About this house rental
In order to provide our guests a cleaner place to stay we are deep cleaning and disinfecting with a Hospital Grade Disinfectant all frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc) after every check out. We have put away unnecessary Decorative Bedding and Throw Pillows in order to better serve you. All the furniture is disinfected and wiped down. Get Away from it all and relax in this lovely and spacious (1,800 SQ FT ) three bedroom home. Open floor plan with New Oak Hardwood Flooring throughout the house. This corner charmer that sits on four lots, offers lots of green space and privacy. The neighborhood is very nice and it's just a short walk to the "Beach". A block away there is a great neighborhood Park with Water Pads that kids enjoy in the summer. Enjoy wonderful sounds of nature while drinking your morning coffee in the charming screened-in wrap around porch. Gulfport Breeze was rebuilt in 2006 after Hurricane Katrina in August 2005. This House was one of the few structures left standing in this area. Fortunately a huge Oak Tree was uprooted and fell across the front yard and saved this property from being wiped out. This home has a very peaceful, and welcoming effect; you feel at home the minute you walk in. The open floor plan offers a cozy living room, with two New, Leather, Power Reclining Couches and a flat screenTV. The dining area provides seating for six and a pub table with seating for two. There is additional seating for six in the screened in porch right off the dining room and a round outdoor table with seating for four. A large fully equiped kitchen, with stainless steel appliances makes cooking enjoyable. The laundry room is equipped with Washer&Washer, Ironing Board and Iron. The three bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable: Master bedroom is very private, very spacious with an extremely comfortable King Size Bed, and nicely furnished with a Dresser/Mirror, Chest of Drawer, Night Stands, Lamps, a Bench at foot of the bed, and a Flat Screen TV. Walk in Closet and a very spacious On-Suite Bathroom, single Vanity & Mirror, Hair/Dryer, Toilet, Bench, beautiful new Shower/Great Shower Head and New water-proof Flooring. Second Bedroom Is very spacious with an extremely comfortable King Size Bed and nicely furnished with a Dresser/Mirror, Night Stands, Lamps, a Bench at foot of the bed, a Flat Screen TV and a nice size closet. Third bedroom Is very spacious with a Queen Size Bed and XL Bunk beds. Nicely furnished Dresser/Mirror, Night Stands, Lamps, Bench, and a nice size closet. Main Bathroom is very spacious, single Vanity/Mirror, Hair/Dryer, Toilet, has a Shower/Tub combination, and a nice Shower/Head. Enjoy grilling or just relaxing with your family and friends in a great (19ft x 16ft) Deck that sits under a large Oak Tree that provides shade from 9:30 AM til. The deck is equipped with a Patio Table that seats six, additional seating, a prep table and a Propane Gas Grill. Amenities offered: washer and dryer, Flat screen HD TV's, Cable TV, and free Internet, hair dryer in each bathroom. We also have Beach Chairs and for you and your family to enjoy your visit to the Beach. I personally make sure that my guest have everything they need to feel at home. The linens and towel are of great quality and are regularly replaced; in order to make sure that you are comfortable. In fact I feel that there is more comfort in "Gulfport Breeze" than in most Hotels. I have a "GreatTeam" that work with me to make sure that everything is in great condition. Sleeping arrangement: Two king beds, 0ne Queen bed, and one set of Bunk beds. For Special Holidays there is a 4/Night Minimum Stay Required: ****Memorial Day Weekend (May 21-25) **** 4TH of July Weekend ( July 02-06) **** Labor Day Weekend (September 03-07) ****Thanksgiving Holiday (November 25-29) ****Christmas Holiday (December 23-27) ****New Years Eve(December 30 - January 03) ****For the Summer Season (May 16- August 31) there is a 4/Night Minimum Stay Required *****For Crusin the Coast (October 6-13) there is a 10/Night Minimum Stay Required

We throughly enjoyed staying at this house.
The description was very accurate. We enjoyed hanging out on the covered porch and relaxing after a long day of seeing the sights. We also appreciated the quiet neighborhood.

