Everything was magical and so extravagant. I felt like a queen. Thank you for sharing your property with us. We appreciate your expertise and extraordinary customer service and professionalism.

We spent over way to much money for this cabin for 5 nights for it to have as many problems as it did.
First night we got there, the upstairs air condition did not work. I contacted management and they said they would send someone out as soon as possible. They told us how to fix it, but it did not work and they never showed up.
Saturday and Sunday night, it rained and the cabin leaked into two rooms, which our guest in those rooms woke up with wet feet and heads. There are a couple large holes in the Side of the cabin. I sent pictures, which no one still came out.
We woke up one morning and their was an animal that maybe sounded like a raccoon or something scratching in the walls, I’m guessing from the holes in the side of the cabin.
The indoor pool was freezing, so we only got in one day for about 30 minutes.
9-10 people in our family left on Sunday and went back home due to the uncomfortable sleep situation due to no air condition and leaking roofs/walls, which we had the cabin till Tuesday.
Reached out to management once again and told them about all of this and they refunded us a small amount on a very expensive trip. We were very un pleased and will not be back.

Family vacation of 12. Plenty of room and very clean. Great amenities.

The view was absolutely beautiful and the house was beautiful. However, so many rules posted all over the house with kids it did not make it enjoyable.

We absolutely loved this cabin! It was exactly as advertised and more. Our family had the best time just spending time together, shooting pool, enjoying the beautiful pool & hot tub and even got to see a black bear.
I love the location too! It’s close enough to town but far enough out to feel secluded. And the views are spectacular! I just can’t say enough about this place! I cannot wait to book it again! Thank you so much!

My grandchildren and all of us had so much fun in the pool. We did not have to leave the property for a good time. The view was phenomenal! Totally recommend this VRBO for a vacation!

Family absolutely loved the property. Spacious, scenic, serene, and the pool is everything the kids were looking for.

We loved the location, the room arrangement, the fabulous indoor pool and the magnificent view. We only had two areas where we felt improvement could be made. There are not enough cooking utensils and pots and pans suitable for a crowd of 16 and the Wi-Fi was spotty and not suitable for someone working from home. Otherwise it was perfect! Everyone had a great time with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy all the amenities. Would definitely return.

There is so much to do in this Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area, but this place is an adventure itself. The pool is amazing, the kids loved hanging out there. They also enjoyed what they dubbed the "kid loft" with the pool table and games on the upper level. The views were spectacular, it was so peaceful and quiet. It was a great place to relax. We had 17 of us there and never felt crowded. The large kitchen and multiple appliances was a help.
We did need to buy extra trash bags and toilet paper for our 7 day stay, so be aware of that. The house is all decked out in wood and log, and because of that its pretty squeaky. There were a few minor things that showed wear and tear on a place like this, but nothing that affected us too bad.
Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful views and property perfect for the 15 of us. 8 adults and 7 children ages 6-10. The weather was cool and rainy when we went so the indoor pool in the lower level was perfect.

House was as described. Plenty of space. Conveniently located.

The pool chemicals were so strong we had to keep the doors on that floor open most of the time. The bedding was old and thin, only a few extra blankets- so bring more with you. The headboards were not attached to the beds and they made terrible noise. We had to message about this and missing bedding- No one came to resolve the issue. The walls and floors are very, very thin, we suggest sound machines for at night. There was dust and dirt in several places. It’s a shame. The house is cool and the view was great, but not worth the money.

Pictures online are much better than in person. Bedrooms in need of deep cleaning. Thick dust under beds, headboards not attached to beds and bang every time you roll over. Musty smell in different areas of the house. Pool and spa chemicals too strong can’t stay in pool area long because of it. Internet signal very weak when upstairs your phone won’t stay on Wifi even after resetting the box. Dishes and cups in cabinet had to be hand washed due to being dirty the first night at supper. Need new front door rug and cabin needs a good deep clean and some updates. Garbage disposals had terrible odor had to put white vinegar and backing soda in both of them to deal with the smell. Had a downstairs toilet stop up and the maintenance man was supper nice that came to unclog. Management responded quickly to getting him out for us.

