DESCRIPTION This 3-bedroom 3-bath condo has everything you need for a relaxing beachfront vacation. Spectacular views of the beach, ocean and the nearby island of Vieques from your private balcony. Enjoy the beautiful Dragon Pool located steps from our building and the beach. This private corner unit has views from every room and a relaxing patio to enjoy the best of the Caribbean. Marvel in the beauty, safety and convenience of Palmas Del Mar, a 2700 acre gated resort community. boasting two world-class golf courses designed by Rees Jones and Gary Player, the largest tennis facility in the Caribbean, 18 unique restaurants, and abundant activities including scuba diving and fishing boat charters, horseback riding, nature trails, kayaking and more. Only a short drive from the San Juan Airport and historic Old San Juan, the El Yunque rain forest with its waterfalls and hiking, and the bio-luminescent bays. This condo is recently upgraded throughout with high end furniture, appliances and décor. Two thousand square feet of space provide plenty of room for you and any family and friends that are lucky enough to join you! The spacious first master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, huge soaking tub and separate walk-in and sit-down shower. Windows in this room look out directly on the ocean and beach. The second master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, private patio overlooking the golf course, en-suite bathroom and a separate entry for privacy and convenience. The third bedroom has sleeping space for four with twin-sized trundle beds and bunk beds. For your convenience, additional air beds and linens are provided. You'll find all the conveniences of home in this unit, with cable TV, high-speed wifi internet and access to all of your streaming video, high-efficiency washer and dryer, and refrigerator with filtered water and icemaker. Separate A/C units with individual temperature control in each bedroom allow you to customize your comfort. Spend the morning with a coffee watching the incredible sunrise over the Caribbean! This is our home away from home. We spend every moment we can enjoying the many amenities of Marbella Club, Palmas Del Mar and incredible history and culture of Puerto Rico. We're confident you will fall in love with this place just as we have. AMENITIES Guests have access to the Dragon Pool right next to our villa, along with beautifully kept grounds and common areas and 24-hour security provided by the Marbella Club. We also provide our guests access to La Cava. This truly unique wine cellar is perfect for sharing a glass of wine by the fireside, or entertaining with friends. In addition, Palmas del Mar offers 18 restaurants, many beaches, golf, horseback riding, nature trails, and more amenities, available for all our guests. NOTES We are happy to answer any questions you may have before booking, and before, during or after your trip. Our property manager will also be available to assist with any needs you have while you enjoy your stay here! Televisions with cable are available in both master bedrooms and the living area, along with either Blu-ray/DVD players or streaming capability. Free high-speed wifi will let you stream your favorite shows and music. Beach towels and portable chairs are provided. Kitchen includes a coffee maker, oven and stove top, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, fridge with water dispenser and ice maker, and dishes, utensils and everything you need to cook. THE AREA Puerto Rico is a beautiful tropical island destination, and a convenient and memorable spot for your next vacation. El Yunque National Forest beckons with cascading waterfalls, tropical forests and bird life hiking, and great views. Amazing beaches can be found all over the island with great snorkeling and scuba diving, surfing, sailing, fishing and other activities. Take a day trip to the beautiful islands of Culebra and Vieques, or do a kayak tour to see the monkeys of Monkey Island. But you may never need to leave Palmas del Mar, where activities, food and drink, and relaxation abound. GETTING HERE From the San Juan Airport, you can rent a car or take a shuttle van approximately one hour to Palmas del Mar. While you're here, golf carts are the popular mode of transport, and can be rented when you arrive.

The property was great for a peaceful getaway. The condo was well appointed and we really enjoyed the views from the patio. The hosts were super helpful and responsive. I will also point out that the beach was nice. There was some seaweed in January, but we could still enjoy a quiet swim in the ocean. Overall, a very nice stay. We did find we had to drive a fair bit, because we wanted to do kayaking and boating tours. But that was our choice.

Ocean views for days, condo was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Pools were a lot of fun. Beach access was limited due to erosion but we found other access fairly easily. The condo is within 2 gated communities- and there are a number of wonderful restaurants all within 10 min. We'll be back!