Thanks again for the short notice and accommodations of Maria, our stay was wonderful. Even though the mornings were cooler I still enjoyed coffee on the front porch. That had to be my favorite part of the house!!! Thanks again for everything

This was a wonderful place to stay for our first visit to the Gulfport area visit. We met dear friends for a week of fun, visit & rest at this beautifully furnished home. Very near the beach, although too chilly for me, but I also live near the beach, so that was not important for me. However, our friends do not live near the beach and they did enjoy a lovely walk on your beach. I found it quite different than our beaches here on the east coast so that was nice. Beautiful to look at!! I highly recommend this property. Furnishings were very nice and beds were very comfy. 2 King beds are hard to find and both couples required that! The property was well furnished, all the things you needed, and above all very clean! We were all very comfortable and would consider returning to this property should we ever return to that area. Thank you Host and Cleaning Crew for a wonderful visit to your lovely town!! They even had fishing poles and a cooler for the guest use. We did not have to as our guys booked a fishing trip with a guide while there. It was very productive, and they had a very good time. Highly recommend you seek out one of the guide trips if you are a fisherperson!!

We loved it it was good and spacious F o r Eight people They left Christmas decorations up and our youngest grandson was just so happy. It was a great experience. If we ever come back to golf port, we will definitely call them up. Thank you so much.

The house was roomy and very comfortable. We especially loved the screened in porch. This was one of the cleanest houses I've stayed in. The only suggestion I would make would be to leave some laundry soap available since guests are required to leave towels clean upon checkout. Thanks for sharing your lovely home.

This property is great for any vacation getaway. The house and property is well maintained and has all the features anyone could want. The location is perfect for accessing the entire Gulf Coast. The local residence property managers, Gaynell and Doyle, are very nice and right next door with availability to help in any way desired. The owner, Maria, is very helpful, easy to communicate with and very responsive. Check in and out is simple and easy. We will stay here again and again!

We got away to Gulfport for a few days to celebrate our 50th anniversary and to relax a bit. We were so fortunate to find this gem! The most comfortable bed of any rental. Very clean and roomy.

The house was super clean, in a quiet neighborhood a block from the beach! You can see the gulf from the front porch. There were 5 adults and 3 children total and we had LOTS of room. The backyard is nice sized and the kids enjoyed plying tag and running around. The adults hung out on the screened in porch & enjoyed the breeze for our weekend stay. We will definitely stay here again next year!

Very clean property with large kitchen and full utilities. Located within view of the beach but far enough that traffic on highway is not heard. There is a train track a few blocks away that the horn can be heard but not enough to wake myself up. Large backyard with patio and grill. Will look into staying again.

This is a perfect home for a family or larger group. We had 8 people including 5 kids and we had plenty of space. The beds were amazingly comfortable and everything was so very clean. The furniture was appropriate and so very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed with updated appliances and plenty of dishes for the family. This has a huge back yard for kids to run and play. The deck was nicely lit and the grill was clean. The bonus feature was the screened in back porch to drop all our shoes and sandy items. They even had a water hose outside to help rinse off sandy feet. The owners had a beach umbrella, chairs and even some toys for smaller children. There were appropriate brooms and vacuums to assist in cleaning through the week. The master bedroom had blackout curtains, which was a bonus for sleeping in!
The beach was about .25 miles, so a little too far to walk, but we could drive a short distance and get to the beach. There were a lot of jelly fish at the near by beach, so we had to drive to Biloxi.
There was a mix up with our reservation, so one night we were scrambling to find a place to stay which is why I did not give 5 starts on communication. However EVERYTHING until that point was excellent.
Just a few suggestions that add the extra touch. We didn't have an infant, but a pack and play would be helpful. Some games for kids and blackout curtains in the other two bedrooms for late sleepers.
If I am ever in Gulfport, I would gladly stay here again. The house was amazing, and really we didn't want to leave because of the house.

We all noticed that the bathroom rug showed it on a daily basis. We did notice in the second king bedroom, there was a socket behind the nightstand that was slightly disconnected and had collected a certain amount of dust?? We were too afraid to touch it, therefore we did not.
We have been doing semi-annual trips for 22years, we fell in love with the house overall, and will definitely consider staying there again. ….. barb🐞

Great location for daily walks on beach with friends and pets. 1 mile from Gulfport CB base with a full commissary and PX for military retiree use. Beds are sooo comfortable! Soft linens a true touch of great hosts. Fenced back yard is perfect for pets.
