PLEASE NOTE - New home construction is in progress on the lots behind this home. Crews are working Monday - Friday, from 7 AM - 5 PM. This home nightly rate is being discounted as an accommodation for the construction noise. Make your escape to Las Vegas! Enjoy the sunshine and palm trees! Relax in our comfortable and convenient resort style residence, a 10-12 minute drive to the strip! Our town home is located in a gated community with swimming pool and hot tub, open from April through October. Enjoy all the perks of being in your own home, including fully equipped kitchen, linens, washer, dryer, WiFi, and printer / copier. This elegantly furnished single story home also has vaulted ceilings, attached two car garage, and shaded / enclosed patio. It features granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, wood and tile flooring in living spaces, luxury vinyl in bedrooms. The kitchen features open design to the living areas and lots of counter space. The living room has a gas fireplace. All bedrooms and living room have a high definition television, vaulted ceilings, and ceiling fans. Our home is well maintained and tastefully furnished, with updates being made annually. In 2015, the washer, dryer, and dish washer were replaced. In 2016, the refrigerator and gas stove were replaced. In 2017, dining room chairs and kitchen stools were upgraded. In 2018, a water softener system was added. In 2019, hot water heater was replaced. In 2021, luxury vinyl flooring installed in bedrooms, upgraded TV installed in the living room, new WiFi installed, and garbage disposal replaced. In 2022, the HVAC system was replaced, and new pots / pans purchased. In 2023, couch, love seat, area rug, printer and microwave replaced. This property is located 1.5 miles from Interstate 215 west, which provides quick, easy access to the airport, the Las Vegas Strip, and the Convention Center. It also provides easy access to amazing shops and restaurants. This home is ideal for vacationers, snow birds, traveling nurses, professionals and World Series of Poker participants. This property can be used for relocation to Las Vegas, corporate leasing and vacation rentals. 3 Bedroom, 3BR, 2 Bath, Fully Furnished, Gated Community, Community Pool and Hot Tub, Attached 2-car garage, Internet, WIFI, HDTV, Flat Panel Big Screen TV, Pets Considered - HOA restriction of no dogs over 20 pounds unless service animal or support animal with proper documentation.

The property is excellent. It is very easy to get to. Close to all shopping. The gated community is very clean and quiet. The home itself is in pristine. Condition and has everything you could want or need for your stay. I highly recommend this property

My wife and our 2 doggers stayed in Sharon and Dave’s 3 bedroom home for 6 weeks. The place is well equipped with everything you’ll require for your stay. As noted in the description of the rental, there is construction around the property. This did not deter us from having a great time. The park across the street was a great place to walk our dogs. Couldn’t ask for better owners. Sharon and Dave were available whenever we required them to discuss our stay. We would stay again in the future.

Soft bed, like a cloud. Very clean and has all the helpful amenities one would need. HOA has strange rules. There is a nice park that has a sunshade cover across the street that the kids enjoy and trails around. Quiet neighborhood and gated community is a plus. Not to far away from everything you may need.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 week stay at the condo with our two small pups! The location was perfect, easy to get to the trails, parks, restaurants, grocery stores, and of course local attractions on the strip. The condo is very clean and spacious, allowing each of the 4 of us enough space to work remotely without interrupting each other.
Sharon, the owner and host, was an outstanding communicator before, during and after our stay! We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable home in a small, safe gated community. Park just across the street great for kids and walkers. Minutes from shopping and restaurants and only a 15 minute drive to the strip. Host Sharon was so very attentive and accessible. She inquired about any special requests before our arrival and during our stay. We would certainly come again.

We stayed here for a month in October. Sharon provided answers to all our questions before we booked and her detailed instructions made checking in easy. The three bedroom home was exactly as described and is well furnished and decorated. The location provided easy access to restaurants, shopping and the strip. Everything worked and we had no issues of any kind. The only small negative is the kitchen pots and pans could stand a refresh. We highly recommend this rental.

Very comfortable stay
Spacious and comfortable in a suburban area. The townhouse is very well equipped with the exception of pots and pans (they’re not in the best condition). Our host Sharon was very friendly and responsive! There is quite a bit of road construction happening in the area and it can be noisy at times.

Clean, quiet, secure neighborhood
My family and I stayed here for a month. It was a perfect temporary home for us and a plus that it has a community pool. Quiet community in a great location. We had one minor issue in the beginning but I notified Sharon and she got everything squared away immediately and had great communication with me. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Very nice attractive condo. The owners thought of everything to make our stay so comfortable. The kitchen was especially well equipped. The location in the association looked attractive and very quiet. It was also a very good location close to I-215.

