House was nice and as expected. My family of 6 stayed there comfortably. It was in a nice location to walk to all the sights and tons of restaurants. We had a hard time figuring out how to work the heat but I think that was just because we aren’t accustomed to how things work in Italy.

This apartment was wonderful. Close to everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic apartment in the most convenient area to downtown. We spent 2 nights here and we were able to walk everywhere. My sons and husband even walked to the stadium to watch a soccer game. There are several parking garages in the area and it was nice to know that once we parked, we didn’t need our car until we left. Many restaurants and shops very close by. This apartment had many modern amenities.

We enjoyed our visit, and found the accommodations to be clean and comfortable. The bathrooms and bedrooms were a nice size, and the black out curtains and shutters made sleeping great! The kitchen has a small offering of pots/pans/utensils, but we made it work. We appreciate that it had laundry detergent there. The check in person communicated well with us and showed up right on time. Thank you!

The whole process was seamless. Beautiful accomodations, up a few flights of stairs to a remarkable stay.

Beautiful apartment, great location. Beds were comfortable. Wish there were instructions for washer/dryer combination. We could not understand how to dry. We would have called for help but was too late in the evening and did not want to disturb any. Would definitely recommend this apartment

Love the location and experience. The group was made up of friends on a trip to celebrate my birthday and everything was great.

We travelled with 6 and this was the kids favorite place. There were three bedrooms so everyone got some privacy. The “kids room” wa a great - two twin beds. Every room has AC and fans. The space is modern and gorgeous. Only location we stayed at in Italy over two weeks that had a bathtub - three year old LOVED it! Very comfortable space for sharing with family. Kitchen and bathrooms spotless. The apartment was gorgeous. The only “negative” is listing says there is a dryer but there is no machine dryer - only a hanging line. I specifically picked this location towards the middle/end of our trip go do laundry because it said it had a dryer - VERY rare in Italy - and that wasn’t the case, only a washer. Maybe I misread but listing shows dryer right next to washer. Thankfully we had done laundry at a laundry mat when we were in another city so it wasn’t a necessity. Otherwise everything was PERFECT and the location and proximity to EVERYTHING was amazing!

If you are looking for a place that is in walking distance to the major attractions and nothing more then this place is fine. It was clean but not very welcoming. There are no decorations whatsoever so it felt a bit cold and unwelcoming. There were no bed coverings other than a sheet. As another review mentioned, there were no paper towels and only a single dish cloth. The air conditioner in one bedroom did not work and upon notifying the host he said an electrician would be contacted. It remained broken for our entire 4 night stay. All in all it was fine just for sleeping but if you want something with a view that feels homey this may not be the best choice.

This home is right around the corner from the Accademia and close to the Duomo, which is very useful. Highly recommend, but plan to buy toilet paper, paper towels and all essentials. We were provided 2 rolls of TP for 5 people for 5 days, and no kitchen towels. Not a big deal, just good to know. The living room really only seats 2 comfortably, but the small room with twin beds is adorable and a great getaway for some quiet time. The rooms have separate A/C or fans which is very nice. Overall, a very nice place right in the heart of the city.

Apartment was very spacious and my family of 6 adults were very comfortable. Having a washer/dryer in the apartment was also very helpful. Owner was responsive to our questions and gave us recommendations on how best to visit Florence. Would stay here again if we return to Florence as it was very centrally located to everything.

We had the BEST time at this Vrbo. Perfect location.. walking distance to everything. Big table to gather around in the evenings! Two bathrooms was great. Only thing is the pillows suck! We used our airplane pillows the whole time. But we had no issues at all. Street noise was there but that is expected anywhere in Florence so that didn't bother us. If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs as the trash truck picks up right outside the window very early.

We loved the size and location of this apartment. Walking distance to everything and great restaurants right out the door. Close grocery stores. Very clean and well stocked

My family has never had bad exp where we’ve stayed. Until now:
(1) Mgt failure even before we arrived. Days before, I texted ETA specifics . Mgr said no more needed. But on arrival day, his greeter texted to demand same details + nonsecure txt of passport pics.
(2) No heat in winter. We arrived to scorching temps in apt. On his hurry out, greeter pted to thermostat. It turned out to be hopelessly glitchy. When called, he refused to return, then tried & failed to video-coach a reset - & had us shut off boiler. He never came back. And (of course) temps steeply dropped. All 4 nights were low 50s (F) inside. Wearing all our layers not what we paid for.
(3): Dangerous shower door. Plastic(!) axle of door’s hanger wheel cracked off. Door was still secure – until mgt had tech pull door off-track to await repair. When my wife used shower, door slid away & nearly fell on her.
(4) Big attempted overbill. Am wording w/care on public site. Mgr did unwise but low risk thing before we arrived. Then I had accident surfacing same risk. Immed.reported. He replied no big deal. I offered to pay for approp fix - about 25€ in Firenze. But guy in reply demanded HUNDREDS more for over-the-top fix. To be done with him & co., I offered half his ask. He carped for several days more, then went silent. So serious q what point was in demanding hundreds over 25€ and whether 25€ fix was the only one ever truly in prospect. NO ONE passes on a 50-50 split to self-fund 100% of platinum repairs.

House was not clean and ready at check-in. Cleaning could have been better once done. Pictures made it appear much more modern than it was. Very noisy location.

Other than the check in taking a lot longer than it should have . All was good.

Minor technical details that can be fixed (supplies). Overall; I would use the location again for a small group of close friends.

The location was perfect. Being right in the city- easy to walk to restaurants and shops. The apt looked like it was newly renovated. We stayed 1 night so it was good for us. Easy 10 min walk to take the tram to get to the airport.

Overall, loved staying in this unit - clean, modernized and very roomy; the leasing group agents were helpful and cooperative leading up to our stay, offering suggestions for restaurants and answering all our questions about the accommodation. We were six adults and were super comfortable.
Can't say enough about the location of this apartment relative to the must-see sites, restaurants, coffee shops and bars - a three minute walk to the Duomo, awesome shopping and quiet neighbors! We quickly fell in love with the little wine bar on the corner and visited it each night before turning in. It was a quick 20 minute walk to the bus station where several of our day tours originated, so quite convenient.
Two suggestions - ask for operating instructions for the washer/dryer and oven (we were international guests and unfamiliar with the operation.) Also, advise to set your expectations for the AC, do some research on European standards of what constitutes "cool temperatures". We visited in late June and found the unit quite warm, and when asked, were advised that it was not the AC but the European standard could not cool below 77 degrees. Fair enough but wish we had known before renting.
Overall - would recommend staying here!