The location was fair, about an hour south from activities we chose (rainforrest, zipline, old San Juan, fajardo catamaran). Getting to a full grocery store was about a 30 min drive. The grocery store in the Palmas Del Mar market is a corner store and has no produce. We will prob stay somewhere diff next time as a result of location preference. Security on-site was five stars. Condo overall was clean, but needed a deep clean. Master bedroom closet doors were covered in mold. Washing machine also had tons of visible mold. Bathrooms, floors, and kitchen were all clean upon arrival. Guest bedroom also smelled heavily of mold. The air conditioning in kids room was broken. We reported it but nobody came to repair it as promised. Plenty of clean linens were provided. We rented a golf cart, it was not needed, our kids preferred driving our car due to the numerous speed bumps within the resort. The pool club was fun but cost an additional amount per day, a cost that was not disclosed in advance. Also we needed special permission to enter, for a family with a kid we prefer to be able to come and go on our own schedule without having to meet someone to let us in. The facility hot tub was huge and really amazing. Our contact person was responsive and helpful to our questions and requests during our stay. Palmas del mar is a beautiful place, more suited as a living community rather than a short term vacation resort.

Very clean, well appointed 3 bedroom apartment facing the ocean in the acclaimed Palmas Del Mar resort. We loved that there was everything we needed in the kitchen, and the bathrooms were also well stocked (shampoo, conditioner, soap). Beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler for beach/pool outings, even snorkels and masks. So much to do just within the resort, we didn’t even make it to all of the pools. The beach was steps away from the our place, and so was the pool. Horseback riding was minutes away, and many places to eat on the resort and right outside of it. We would definitely rent again. Good communication with owner/property manager. A wonderful place to relax and spend time with family/friends.

The property and location was very private and secure, there is one security gate to enter Palmas Del Mar and another to entire the apartment / condo complex. The condo was clean, stocked with kitchen essentials, beach towels, etc and the views from the rooms and deck was just spectacular.
My family was two adults and two kids 7 & 11. We definitely would recommend to families with kids. The pools were warm and fun to pass time and relax.
We did rent a golf car for our stay and only used it once a to tour the property. Because Palmas Del Mar is so big we found using our car was more efficient than the golf car.
Overall a 5 star property and easy access in and out.

The property is gorgeous - the photos do NOT do it justice. The two pools we had access to were wonderful - so clean and fun! We stayed with our almost 2 year old and it was perfect. The property manager and host went out of their ways to make sure our stay was amazing. Truly a great experience.

We had an amazing time on our Spring Break vacation. The condo was clean and had every amenity you could want. The property is gorgeous. The view from the balcony enjoying coffee each morning will be missed! Can’t wait to come back, soon.

I was skeptical at first when my friends asked me to look into a Villa versus a hotel. The owners made this first time experience wonderful. They answered any and all questions prior to booking. Booking was super easy and so was check in. They provided a map of the resort, as well as information needed to fully enjoy my stay. The property was absolutely AMAZING!! Breathtaking views and the property was equipped with absolutely EVERYTHING needed to enjoy our stay. I can’t wait to return. Thanks again!!!

We absolutely love this property! It is our second time and it’s such a perfect place for our family. The property is clean and spacious for our family of 5. We always rent a golf cart and it is a relaxing way to enjoy the larger Palmas property, the restaurants and everything the area has to offer. We can not wait to come back again!

Amazing property and perfect for families!
This property was beautiful! It gave our family space to relax and unwind after a say at the beach or snorkeling! We watched the sunrise every morning on the porch... the view was stunning. You would pay thousands a night for that view at the Ritz! We truly appreciated the room with bunk beds plus the daybed and trundle.... perfect for the kids.
Overall I highly recommend this property! And rent a golf cart during your stay... it was all we used!!

Zaragoza, part of Marbella in Palmas del Mar, a great location!
We stayed at the property for a month. The apartment is super spacious, with a nice view of the ocean. The surroundings, quiet & peaceful. My favorite spot was the balcony. The rooms were perfect, with lots of storage. Everything was in working order. Electricity went out early one morning but the generator started up, so thankfully no problems.
Palmas del Mar has several nice restaurants, like Chez Daniel & Ladi's, both have indoor/outdoor dining areas. La Pescadería is entirely outdoors, very casual. Thank you so much, we had a lovely time!

