and cooling, a HUGE modular lounge, a BIG 60" flat screen TV and a BluRay player. There is a central dining table with seating for 12 plus a further 8 bar stools at the kitchen bench, so there will be ample dining seating for everyone.
