Very comfortable condo. Great location, well maintained roads and parking lot. Jacuzzi was incredible, and I highly recommend this condo for anyone coming to Mammoth. Clean, great furniture and gorgeous view of mountains.

A very accessible first floor location in Snow Creek 3.
Cozy for a couple or a family of 3. Clean, convenient and peaceful!

This property is comfortable, quiet and convenient to everything that Mammoth offers. Everything works, it’s spacious for singles or couples and can easily accommodate four. Ground floor location makes loading in/out a snap. The bed was super comfortable and the in-unit w/d helps.

We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing they can do to improve the stay for people is fix the sliding glass door so it latches easily and better instructions on using the TV (3 remotes that didn't always work per their short instructions). But the grounds and condo were lovely, non the less.

Having stayed in about every floor plan at Snowcreek, this is a small but adequate lodging for 2 people. The only thing less than 5 stars about this condo, is the size of the bathroom. It is very small, with the toilet and tub/shower separated from the sink/vanity by an outward door. The washer and dryer are located opposite the sink/vanity. It makes for a very tight area. Also, the closet area in the bedroom was only half of a regular sliding closet. Not room for many hanging clothes. Other than that, it was perfect for my wife and myself. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice, clean and comfortable condo in a beautiful landscape.
Would love to stay here again.
Small side note... not much storage (no pantry) for food.
Thank you to the Host.

My husband and I stayed here for a week in July and it was the perfect getaway vacation condo for us. The place is newly renovated and so cute and cozy. It also has a great view of the mountains and you’re surrounded by trees and wildflowers. The condo neighborhood is quiet and respectful. We barely noticed the neighbors. You’re close enough to the village, trailheads, and activities for fun but far enough away that you’re not in the activity constantly. There was only a hot tub. We didn’t find the pool. Overall, we loved coming back to this condo after a day out on the mountain. It was so relaxing and quiet. The owners also stock the condo with everything you need with pots, pans, a strainer, Tupperware, nice coffee pot, etc. plus plenty of towels and pool towels. The tv and sound system were great for our movie nights. We will definitely be returning!

We are having our home in Mammoth rehabbed, so needed to rent a place to stay. Difficult to find a location that suits us, and this place proved to be terrific! Very nicely decorated, clean, super comfortable bed and living area. Owner responsive and accommodating. The bonus was the neighborhood, which is very lovely. We sat in back in a meadow area and had a beautiful view of the mountains. One evening a deer was right at the back grazing. Easy parking, and the owner provides a portable wagon so you can load and unload in one trip! Hope to be able to return again whilst our home is still in the construction stages and we need a place to stay.

Only 1 concern/repair needed. The patio glass sliding door would not open. Apparently the door was off track or possibly out of alignment. Otherwise a very nice stay.

Nice property, but:
- cleaning crew arrived late so we couldn’t enter property until 5pm (1 hr after we were supposed to). Waited in our car in the parking lot in the cold.
- refrigerator / freezer not working at all. We had to throw out about $50 worth of perishables that we brought with us and then had to spend money at expensive restaurants instead.
- heater / thermostat in living room kept resetting itself to 50 degrees, so we were cold every time we entered the property.
- tried to contact management and left a VM on first night and never got a call back.
- mentioned all of this to management company when we left, and no offer was made to compensate us for anything.

It was decorated nicely (Restoration Hardware style), a little problem hear and there, otherwise quite comfortable. It snowed so had some downtime from hiking the mountains, finally learned to use the TV, that needs improvement.

It's a nice place in a good location. It is appointed nicely and it's clean. What I didn't love was that the place looks like it is in the middle of repairs - there are holes in the drywall in the bathroom and in the bedroom where the exterior wall meets the ceiling it looks like there was work recently done but poor craftsmanship. But I wouldn't let those things keep me from staying again. Check-in with the automated system was a breeze.

This is a spotless condo in a beautiful and quiet complex, away from the bustle of downtown Mammoth. The kitchen is very well equipped; though the cupboards are full, there are two empty shelves at the end of the counter that conveniently held everything we had brought along -- cereal, bread, coffee, etc. -- to avoid eating out during the pandemic. Be sure to use the fan over the stove when cooking, as the smoke detector is extremely sensitive to things like frying bacon!
I worried a bit about getting check-in information in a timely manner; apparently the property manager prefers not to release it until the day of arrival, and for similar rentals I've had it further in advance. But it came through before we left home for our long drive from the Bay Area, and instructions for the lock arrangement were crystal clear.
We did have to reboot the modem in order to get wifi, as kindly suggested by the owner when we called him. Never did figure out the complexities of the television, but we weren't in the mountains to watch tv anyway.
We went out daily for hikes to some of the many beautiful lakes. We found that even if the air appeared smoky around town (from the state's wildfires), it wasn't a bother at all in the higher elevations, and photos we took showed clear blue skies.
Overall, our stay was delightful and I would happily return to this exact condo another time. We enjoyed the tasteful decor and all the animal paintings on the walls.

I was a bit skeptical but our trip was GREAT! We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The only thing I would have liked was a patio that we could sit on. It was a very small patio that was half filled with firewood and not really comfortable. Everything else was fantastic. The manger was easily accessible and returned phone calls.

Needs work and to much stuff every where, behind couch under beds. Sliding glass door broken along with the screen but didn't matter because deck is full of wood so can't use the patio anyway. The location is very nice and quiet. But next time would look for a more well taken care of place.
