Guests that bring a boat can house it safely in the hoist when not in use, and enjoy sunning and even fishing from the large permanent dock. On calms days, a variety of non motorized watercraft are available to enjoy exploring the miles of shoreline and diverse bird population. Brookside is located just 5 miles from the small town of Dundee, where guests can shop for groceries and purchase gasoline. With Watkins Glen and Geneva on either end of the lake, a variety of area attractions are within a half hour drive.
