Work from the Beach! Or just have a Relaxing Vacation! High speed internet allows our guests to make those Zoom calls with the subtle sounds of waves crashing in the background. Our 2 story home sleeps up to 10 with 3 bedrooms and a convertible sleeper sofa. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, 2 updated flat screen entertainment areas, ping pong, foosball, and all the necessary accessories for creating memories in the sand. The dining area comfortably seats eight for you to enjoy that perfect family dinner with uninhibited views of the beautiful Pacific ocean across the street. The large living area is perfect for watching your favorite sports event or a relaxing family movie night together. The downstairs living area consists of the third bedroom with bunk beds, full second bathroom, and the secondary television entertainment area, including streaming abilities and an Xbox 360 with assorted games. The downstairs is perfect for entertaining the kids while the adults get more peace of mind upstairs. We look forward to sharing our home with your family and friends.

We had a group of 8 adults and one baby for the first weekend and there was ample room for us all. We found everything we needed, it was the little things like a fan in each bedroom closet, that made the stay excellent! The ping ping and foosball table got a workout that first weekend. The rest if the week was just 3 adults and we relaxed, walked the beach, made dinners, went fishing and had a much needed vacation. I would like to recommend the Old Growth trail walk in Rockaway, its barely a mile from this house and was amazing! We will definitely be returning to this rental in the future!!

Great house just steps from the beach! Large sectional couch, huge dining table, and large deck provided plenty of room for our group of 7. Beds were comfy and kitchen was well-stocked. Ping pong and foosball tables in the garage were a hit with the kids. The garage also had about everything else you could need: chairs, boogie boards, clam guns, etc. Bonus points for some of the cleanest looking carpet I've seen in a pet-friendly house! As others have mentioned, it's not a house for those with mobility issues or very young children due to the steep, narrow circular stairs, but they weren't an issue for us. Honestly, my only complaint was that most of the dishes in the cupboards weren't very clean. Otherwise, everything was clean and comfy and just right for our family. We really enjoyed our visit!

This property is well-setup for large families like ours! Lots of activities provided for your beach visit--whether good or bad weather days.
The basement is a little musty, but most of our kids weren't bothered by it. A dehumidifier might be useful... either way, it may be useful for some families to be aware of it.

We had a great stay! The location to the beach and the little showers fantastic. There were lots of games and entertainment to choose from-I didn’t have to worry about my kids getting bored! The space was wonderful (there were 6 of us) and while there are a few things that are run down (the downstairs faucet handle came off when trying to use it, for example), we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The deck is wonderful, the big table is great for family meals, and we really appreciated the kids dishes available!! Would definitely stay here again.

Great place for our large family. Very family friendly with great resources provided. Especially appreciated the kid friendly dishes and cups for our little kids. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a big family reunion weekend in Rockaway and my brothers and their families stayed at this house with me and my husband. The location was perfect and an easy walking distance to the main family reunion house. The kitchen is well-stocked as are the games and other entertainment options. Check-in and clean up was easy. The only thing I would suggest is providing a key for the downstairs so walking down the tiny windy stairs isn’t always required. We would 100% stay here again.

Easy check in. Plenty of room for four adults plus toddler. Clean comfortable beds, kitchen well appointed. Plenty a bath linen. More than enough entertainment and games. Close to town and beach. It was like a home away from home.

The house was as advertised, just steps from the beach and an easy walk to shops. The beds were comfortable.
It was well stocked with everything we needed. The was good beach gear. The kids particularly enjoyed the board games, toys and Xbox.

Perfect size house, well equipped, and has quick and easy beach access. We really enjoyed our stay. As other reviewers have mentioned the spiral staircase can be challenging for some individuals, but it's not much of an issue since you can always take the outside stairs down to the lower level.

We rented this house for our yearly Super Bowl trip. It was perfect for our family of 7.
The kids LOVED the game room, video games, ping pong and foosball. There was everything you would need for a beach trip. The owner was quick to respond to our questions. Beach is super,close.....we will return.

The carpet needs to be replaced, the stairs are too steep to get to the first floor and I didn’t even try to go downstairs as the stairs are even worse. I didn’t have the address until two days before I arrived and had no idea how I could access the property until the morning of my arrival. It really isn’t ocean view as you have only a sliver of a view.
You are expected to take all the laundry downstairs which I couldn’t of done if I hadn’t had someone younger with me. You need to empty all the garbage and take the can to the road.
I didn’t like using the App either as I thought it was difficult to communicate with the owner.

Nice layout and decor was fun. We watched the sunset on the balcony and only a short walk to the beach and even found some sand dollars. We would like to stay here again.

Excellent Stay
This is the best supplied beach house we have ever stayed in. Everything was well organized. The pots, pans, and appliances are all good quality. My boys (10, 8) adored the foosball table.
The owner was very responsive to inquiries.

The comments say if the stairs outside are difficult, you can go through the garage, but the stairs inside are much MORE difficult. They are narrow and tightly curved, like at the Statue of Liberty! This house was not made for elderly people.

Great Getaway
Really nice stay for our family. As listed, the property is a stones throw from the beach. You can walk to local shops. The home has a nice layout and the ping-pong table and fusball table make for some good fun. We appreciate the property is pet friendly. Look forward to staying again.

Had a great time at the house! The stair case is a bit sketchy for young kids and tall adults but you can also go outside and through the garage to get down to the fun space. Host was very responsive and delightful to work with!

Well supplied home
This home has everything you could hope to have and a lot that you did not think of. The kitchen had great utensils and spices. The garage has every beach item you could think of to make for a great time in the surf and sand. Our family had a great experience.

Clean house, ample towels, and dishes, comfy beds and great game and puzzle selection! Very short walk to the beach and to 101 and Rockaway Beach's shops! I would recommend this place to anyone! It was great for my family!

We enjoyed this space, set up well to make the most of good beach weather and also plenty to do when the rains/winds come. Also a great base for fishing the northern Oregon coast with a smaller boat.

House had all the extras we could ask for. Comfortable for our family and close enough to the beach you can hear the waves. Staircase is narrow and a little sketchy, but there is an outside door that downstairs can easily be accessed if you are not comfortable with the stairs. Dinning chairs were a little weak, thought a couple of us might end up on the floor lol but we made it. Power was out when we got there due to a storm and the owner communicated effectively as to when we could expect it back on. Great stay.

The house was good except for the very narrow and scary circular staircase... a real vertigo ride. Plus, though it was close to the beach in the front the back literally bordered the railway tracks and highway 101. Overall, it was well appointed and comfortable.
