We stayed in Debbie's home over the Christmas holidays, and we loved every minute of it. The home was clean, cozy, and located in a beautiful neighborhood just minutes away from amenities like the grocery store, restaurants, and hikes (including one within walking distance). The hot tub was serviced while we were there and it worked perfectly. Highly recommend a stay here!

Beautiful property. Great location close to airport mesa. We loved this because you are perfectly in-between East and West sides, which helps significantly with navigating the holiday traffic (Thanksgiving week). Quiet neighborhood and neighbors too!

This was our 3rd (or maybe 4th) stay at this property. It is amazing. Beautifully decorated, well maintained and clean! We loved the location and could hike to Airport Mesa out the back door. The hot tub is great after a long hiking day. There's a ton of kitchen equipment should you chose to eat in. Everything about this property is A+.

Debbie’s place is fantastic! Very spacious and comfortable. It was even better than the photos and all the personal touches really make this house special. And to top it off, the hot tub was perfect after a long day of sightseeing! Location can’t be beat. You’re within minutes of everything Sedona and the Verde Valley have to offer. The house was clean, comfortable and in a great neighborhood. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space with the fire pit and the hot tub.

Debbie's house was as good as a vrbo rental can be. Spotless inside, great backyard and location.we would rent it again without even looking at other rentals in sedona

We spent 5 nights and the property was perfect for our needs. The kitchen is well equipped, making it easy to cook a few meals at home. The fireplace and hot tub were the hit of the trip as the weather was in the 30’s most of the time. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay in Debbie’s place was tops. The location is close to hiking, groceries, restaurants, and shopping. Debbie’s kitchen is well equipped which made cooking dinners at the house a breeze. We look forward to returning to Sedona and will try to stay at Debbie’s home in the future!

Quail Run is a beautiful home in West Sedona. The home is in a quiet neighborhood walking distance to the airport mesa / vortex. The location makes it easy to get anywhere in Sedona. Quail Run is beautifully decorated. You can tell that a lot of care was taken in picking the furniture for this home. We had 4 adults and the space was perfect for all to feel comfortable. There is plenty of outdoor space including a large deck with a hot tub, and firepit. Our host was very responsive when we had a question. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone and we hope to be back again!

The home is in a perfect location near the airport mesa, stunning views greet you as you leave this very quiet subdivision. I loved being in West Sedona, it's a little less busy than uptown, but still close to everything. We hiked everyday except one rainy day and then we went shopping and wine tasting. We ate most of our breakfast and dinners in as many of the acclaimed restaurants required reservations far in advance of our stay. The kitchen was well supplied making it easy to prepare meals. We found the best time to eat out was around 2 - 4 pm. This home is beautiful, with brand new wood floors, a nice King bed and large ensuite. We enjoyed the hot tub, grilled on the gas grill, sat around the fire pit and enjoyed a glass of wine. There is plenty of space to relax and move around in this spacious home and the decor of the home strikes that perfect balance of not too designer furnished and not too kitschy, with some beautiful well placed pieces of furniture and art. It makes it feel like a home. I could have stayed here much longer than a week. The owner was easy to work with and answered all of our questions promptly. We had no issues with the property and process. I highly recommend Quail Run!

A nicely decorated home in a very nice neighborhood. It has all the necessary accessories needed for your stay. The owner was very responsive and very easy to communicate with. There were a few items that we made note of which were addressed immediately. I believe that the items were the results of normal wear and tear and should not reflect poorly. We had local friends stop by and they were all complimentary of the property. Thanks for a nice peaceful vacation.

The kitchen was stocked with everything a home chef could want, the patio area was great and decently blocked from view--neighbors can only see the back patio/hot tub area if they're making an effort to look. The stars from the back patio were amazing. This is definitely someone's home in a nice quiet neighborhood; not ideal for a group who would just want to party. Cute front porch enclosed area and the indoors and the outdoors were clean and well-kept. One item to note is that if, like me, you sorted by 3 bedrooms and then only looked at the pictures and didn't read the picture descriptions because you didn't have your readers handy- this is NOT a three bedroom property, nor is it a two bedroom with a futon property. It is a two separate bedroom with a pull-out couch property. Just looking at the pictures, it shows three different bedrooms with different wall colors, window/doors included or eliminated in different pictures for the same room, three different headboard set ups, and three different bed comforters. As it turns out, the host styled the same master room very differently and put up pictures of the different styles, which led me to believe that this property had three different bedrooms, which was the filter I sorted by. Two 25yo girls had to sleep in one king bed while I was in the queen, and if I had just booked a property with only two bedrooms to begin with, I could have saved about $400.00 for my four night stay in Sedona. All in all, a beautiful, well-taken care of property. It is not just a VRBO, but the host's home, and the host has a dog so even though the property was spotlessly clean, those with dog allergies may take note. The hostess Debbie was great with communication, emails, and texts. The form she asks you to sign is very reasonable and I did not see any cameras on the property. I'd stay here again if I had some of my grandkids to throw on the pull-out couch, and as always, Sedona itself was lovely.
