Great week. Kept our kayak on the dock and enjoyed sites around Bath. The cabin is well supplied and the sunsets are amazing.

We love it, our third year.

What a pleasure to stay on the water's edge in this peaceful place. It had everything I needed to enjoy the week, and was convenient to a number of really good restaurants where I visited with friends. I hope I get to come back!

Overall enjoyed our stay. Some of the living room furniture is soiled and should be cleaned or replaced. The shower wasn't great ( limited hot water) and had to plunge the toilet almost daily.

We enjoyed our stay in this sweet cottage immensely. Such a peaceful setting and neighborhood! The cottage is comfortably furnished and has many household and personal items thoughtfully left in case guests might need them. We enjoyed outings to Popham Beach, Reid St Park, Morse Mountain and other parts of mid-coast Maine. We also enjoyed staying at the cottage to use the kayaks to explore the river and sitting around watching the tide rise and fall. We highly recommend the cottage for anyone looking to relax in a beautiful setting.

What lovely owners! And what a lovely woodsy spot, on a winding back road about 15 minutes from nearby town of Bath. If you are looking for seclusion and a taste of authentic old Maine camps, this is it! Pretty water view, especially from the cozy living room and the deck. We spent much of our time on the deck, and enjoying the hammock. The owners think of everything, even spring water. The property comes with a private dock, a little hard to access, down narrow paths on uncertain ground, with a steep incline when tide is low. But it includes two wonderful kayaks, and our kids enjoyed the two bikes, beach toys etc. Owners are so thoughtful and great communicators. Too many homely touches to count. The bedrooms are tiny, --the master bedroom too, which could use a new cushier mattress--and so is the 3/4 bathroom with shower, but you'll want to spend most of your time outside anyway, enjoying the great view, the peace, the woods, the water and so much to explore within a couple of hours in any direction. Acadia National Park is only a few hours north and L L Bean less than an hour south. You will truly feel as if you are living in someone's treasured little family gem-- which indeed you are. We hope to return!

Great small cottage equipped with all you need for entertainment...and great views and sunsets!
We had two teenage grandsons with us who loved the kayaks, the fire pit and the Netflix. Sue and I enjoy the views, steaming lobsters and relaxing on the deck!

Cozy little Cabin with Water Views
Great Location . . so much to do in the area such as the Maine Maritime Museum, Popham Beach in Phippsburg, and Downtown Bath. We had a great dinner at the Kennebec Tavern and loved shopping at Reny's, an old fashioned Dept. Store. There were nearby Antique centers such as the Cabot Mill Antiques in Brunswick and the Wiscasset Village Antiques in Wiscasset (Huge!). You can relax and watch the Pleasure and Lobster Boats go by from the deck of the Cabin. Or go kayaking from the Cabin's private dock. It was the first time we were in this part of Maine, and enjoyed the setting and nearby attractions! Maine is such an awesome state !

A lovely week at camp.
The owner of this property was very responsive and had thought of everything we might need to have fun-filled week. We especially appreciated the well-appointed kitchen and lobster-cooker! The kayaks were a bonus, too. It was clean and comfortable. The sunsets are amazing. If you are looking for a traditional camp experience in Maine, this is it.

Classic Maine
This is the second year we've stayed here. Lovely scaled cottage with a great vibe, and with a view that you absolutely can't beat. Bath and the surrounding areas are off the beaten path, and not crowded, even in the height of summer. The Phippsburg Peninsula alone is interesting enough for a whole week. Then there's Georgetown,. and the Harpswells..... It's a perfect spot, with a very gracious host! We'll be back, same time next year.

Perfect for two!
We had a wonderful stay! This cabin offered all we wanted in our trip: it was cute, cozy, tidy, affordable, and offered a beautiful view. Can't wait to return!