As advertised!!
This villa is immaculate! The rooms are well designed and spacious and the views are amazing! The place is well equipped with towels, umbrellas, chairs, and everything you need to go to the beach! The beach in Las Palmas has a lot of seaweed but there are plenty of pristine beaches within short driving distance. We got engaged while walking on the beach near the resort so it was a particularly great experience for us. The only downside was that we were only there for 4 days as I would love to stay there forever!!

Amazing Villa!
We absolutely loved our experience once we arrived the Villa, we opened the door and the cleanliness was felt in so many senses smell, sight and touch. The way it’s decorated help the relax environment scenario. The various areas of view to the see and the forest are fundamental to feel you are vacationing . Even that we started vacay the first day of the Dessert dust issue but the sightseeing from the terrace after that day were spectacular. The morning beach breeze and the sunrise are indescriptible but relaxing. We had one situation and the owner help us resolve immediately, I truly recommend this Villa and know we will definitely return again. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect and fits for our party as it was our home. There are air filters in each room which help more to the cleanliness and healthy environment. A 5+ for us. Thanks so much for the opportunity to enjoy it.

We had a wonderful time. The property is even better in person than it appears in the pictures. A very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated Villa that accommodated our family of four adults and three children very well. There was a lot of room for everyone to enjoy themselves. The Villa was stocked with everything you need to have a wonderful relaxing vacation. The views are beautiful and I loved hearing the roar of the ocean at night in bed before falling to sleep and waking up in the morning to first the sound of the ocean and then the gorgeous views. The Villa was very quiet and the beds very comfortable. We all enjoyed having the golf carts to travel around the property. The property was beautiful and very well kept and we enjoyed all the restaurants on property that we tried. The town center had everything you needed, some of the restaurants, frozen yogurt a small super market that was very well stocked for it's size and a store. All of us, loved the beach club, especially our three grandchildren. A beautiful pool, great water slides, water buckets and climbing in the water, ping pong, water basketball etc. and a wonderful bar and restaurant. Very clean and well planned. We ended up spending several days there enjoying the club and having nice lunches at the restaurant. The property manager, Nancy, was very responsive to our inquiries. Phil also was very responsive during our booking and before we arrived answering any questions or concerns that we had. We had the best vacation at Palmas Del Mar. We made many happy memories with our grandchildren and our son and daughter in law. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Family Vacation
Truly amazing family vacation. The unit was spectacular, like walking into a 5 star hotel. Tons of ocean and beach toys for our kids to use. Loved the pools, beach and access to the beach club. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful Unit
This is a wonderful unit! Clean, very well equipped and the view is fabulous!! The owner is responsive as is the onsite property manager. We enjoyed our stay very much!!
The only disappointment was the number of restaurants and activities available in the resort area. We had hoped to only leave the property for a few excursions. Get a golf cart and cruise around to different restaurants etc. Post hurricane, the casino is still not open, horseback riding is not available, the little wine cellar is closed and there are a number of restaurants that are also not open. If we had known this in advance we would probably have picked a different location on the island.
That being said, the unit itself is wonderful and very comfortable for 7-8 people.

Wonderful stay!
This was such an amazing home to stay in. It was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable trip. Nancy, the property manager, was an incredible resource that was always available when needed. I encourage anyone staying to rent a golf cart if you plan to explore a bit - not only is it a fun way to see the area, it’s a convenient way to get around quickly. I will definitely visit this location again!

We loved staying at this property. This villa is spacious and beautiful, with wonderful views. The pools are great. Nancy, the property manager and Phil, the owner were very responsive when we had to contact them. We highly recommend staying here for a relaxing time!

Spotless Clean! Over the top in details.
Decoration, Details, Sparkling Clean, Super Host, amazing view from balcony and master room a super plus! Huge bathrooms! There was even milk, sugar, coffee, water bottles in fridge, and all you can imagine in gadgets for cooking including seasonings! Super recommend! Will return for sure! The size of the apartment; WOW!! Just perfect for a vacation in Palmas del Mar, Puerto Rico!!!
