This was our first long term booking in central Florida. We booked this condo based on location and listing photos. The condo was immaculate clean. We learned about significant restrictions with AC unit upon checkin. We experienced many warm days during our stay (80-85 degrees) and given the limitations for setting AC, we were warm much of the time, especially at night, affecting our sleep. AC cannot be set lower than 72 and recommended range is 75-80? That is balmy at best and for top floor condo, really unacceptable. The owner was responsive about out concerns, but would not issue a refund so we could go to a place without AC limitations. He did offer to buy a fan, but we had to pick it up - at our expense (gas to go get it) and it really wouldn't have helped. The owner said he is installing fans in all rooms after our stay, but when temps are in the 90s during summer, doubt it will help cool things off alot? We can't recommend the condo based on our experience and don't think ours was the only complaint regarding this issue. The furniture in the living room listing photos is not what we found in the condo - we based on decision to stay at this condo in part, based on the photos in the listing. The owner said he is updating the photos, but they remain unchanged two weeks after we left. Overall disappointed with this experience as the owner should have disclosed about the AC limitations and also the change in furniture in the living room.

It was a great place for what we needed it for! Disappointed that there was not salt & Pepper, paper towels, wash clothes, dish soap or tissues in the condo! That seemed very odd and was frustrating!

I was notified by the owner that there would be an additional charges because it was reported that the thermostat was lowered to an unacceptable temperature. I have so many concerns about this! I have used VRBO facilities many times and this has never happened! First, it was cold so there was on reason for the temperature to be lowered. It does not make logical sense. Second, even if it occurred who charges guest additional fees for lowering the temperature? Especially in Florida! Third, I wonder if this is perhaps a way to charge guests extra! I do not recommend staying here!

Everything was terrific about the space, with the minor exception of a backed up toilet the first two nights. Once it was fixed, the rest of the stay went very well.

This condo was the perfect place to stay with my family. The 2 master bedrooms were plenty big for the adults and the kids room with two twin beds were great. The view was of the parking lot, but we really didn't spend a lot of time inside so that was fine.
Our check in process was easy, but my parents who tried to check in a few hours after us were told they were not on the reservation (despite me having provided their names to the owner). Thankfully they were allowed in, but this could have been a major problem! The people at check-in attempted to contact the owner but no numbers they called were working? So make sure to verify that all the people in your group are listed in your reservation and maybe confirm that with the owner before going?
Otherwise, the condo was near the pool and splash pad which was very convenient. My 3.5 and 7 year old went every day and had a blast running around, then swimming in the pool and enjoying the hot tub. My husband and I hit the fitness center a few times and it was actually pretty big. It had everything we needed for a decent workout. The arcade was hit or miss, some games just took your money, others worked. But if you went to the Welcome Center they'd give you your money back.
The parks were about 15 min away (depending on traffic) and easy to navigate to. The Walmart down the street was also very convenient, but I'd recommend going in the morning, by the afternoon/evening it gets very busy.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay

The location of this condo is great. 10 minute drive to Disney. And a 2 minute walk to the pool and water park. Lots of room, there were 6 of us, never felt crowded. Easy check-in. Owner very quick to respond.
Grand kids think we should move there.

We’ve had had an amazing trip to Disney. Martin’s condo was perfect. Very comfortable, clean, with great access to the parks and the pool. It was quiet and felt very safe. Martin responded so quickly to our questions and was really helpful. I would highly recommend this property and when we return, we would love to stay here again. It absolutely was the icing on the cake for our trip. Thank you Martin.

The host was very friendly and really good at communicating. The condo was comfortable, spacious and well appointed. The kitchen was especially well set up. The pool area, splash pad and water slides were super fun and literally a few steps from our door. We went to all 4 main Disney parks and Disney Springs. It never took longer than 20 minutes to get to the parking areas. We would definitely stay here again.

Location is great close to Disney parks, Walmart right around the corner. Pool and kids area, splash pad and slides were very nice. Would recommend as place to stay. Just a couple things that need to be addressed, place was a little dusty, there were no wash clothes provided, only 1 roll of toilet paper and paper towels, no pods for dishwasher and only 1 garbage bag in each garbage can, we had to purchase these items at Walmart. Also during our stay, our balcony was not usable, due to the front of building be painted, balcony was covered in plastic, along with all the windows,we were able to use it on our last full day there. Just a suggetion, maybe some of these could be checked before guests checking in. As I said, it is great place to stay, so these things are not really deal breakers, just some inconveniences, that maybe could be addressed.

Property was as advertised. Great and easy communication with property owner. No problems. Kids lived that they had space and really enjoyed the splash pad and pool area. Would stay there again.

