Spectacular Beach View Next to Fairmont El San Juan
About this condo rental
Our apartment at ESJ Towers is located at a beachfront condo-hotel in Isla Verde Beach, a very popular touristic area of Puerto Rico. The beach is right on the back of the Condo Hotel. The swimming pool is still closed for repairs. We do not have the exact date of the reopening. We have a prime location next to Fairmont El San Juan, walk to the casino, bars, restaurants, night live, music and close to car rentals, fast-food places, supermarket. Of course the best beach in the north side of the Island Isla Verde Beach. Also, this ocean view apartment has a comfortable kitchen, a spacious bathroom, balcony, air conditioning, 50" smart TV, high speed internet, gym, game room and more. We are registered with Puerto Rico's Tourism Company.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It's by the beach and all restaurants and stores are within walking distance. We asked the front desk about the pool and was not its not working. Although we did had a blast, people at the front desk were not friendly and rude. They are no longer available after 6 pm. They do have a laundry in the basement where the parking is but you need a plastic token which you need to purchase at the front desk, (again no one was available after 6 pm) laundry is open till 11 pm per the instructions.

Was aware of the remodeling . Then she recently found out that the remodeling wasn’t authorized. And steel she wasn’t willing to help me in anyway with a refund.I wasn’t informed about remodeling being done to the property I had construction under me and above me dust flying into the room and balcony from work being done couldn’t get any rest during the day if wanted to from all the loud noise which could get a refund and trying to horrible first vacation upsetting!!!

I paid for this stay 3 weeks ahead of time and I spoke with Ms.Rosa on many different occasions. However the check in was at 3pm and when I got to the property at 3:45 she advised me that I would not be able to get in cause it was not clean and she was waiting on someone to clean the property. She never called me or anything to advised me of this so I was at her door with all my bags. When I asked about the time that it would be ready she began to yell at me tell me that I was not considerate HOWEVER she wasn’t considering that I had been up since 3am and I was ready to lay down and I should of been able to get in the property. She had my $900 and I had to find somewhere else to stay after I had already planned my trip around that address. I don’t advise no one to book here.

This is a nice little place with a small cooking area, full fridge and sink. The hallways of the building could use some TLC but overall still good. The lobby is very clean and open. The pool was down during our stay so no review there. Location is very good. Most everything is in walking distance. Very secure and great beach access. It’s not the El San Juan but it is a great value for the price. I would stay again.

The property is a little hard to get to, but that was mostly due to the heavy rain we experienced on our first day. After that the stay was smooth as could be. The resort leads right onto the beach and is quick accesses to Old San Juan.

My boyfriend and I went for his birthday and we loved it! Great views, host is responsive, and location is everything. Close to Isla Verde Beach & great food spots. Also, CVS is down the street. Clean place that’s important.

Beautiful oceanfront apartment with a balcony and view of the beach and airport. Our host Chimmy was extremely responsive and accommodating. The pool in the ESJ tower is still closed with no specific plan to open, but we were just happy spending the day at the beach. If you stay here recommend you rent a car and drive 45 minutes to Guavate for amazing Puerto Rican food. El Yungue rainforest also close by.

Loved this place amazing view,private beach entrance , everything you need walking distance , really close to the interstate . Secured parking ,very clean honor of the suite is amazing she communicated very well . Next time I’ll definitely try to stay here again .

Overall good experience, easy in and out of the room. Wifi helped me turn in some last minute things for work. The tower overall is undergoing some repairs but nothing that interfered with our stay. Felt secured due to the security at the gate and love the easy access to the beach area. Would stay again with no problem.

The view is outstanding. We had the room in the highest floor, and I personally believe was the best view out of any of the other condos we saw around us! It was a clean place and there were so many areas to walk to around us. The only downside was that not only was the pool closed, but the game room and the bar was also closed. and since it was a private apartment, the maid service could not give us additional towels, so bring some in case or you could use a laundry mat! Overall amazing experience

Some issues with checking in were promptly addressed by owners. It's moments like this that determine the quality of the experience and they did great! Nice place with a great view. Very clean and well put together. I'll stay again.

It was a very nice and cozy room with a beautiful view of the beach. We enjoyed and used our tiny kitchen to our advantage. We also felt very safe with the security provided before entering our Rental. The area is also around many restaurants,stores,and the beach.

access keypad on front door looks like it was tampered with at one time and poorly repaired; the actual door key, intended to be backup security, was missing; first aid kit had used band aid wrappers in it and some items needed replacing; detailed instructions for TV cable were missing; cable is very unstable

Great Experience
I had a good experience with the rental. It was very quiet and great view of the beach. Easy access to the beach and pool. Also I like the gated indoor parking, a big plus.
The only negative thing I found that the apartment is outdated but it didn't really matter to me. I was always out. Only came in to sleep.

Check in was easy process. Room was a bit outdated but was overall ok. The Game room, restaurant, and bar are closed due to COVID. If you’re booking because of those amenities beware. The pool area and access to the beach were excellent. Overall we had a nice time!

Very nice property. We had a small glitch with the air conditioner, but they were very responsive and fixed it right away. They were very communitive and great hosts

We did not want to leave !!
Let me start by saying that the view was amazing ! I reserved this place as a gift for my partner for recently graduating and I was initially iffy because of the Covid Virus unsure about how it was going to go. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by a friendly staff along with the property manager who was extremely helpful during our stay . The beach was right downstairs and thank goodness it was open. Unfortunately the pool is not yet open but the beach was enough for us. The area was right in the beginning of a long strip of bars and restaurants to choose from. We felt save during our stay and nothing could have made it better. 4 days was not enough next time we will love to have a longer stay we absolutely loved this property.

Puerto Rico with a view!
Watch the sea from the room or balcony, sleep in the comfortable beds among many pillows and have a plentiful supply of towels. Not much more to ask for!?

This property is next to the Fairmont and the Intercontinental. Great tourist neighborhood, beautiful beach, fun pool. We appreciated the extra touches in the bath like tanning lotion, etc. We also appreciated having a nice place to stay in our budget in Isla Verde. Thanks, Chimmy