This property did not disappoint. What you see online is really what you get. The pool was amazing. The hot tub was awesome. The view breathtaking. Tons of space, ample bathrooms. Close to everything pigeon Forge had to offer. Highly recommend.

Great location and perfect for family. But the cabin leaked!! In three different places.. No one seemed to care. We were asked to use towels for leaks and water and we would receive new ones.. never heard from anyone again!!!

Great cabin for everyone. Best vacation ever.

This place is beautiful and comfortable - both cozy and extravagant. 7 adults and 3 kids spent our time in the pool, in the hot tub, by the fireplace, and in the privacy of our own rooms. The weather was bad - an extreme cold front at Christmas which is uncommon, but we stayed warm in the heated pool and let the weather pass. The drive up and down the mountain is not for the faint of heart. We did it several times, and it can be nerve wracking, but as soon as you get down, you are in the heart or Pigeon Forge. And when you get safely back up, the views are amazing.

This property is perfect for multiple large families with children! The pool area in the basement is like a fantasy land for the kids and we spent most of our time down there. The views are spectacular too! You won't be disappointed about staying here.

There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all. The grandkids loved the pool. It was quite a hike up the mountain with narrow roads and steep cliffs to get there. Great place, would definitely recommend.

What an amazing property! There were 18 of us & we never felt crowded. Everyone loved the pool, hot tub & game room. Lots of memories were made during our stay.

Amazing property!! It was great to have space, rooms and bathrooms for all! The best part was it was super close to all the attractions with a short drive!
4.0
Awesome space! There was room for everyone to be together or branch off in different spaces or floors. View was great and easy to get to. Not far from necessities but no need to leave once you have food and TP. Pool even bigger than in the pictures. Stairs to pool got very slippery, very fast. Kitchen utensils were spares, grill was unlevel, pool was warm sometimes and cold others. One person found a scorpion in his cloths on the way back from a hoodie stored in a dresser.

The house is absolutely gorgeous and worth every penny. Just a short drive down to Pigeon Forge. Very spacious, comfortable beds and the pool room is a perfect way to spend the evening with family. Will definitely be back!

The cabin was amazing and our family and friends loved staying there however my son left a bag with his souvenirs it in. I called the housekeeping and they refused to mail them to me, even when I venmo them money for shipping.

Great family getaway
This lodge was ideal for our family as each couple had their own king bed and the children had their own bedroom. Our grandchildren especially enjoyed the pool as they were in it multiple times a day. Only problem was being awoke by the critters in the attic & the leaking roof very early one morning. Otherwise it was great!

Absolutely awesome!
Very rarely can you find a property that is actually everything that you hoped it would be. This property is perfectly designed for large groups and we never felt overcrowded or needed more space. The kitchen and dining areas are amazing and served us very well. The pool area is even more amazing than it appears to be in the photos. I can’t say enough how much our family enjoyed the pool. If you are looking for a large house for a family gathering you cannot go wrong with this property. The Neill family

Fabulous getaway
We spent a week with extended family. 14 of us stayed comfortably with out the need for sleeper sofas. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Minor issues we had were addressed immediately over text. We enjoyed beautiful views from the backdeck and hottub. Found enough wild blackberries along the road to make blackberry jam for the whole week. Even saw a bear nearby. Cabin is remote enough that you feel like you're in the mountains, but no more than 12 minutes from the Parkway. Loved it and would stay again.

The cabin was everything it was advertised to be! Only issue we had was when we arrived the pool was not heated properly. Phone the property manager and she had someone out there late that evening checking to find out there was no propane in the tank. She had someone there the next morning at 8am to fill it! So we did loose a day of a heated pool. The kids and adults alike enjoyed the pool and hot tub! The location is just outside of Pigeon Forge and yet was very secluded and private! Great trip and cabin!

We had a wonderful time at this property! Views are awesome and pool is out of this world. Everyone had their own space and no one felt crowded. Comfortable beds and couches and outdoor furniture. Only minor gripe I have is we couldn’t seem to control the temp in our bedroom and were too warm at night, even with fans running.
Check in and out process was great and couldn’t have been simpler. Would definitely recommend!
