About this house rental
Beautiful home with unbeatable location! House is lake front and surrounded by sandy beach. Walk out the door and right down to the water. Last house on the street with a park next door. Irondequoit bay and a public boat launch is directly across the street. The bay is perfect for boating, skiing, kayaking/canoeing, fishing, etc. Sea Breeze amusement park is right down the street. Really an unbelievable property! There is a couch in the living room that pulls out into a queen bed and also a love seat that pulls out into a full bed to accommodate additional guests. Fully stocked kitchen with Keurig coffee maker.

This was my second time staying at the beach house. The location is beautiful. You step outside the back door and you are on your private beach. There are restaurants and things to do nearby but my friends and I mostly stayed on the back deck or the beach by the water. There is a beach bar a few houses down. They have live music in the summer. You can enjoy it from the deck but they don't play too late so the evenings are quiet. The public beach is next door and there is a nice pier to walk down. They have reserved parking out front.I would definitely like to come and stay here again.

We really loved our stay here!However the house needs a deep cleaning and we found some mouse droppings through out. We had to provide LP gas for the grill even though we were told it was included. The tanks were there they were just both empty. I did not try to contact host about that just because it was a holiday weekend and it was just as easy to take care of it ourselves. We did contact the host I. Refernce to the AC unit. It was an extremely hot week and the AC unit was having a hard time to keep up.he responded immediately We added an extra fan upstairs which helped a bit. If you rent over the 4th be aware the neighbors throw a huge party and it was fantastic. They invited us over! Also be aware there was an outside spicket to use but it’s in the sand. So jut know there will be sand everywhere The lake was beautiful the neighborhood fantastic easy walk to food and bars!All in all we had a wonderful time!