The property was nice and accurate to the listing. Gate access and checking-in were also easier than expected. The space was clean and had what we needed for our trip. Overall, I would recommend staying here for a small family or group who wants to be close to the attractions in Orlando.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, the amenities were great - we all loved the pool and splash area. The condo itself showed a little wear & tear but was comfortable overall and met our needs. I don't think the laundry service waited until the sheets and towels had fully dried before making up our rooms because there was definitely a smell of mold but once we laundered everything again it was fine. I would definitely rent this location again. Oh! And the owner was always very responsive which was much appreciated. Also, side note: to anyone staying in the master off the den, the TV gave us some trouble - we had to unplug it and plug it back in every time we wanted to watch it - could've been used error, I don't know, but all the others worked fine for us.

Great location to the Disney parks, just ~15 min drive!!! I suggest a Walmart pickup order to supply your stay, it's super close (and very busy).
Easy to check-in, nice pool area for the property. Quiet building, comfortable beds. Martin is easy to talk to and very responsive.
You need to bring your own: toilet paper, paper towels, wash clothes, sponge, soap, etc. The entire condo needs a good dusting.

Stayed with our family of 4. Having 3 bedrooms allowed everyone their own space to unwind and spread out after theme parks. Close to Starbucks and Walmart as well as the theme parks in the area. Unit was in a great location.

There really are a lot of positives to this place. Communication with the owner was quick and he was super responsive. Check in was easy as was check out. The place was tidy and spacious. The community itself was very peaceful. The people that worked in the on-site “store” were super friendly. The pool is amazing especially if you have little ones! It was close to Universal which is why we stayed!

The Pros:
The location is excellent for visiting all the Disney parks. Walmart is 5 minutes away. The condo was clean and well furnished. Martin was responsive and helpful.
The Cons:
There were no washcloths supplied, either bath or kitchen. No dish soap. No dishwasher tablets. No paper towel. No Kleenex. The info provided did not make clear when you could get pool passes. The exercise room is limited to age 18+ despite the accompanying parent. One of the beds did not have a top sheet, which was rectified the next day. The carpets could use a good cleaning or replacement.
Bottom line:
The management company Martin uses (Executive Villas) cleans well, but does poor customer service.

Property and pool was enjoyed by all of us.. great location and close to Disney.. a few amenities such as garbage bags supplied and possibly dishwasher soap/pucks would have been helpful. Otherwise we had a great stay and will recommend

Very convenient, easy to find. Location was easy to get to and from and everything we needed was nearby. Quiet away from it all but very close. Location inside Windsor also very convenient to pools, parking. Great trip!

This was our third visit to Windsor Hills but first at this property. Even though there were issues with the gate and we weren’t fans of the bracelet system for the pool…the resort has everything you need for a great family vacation. Our host Martin was great to deal with and responded quickly when we had questions. The condo was great as well…beds very comfortable and location within the resort was great. We had issues with a lack of towels but had that fixed within a day or two. Would definitely recommend and would visit again.

Although I was unable to communicate with the property manager, our wonderful host was always available to answer questions and assist via message even at a distance. Upon arrival there was no running water in the condo. It took some time and a couple of trips to the office before we finally found out that the township had shut off the water to the entire complex for maintenance and neglected to turn it back on. Most or all the condos in that building had no water and tenants started gathering outside in protest. Luckily someone opened the water main outside and solved the problem. Loved the pool and the peaceful surroundings. I will definitely book this place again.

This condo was exactly as described. It was very clean and the check-in process was very easy. Good location to Disney parks, about a 10-15 minute drive depending on which park you plan on visiting that day. We did not use the pool, but it looked very nice and well kept. There is a Wal Mart right down the street that came in handy for last minute items we forgot to bring. Also. there are plenty of restaurants close to the property as well. Nice we you are tired after being at Disney all day. The only suggestion would be to bring a fan for the bedrooms, they do not have a ceiling fan. We enjoy sleeping with a little air moving in the room. The condo wired great for our trip, clean, well furnished and quiet.

Martin was excellent to work with from day 1. He responds to questions immediately and is always very nice. The condo was lovely and immaculate. It gave us lots of space to spread out and relax, a kitchen to cook in, and all of the resort amenities to enjoy. Security was excellent and the location was perfect for our days at Disney, shopping and dining nearby. We loved our stay and will surely plan to come back!

We would definitely rent again. The property was clean and spacious. The owner was friendly and helpful. It would be great to have been provided with a necessities list to purchase at Walmart such as washcloths (they have towels and hand towels), hand soaps, cleaning wipes, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper and trash bags. We did not utilize the water slides so I can’t speak to that. But the location was close to both Disney and Universal. We had a great stay here!

We’ve just returned from a lovely stay at this condo. It was clean and really well equipped. The owner responded really quickly to questions. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend!

Apartment was in a great location easy drive to Disney. Lots of restaurant close and a new huge Walmart less than 5 mins down the road. Great wifi and tv. Furnished to a very good standard. Big double bedrooms plenty of storage space and good seating area. Resort is nice. Good pool and slide area.
