Situated in Village Four Seasons, this lovely condo for $310 per night is a great option for your next trip. QUIET FAMILY COMPLEX. NO TRAILER PARKING AT THIS COMPLEX. This complex could be a Resort there are so many amenties available for your use. Easily sleeps 8 with several sleeping options. Located at the 12mm This three bedroom top floor condo has a fantastic view of the Lake and overlooks a waterfront swimming pool. There are 2 ensuite bedrooms, Master bedroom has a king bed and a wall of windows to appreciate the lights around the lake at night and the sunsets. There is a day bed in Master bedroom which is great for a little privacy and a great place to read a book and watch the lake traffic. Second bedroom is an ensuite an has a queen bed. THE third bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed. The private deck on the parking lot side gives you a great morning coffee area and grilling.. The screen enclosed deck on water front side has a small table and 6 chairs. The dining area has a table and seats 8. . This complex and unit is very family friendly. Easily sleeps 8 people with multiple sleeping options. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes flatware, pots and pans, glasses, etc There is only one flight of stairs from the parking lot to the unit. Condo amenities: Flat screen TV; second TV in the Master bedroom; WiFI; dvd player, washer and dryer, microwave, refrigerator, stove and dishwasher, gas BBq, hair dryers, bed linens and towels (please bring your own swimming & beach towels. hand, shower, and dishwasher soaps are furnished. electric logs in the fireplace. Boat slip is available at extra charge. The area has a convenience store that has groceries, gas pumps, laundry and restaurants close by. Sergio's Mexican and TAVERN at the Bittersweet square. Does dine in and carry out. Long time owner and has 2 locations. COMPLEX AMENITIES: Lots of trees and open space, 2 tennis courts, 4 pickle ball courts, a small childrens playground, 2 shelters with fire pits and tables for picnicking, two swimming pools, swimming dock, club house, security on busy weekends, hiking/biking trail right across from the complex entrance, 2 grocery/convenience stores. hardware store, restaurant and 2 gas stations within a few blocks of the entrance. : Beautiful condo complex. NOT available for monthly rental.

We’ve stayed at Regatta Bay before but not this unit. Unit was fine but there were a few issues of concern. The water heater circuit breaker would randomly trip which resulted in a couple of cold showers. The outside deck portion was off limits. And the walk to the boat slip was not a walk but a drive if carrying items to your boat. Unit as a whole was decorated nicely and certainly met our needs. The host was communicative in regards to the boat slip.

Condo was perfect for 2 adults and 5 children. The view was even better than described in description. Enjoyed all our evenings on the deck watching the boats. Great location and easy to get to most attractions ozarks has to offer. Will definitely be back again!

Condo is excellent. Whole process of booking and checking in was a breeze. I would address the ceiling fans though, as they’re getting worn out and noisy.

We had 2 units in Regatta and the facilities were very good for our family with several young children. We enjoyed the pools, playground, green space and the picnic areas.

We loved the layout which gave the three bedrooms good privacy. The view of the lake was great and you could see the pool from the screened in porch which we enjoyed. Would definitely stay there again.

Just want to start off by saying I have stayed at many VRBO's and this one is one of the best. Check-in was very easy and the owner was very responsive with all of my questions. My family likes to cook and there wasn't any pot/pan/utensil that we needed that wasn't already there. Clean and roomy. Would definitely stay again next time we travel to the Ozarks. Definitely recommend.

We had a great time! It was 3 couples looking for a kid free weekend. Great views of the lake. The pool was fun and dock access was perfect for our friend’s boat. Lovely place.

Spacious enough for my family if 5 + Gma and Aunt. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, place was clean. Location perfect above the main pool. My only suggestion is to bring an eye mask If you sleep in the primary bedroom as the bright sun gets past the nice blinds there.

My family and I have been coming to the Ozarks for over 20 years. We have stayed at various places at Regatta Bay over the years and this was by far the best. The decor and the furniture was very nice and up-to-date. The kitchen has the most utensils, pots and pans, sheet pans, etc. It has a Keurig and a regular coffee pot plus it has an air popper for popcorn!