This property is a short Uber ride ride to the strip. Perfect! Clean and well stocked with everything you need for a long term stay. Very private. It is also close by Uber to Summerlin casinos. The host was attentive to everything we needed. Overall we had a very nice visit and would return.

Sharon is extremely accommodating. Shes a very pleasant person to work with. We stayed here while shopping for our own home after we moved from out of state. This property immediately felt like home. The furniture and decor makes it all feel comfortable and pleasant. In fact 1 home was for sale inside the community and we almost bought it, but that one was slightly too small for our family. The community is very pleasant. Always waving hello as you or they pass by. The hot tub, totally what the Dr ordered. The pool was warm and relaxing also. The community is gated so you feel that extra security. If my mom decides to move to Vegas, this would be the absolute perfect community and home for her to be in. And, its in a good location. 10 minutes to the strip, 15 minutes from the airport. If I lived out of the area and visited Vegas often on extended stays, this would be my first choice every time.

Nice, classy place with good owner support
The place was as-expected no problems. The community was quiet with friendly neighbors at the pool. Pool/spa always warm and in good condition. The house, furnishings, internet met all my expectations. Sharon was always available and easy to work with. The location is fine if this is the area of town you want to be in (close to airport). It is a quiet area. Would rent again.

We have visited Las Vegas many times so had a good idea of where we wanted to be. This property ticked all our boxes with easy access from and to McCarren, Red Rock Canyon and of course the strip We felt very comfortable and at home in this well equipped house. One of the main things we particularly liked was how quiet it was, we would certainly highly recommend this property. Finally we must say a special thank you to Angie the house manager who was very helpful and responsive in resolving a couple minor problems like showing us Brits how the tv system to worked!

This is an excellent home for a multi-week stay. Great location within minutes from Strip and west Las Vegas shopping and restaurants. The home is well maintained with comfortable beds and quality furniture. Highly recommend!

Lovely
I just stayed a month at this condo. It is exactly as the pictures describe!!! It was as mentioned only 12-13 mins to the strip and 22 mins to Red Rock Canyon. Yes you need a car rental. The house was immaculate and nice having a quiet place to stay after the craziness of the strip!! Enjoyed cooking meals and using the bbq. We sat in the garage in order to get sun as no designated patio...but this worked fine for the amount of time we did this. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again....only wish pool and hot tub were open in March!!!

Superb!
Just concluded a 6 week stay at the Whale Watch property. The home is extremely comfortable and very well appointed which made relaxing and entertaining a breeze. Brand new appliances make the kitchen just sparkle. Being in our 80s, access to a walk-in shower would have been preferred but we were able to make due. You can tell the property owners, Sharon and Dave are passionate about ensuring their guests have everything they need. The location is also ideal. Situated in a very safe, quiet gated community, it is only a short drive to the Las Vegas strip. Restaurants to quench any craving are just moments away. We hope to return to Las Vegas again soon and intend to call Whale Watch our Home Away from home once again.

Magnificent!
I write this with a heavy heart as our vacation in Spanish Bay comes to a close. This home far exceeded our expectations. Immaculately cared for and decorated, you feel at home the moment you walk through the door. The littlest attention to detail shows in every room. From the well appointed kitchen, to the heavenly, comfy beds, this home is 5+ stars. The owners thought of everything. Given I work from home, it was important that I could set up an office. Fortunately, I took full advantage of the office desk, chair, internet, and printer. Watching hot air balloons rise over the mountains from the office, is not a bad way to start a day. In addition, the neighborhood is so very quaint, quiet and safe. The pride of ownership shows throughout Spanish Bay. I appreciated how close we were to all amenities with endless choices of restaurants. 15 minutes to the strip. 40 minutes to incredible Lake Mead and the Hoover Dam. Sharon and David have been absolutely wonderful. They are both passionate about ensuring their guests feel spoiled and have everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. My husband and I have had such an incredible time here, we have already confirmed our return for next year. No sense searching any further, this property checks all the boxes. So, if you are looking for a Home Away while visiting Las Vegas, this property is ideal. Thank you Sharon and David. See you next year.

Stellar!
My husband and I were fortunate to stay at this property for five weeks. The owners are wonderful, they made us feel like family. Their property is beautiful! We have rented properties prior to our stay at Spanish Trails, Las Vegas, and none compare to the decoration, the convienence, the open space, the pristine condition of this beautiful town house. We can't wait to return! Dave and Sharon are wonderful.
