Sleeps up to 4.One Queen bed in the bedroom with one queen futon style sofa that sleeps one person or two small kids in the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen to help make this your home away from home. One Flat Screen TV, 1 DVD, CD in the Living Room. Wifi Internet access in unit. Streaming only. There is no cable in the condo. No Fireplace available at this time. The unit is all one level and you enter from the outside of the building after taking a half a flight of stairs from the driveway. There are two outdoor parking space available. Mammoth View Villas Recreation room has a nice reading area, ping pong table, year around spa. Coin-operated laundry facilities located in the common area near the office. COMPLIMENTARY INTERNET are provided, however NO REFUNDS will be given for connectivity problems or Internet failure. The location of the place was nice but once you got inside it was far different, the fireplace that was listed was boarded up and screwed shut, the kitchen was poorly stocked and most of the pans were still dirty from the last guest. The code for the jacuzzi was wrong and when we reached out to the rental company the person was extremely rude. Overall the condo is run down and not well kept. Would not stay here again.

The place was cute and clean. Perfect for one or two people. Great location to the Village with lots of restaurants and it was easy to catch the Gondola for skiing and the Apres Ski Party at Canyon Lodge. From the pictures there looks like there is a fireplace but it has been decommissioned. The heater works great so all was well. It was a great trip, the snow was perfect.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a ski weekend and we loved it. It’s so great for a couple or small family. The location is super central, only a few minutes walk from mammoth village and the gondola and here’s a ski bus line that runs right by. Parking was included, the heater works great and so do all of the appliances. Check in and check out was so easy. We would absolutely stay here again.

The location is close to the village, gondola, bus stops, and canyon lodge. The room was nice and had everything in the description, just a little far from the hot tub/sauna so in winter it’s pretty much pointless. A little confusing to find the room. Overall, would recommend!

The space was perfect during my weekend stay in town for a wedding. It had all the amenities I wouldn’t have gotten with a hotel but with the same convenient location. I chose this space for my stay as an alternative to the Westin as they are right near one another.

This was a very nice condo in a great location. My only complaint is the pet odor that got into our socks. Possibly the jute rug, but the odor was awful.

This is our 3rd time staying in the Mountain View Villas. We love this complex, it's close to Eagle Lodge and a short drive to Minaret. This particular place was not as clean as the other units we've stayed in. I'm not sure if maybe it's because of all the snow they have and maybe nobody has been their for a while. The blankets and sheets smelled "stuffy" almost like mildew. The dishwasher had dishes in it (not sure if they were clean or dirty, didn't want to find out just started it). I understand the snow broke the kitchen window and that's why it was boarded up but the heater in the bedroom didn't work. It was kinda cold in there. Other than that it's a cute place. The owner had oil and seasonings in the kitchen to cook with which was a nice surprise.

The property was rustic and quaint and had that "cabin" feel to it. The water got hot very quickly and the big plus is the memory foam tempur-pedic mattress which allowed me to get some great sleep. Depending on where you want to go. it's about a 5-10-min walk to the village. I would definitely stay here again.

Location was great and a short walk to the gondola. Cookware and dishwater could use an update and the bedroom heater was not operational.

The place was close to the village, which we wanted. It was clean but a little rough around the edges- rug and chair cushions added a nice touch after we found them stuffed under the blankets. The photos show a fire place but it was covered in sheet metal- to be fair the amenities do not say there is a fire place. The futon in the living room is not inviting.
The bedroom and shower are amazing- great mattress and water pressure

Great for a Couples Getaway
It was a great place for us to getaway and enjoy the outdoors. Very cozy condo. We did have issue with the TV, but property manager was a great help, came out and fixed the problem. Only found 2 things that needed improvement (stains on carpet in living room and screen on sliding glass door was broken), but it did not take away from us enjoying our stay in the condo. Would recommend and would stay there again.
