We loved the location and walkability of this property. The hosts were attentive to questions and helpful with recommendations. There were four of us all women, and we felt safe in this area. We would recommend this property to friends.

This was the perfect Florence property. Perfect location near the Dia and then academy. We were minutes from all the sites. The communication was clear and responsive before and during our stay. The layout was perfect for a family of four with teens. Very comfortable for our home base.

Great stay in Florence! Excellent communication with host and great location in city with much needed air conditioning! Also appreciated the apricot juice and breakfast they left for us!

Location is fantastic, close to all attractions. Many wonderful restaurants close by.Chiara was very responsive to all questions and concerns and helpful booking our taxis when we ran into any issues. The elevator was handy after long day trips, as an FYI, if taking the elevator down - 0 is the ground floor. The apartment is small, worked for the 3 of us.Once we figured out the hot water system we had hot showers. Upstairs bedroom was quite warm due to the unexpected warm weather, having the windows opened helped with the temperatures.
