The third bedroom doubles as an office, providing free wireless Internet access, basic supplies and a color printer for your use. Tastefully decorated, this unit is perfect for entertaining and families, it has a large living room with wet bar, pull out sofa bed and fireplace as well as a separate dining room. We have supplied all the basics to ensure you can settle right in and enjoy the valley. The private patio offers a gas BBQ and plenty of seating to admire the breath taking views of the mountains or the course. Steps to community pools and spas this condo is safely located in a gated community for enhanced safety and supported by perimiter cameras.

House was wonderful and well stocked with dishes and everything you need. Lots of comfortable beds. Pools are close by and the views were amazing! Gord was very friendly and communicative. We had a wonderful time for our kiddos bday!

This was a beautiful location,
Didnt need to use all bedrooms or baths but they were beautiful. Loved that there were drinks in fridge so we could get a drink after landing and before grocery store. Nice to have a garage to park in(couldnt have too big of a car). Gordon was very attentive to our needs and was willing to have someone come to help. Over all would recommend to anyone.

Four guys on a week long golf trip. Everything in the listing was accurate. Gord was very good to deal with

Since we were on a golf trip it would of been nice to have access to the Golf Channel, regular CBS stations

This property is wonderful. We spent ten days at this beautiful condo inside PGA West. We come out to the desert several times a year and this condo is by far the best organized and well managed property we have stayed at. It has a larger than expected patio with a beautiful western view of the mountains. We will definitely be back.

I have been coming out to the PGA West for 20 years now. The place I used to stay at was a friends place and I was spoiled until I found Gordon‘s place. I was on the hunt for a new PGA West vacation rental since my friend sold hers. I am so glad for the change because Gordon’s place has all the amenities great location next to the pool and it’s quiet and peaceful. Having streaming services and all the amenities was just like home. Everything is clean and Gordon provides so much here for any vacation or who needs a home away from home. I will be back as long as Gordon has me.

We've stayed at many properties on PGA West grounds and like many others, this one met and exceeded our expectations. The owner Gord, was always available to answer any questions I had in a timely manner. Great location, very clean, ample supplies, easy check in/check out procedures. All beds are very comfortable, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The patio had comfortable chairs with cushions and the BBQ we used daily worked like a charm! Absolutely no issues at all and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you Gord for sharing your lovely home with us - I'm looking forward to our next stay where we can take advantage of staying here once again! Spiros

We enjoyed staying at this property, and would stay again. Beautiful property as listing shows. Great communication with Gord. Only minor negatives were - there wasn't much toilet paper and there are outdoor cameras as others have stated. All together, we enjoyed our stay.

The townhouse is located at PGAWest in La Quinta and walking distance to Nicolas and Stadium golf courses. We were there for playing golf so it’s a perfect place for us. The location is perfect for a golf trip. The condo is really dated and needs upgrades. We had an issue with the water being turned off accidentally by the city and the property manager was lighting fast in resolving the issue in a few hours even though it was after 5pm. Kudos...

We escaped rainy Seattle for couple of weeks. The property provided exactly what we needed. Located at PGA West is a beautifully maintained closed gate community, neighbors around were super friendly (the sparse houses that were occupied). The house is very spacious, and rooms have high ceilings . Overall, well equipped; especially important for the kitchen as with the Covid we did not go out dining beyond few take outs. Gordon was super responsive on any inquiry; for instance when we noticed that WiFi wasn’t performing good enough for 4 souls working from home, he did get the router and bandwidth upgraded. We could also use 2 bikes. The house was very clean, beds/sheets comfortable, and as I mentioned spacious enough for 4 people spending most of the inside working. . Overall, we are very happy and we thinking of coming back again

The home was everything that was advertised and more. The layout is great with spacious rooms and nice furnishings. We enjoyed cooking on the back patio and eating outside watching the golfers during the day and playing cards in the evening. The pools and hot tubs were only a few doors away and felt wonderfully relaxing. All the amenities you could need were offered. The owner was very responsive and friendly and easy to communicate with. We would love to come and stay again. We definitely recommend this home for a stay.
