Property is very spacious and comfortable to stay at. Location is great, short walk from Duomo and Academia, only 5 minutes walk from T2 tramway taking you to Peretola Airport and Firenze S.M.N. railway station.
Great restaurants and good grocery shops are a few steps away.
Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. Air-Con is superb.

This is an apartment/hotel room. It is clean, quiet with a great, extremely professional staff and clear communication and expectations.
They change your sheets, towels and clean the room every day if you want them too.
Very comfortable bed, pillows and crisp, clean sheets.

Comfortable small apartment for the price of a small hotel room. Very nicely updated. Fairly basic breakfast provided at a restaurant across the street. Would recommend.
