Tired of rentals where your group feels cramped or the kitchen is missing the essentials? We’ve designed our home to be the antidote to the "standard" rental. This 3,264 sqft mountain retreat on 1.2 acre wooded lot offers the perfect balance of luxury, space, and outdoor adventure.
The Stream: We sit on a 1.2-acre lot featuring 150 feet of private frontage on Town Creek. Relax on one of two massive decks and listen to the year-round "babbling" trout stream below.
The Fun: Head downstairs to the game room for a round of pool, foosball, or arcade games.
The Tech: Stay connected with high-speed fiber internet. Every bedroom and the living room features a 4K Smart TV, so no one has to fight over the remote.
The Soak: End your day in our 6-person hot tub under the stars.
Forget the morning bathroom line! With 4.5 bathrooms and 3 floors of living space, everyone has room to stretch. We comfortably sleep 10 guests across 8 beds:
- 5 Pillow-Topped Queen Beds for a restful night’s sleep.
- 1 Single-over-Full Bunk Bed & 1 Additional Single Bed—perfect for the kids!
Our kitchen isn't just "stocked"—it's fully equipped with an island and every utensil needed to feed a large crowd. Take the cooking outside to the propane grill located under the private gazebo, allowing you to BBQ regardless of the weather.
Nestled perfectly between the charm of Alpine Helen (13 miles) and the history of Dahlonega (18 miles), you are minutes away from the best of North Georgia:
Outdoor Fun: Hiking, Mountain Biking, & White Water Rafting.
Sightseeing: Brasstown Bald, waterfalls, and gold panning (right in our stream!).
Leisure: 18-hole golf, local wineries (just a few miles away!), and the unique shopping of Helen.

Beautiful place with plenty of room for a large family. Close to everything but still a feeling of being secluded. Had so much fun at the creek and was lucky enough to see some deer. Property was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Very impressed.

Amazing house with the best private creek access!!! Pros: house was clean, fully stocked, large, and just as described. Cons: not a big deal if you don’t care about reception but it is very difficult to get cell phone reception in the cabin. They do mention this though so not a surprise but if that is important to you, keep in mind. The hosts were kind and extremely communicative. We were there for a wedding and one of the days the AC upstairs was not working and Rupp quickly got someone out to the house to have it repaired. They genuinely want you to have a great stay and it shows. The house is a large family’s dream and a great playroom for a family with children (old and young). The kitchen is the star of the home as its large, fully stocked, and has the best views.We loved our stay and would definitely recommend to others!
