Located in Carolina Beach, this charming condo for $245 per night is a great choice for your next break. OCEANFRONT condominium with excellent views of Carolina Beach. Unique in that you can watch the sunrise from the oceanfront deck and the sunset over the harbour area from the back deck. This second floor end unit allows for full view of the beach and pool area. An oceanfront pool is centrally located for easy access on your way to and from the beach. You can watch the kids while relaxing on the deck. The living room has a sliding glass door giving access to the oceanfront deck. Enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean while sitting in the living room and kitchen. The living area is spacious with beach decor. The master bedroom has a new queen-size bed, private bath, and sliding glass door to the back deck with views of the Intercoastal Waterway and Harbour. The second bedroom is spacious with a twin bed over a double bed and a second twin. The location is approxiametly half way between the boardwalk and the north pier. This is ideal for a nice walk in either direction without being to close to the pier for swimming or the boardwalk for crowding. Theres plenty of optional activities to see and do in around Carolina Beach. Visit the Fort Fisher museum while on the island. This area is well known for the fishing charter boats. Schedule a deep sea fishing trip or go on one of the dinner cruise trips. While at the boardwalk area stop over a Brits doughnut shop. Some of the best you'll ever eat. Work it of by taking a late evening beach walk back to the condo. You can rent bikes and such at the boardwalk area as well. Theres the zoo 5 minutes back toward Wilmington. You can get really up close to the animals and of course, you can hang out at the beach all day and work on you tan! Keywords: Condominium

This property is as advertised. Very casual & nice, but not over the top - so you feel like you can collect shells, cook food, play board games & relax without worrying about messing up the floors with a little sand. We ❤️❤️❤️ our girl friends get away & would come back again. We weren’t sure if there was any salt & pepper (there was!) or things like coffee (no), but there were filters. I would check in & you can easily get to a local grocery store to buy what you might need. There was toilet paper (plenty) & 1 paper towel roll to get you started. Small bars of soap. A little bit of laundry detergent, probably left by previous tenants. Again, good idea to bring what you need (shampoo!) & then go to shop after checking out the place. Hope you enjoy! The sunrises 🌅 were amazing.

We overall enjoyed our stay. We have no control over the weather but we still had fun. Our cousin marked a few things off her bucket list so that was the purpose of our trip and to spend time with loved ones. I would stay here again but the property could use some updates, in particular the kitchen and living room furniture.

Great location and spacious enough for 4 adults w/2 full bathrooms was our priority and this property delivered that!. The owner was kind and attentive and the pool was a plus! Having to bring our own linens and towels was a surprise (unless I missed reading about that before I paid) but, no big deal. If it’s custom decorated, designer furniture, state-of-the art appliances and high end finishes is what you’re looking for keep looking. Otherwise, would highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful vacation. The beach in front of the condo was great and not crowded. The covered parking was nice. The use of the storage locker was very convenient so we didn’t have to keep packing our beach items upstairs. Would have liked to have had some more seating on the balcony since there were 4 adults and 3 children in our party but we enjoyed it anyways.

This location is very good. The condo is dated and furniture is very old and not the cleanest. Overall the place was in poor repair. None of us were happy with our mattresses! Floors needed sweeping when we arrived.

Nice email with all needed information received prior to arrival. Sitting on the patio is heavenly, amazing view! Nice updated decor and furniture. House itself was clean, some rust on the fridge and washer/dryer but to be expected at the beach I suppose. Only complaint is all dishes had to be washed before use, they were not clean.

My family of 7 went down Easter weekend (4 adults, 14 yr old, 9 yr old, and 1). There was plenty of room for us all and even room for pack and play! Property was well furnished and owner even went above and beyond by leaving Easter candy!! View was perfect. Only downfalls were the pool wasn’t open yet and being a condominium we could hear the people stomping above during the night/early morning. Overall it was a great vacation and will definitely rent again!!

This was a great weekend rental for my family. The second bedroom had enough space that a pack-and-play easily fit without making the space feel overcrowded. The location was perfect and had great beach access. One of the things I did not realize when I was booking was that we had to provide our own sheets, we drove to the condo so packing space wasn't an issue but if we had flown in it might have been a little tight on space.

Everything met our expectations as far as location, convenience and accessibility. The only strange thing was the envelope on the refrigerator suggesting a tip be left for the maid service but there was no in stay maid service. We cleaned up after our stay as required. We would still recommend this property as it met our expectations.

Perfect location for a beach weekend. The condo is relatively updated. We flew in from out of state so I requested linens and towels, which are not normally provided. The manager said they would be provided for a fee of $100, which I was not crazy about, but fine. Then we arrived and the linens were there, but had not been put on the actual beds. You would think if you are paying $100 for the use of linens and towels they could have been put on the beds.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The view was beautiful and the condo was plenty spacious enough for our family of four. The one con I would add is the musky odor that was present primarily in the kitchen. It was off putting at times, but nothing a bit of opening the doors could not help. However, we had such a great time; we will definitely book again.

We had such a good time at this family friendly condo. Check in was a breeze. The inside decor has been updated so we were pleasantly surprised when we walked in! You can’t beat the location and short walk to the beach!! The kitchen was well stocked with anything needed to cook a full meal! We especially loved how private it was and you could not hear the neighbors!! Would definitely stay again!!!

This property was clean and beautifully decorated. We greatly enjoyed our stay for our week long girls' trip. We loved sitting out on the balcony with the gorgeous view listening to the ocean. The beach is right in front of you! The pool was a great alternative on days that you didn't want to go out to the beach. Great location! Would definitely stay again!

We were in town for a soccer tournament, came down a day early to enjoy the beach for a day first! Arrival was simple and fast, place was clean and comfortable, and communication with the owner was often before we got there! Nothing came up that we needed help with while we were there but the offer of help was definitely out there! Would absolute stay again!!

Great location and host was easy to contact. Could be a little cleaner (peeling wall in bathroom, mattress pad had a big stain and found food tucked in the couch cushions). Other than that it was quite nice. Easy drive to dining and shopping.

Wonderful condo on the beach. We loved that the beach wasn’t crowded and we could walk down to the pier and beyond the houses. The view of the ocean from the living room and kitchen was beautiful. We enjoyed meals and reading out on the balcony every day which was the highlight of the place. The pool was a nice place to hang out when it was especially windy one day.
