About this house rental
Nestled in Breckenridge, this attractive house for $478 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Location, location, location! Ski-in, ski-out convenience — as well as a spacious, beautifully remodeled town home featuring quality craftsmanship and plenty of amenities. You’re literally a 50-yard walk from the slopes, ski school meeting area, ski rentals and lift tickets. Private, teen and adult ski lessons meet right in front of the townhome. Drop the kids off for a lesson, make some runs, ski in for a quick lunch, then be right back on the Quicksilver lift in minutes. There is a year-round stream right out front. In the summer, we love to sit by the stream and have a BBQ. You must also visit the Recreation Center. It has a kids pool with slide, lazy river, etc. It also has an adult lap pool, indoor and outdoor spas, indoor and outdoor tennis, indoor jogging track, skateboard park, rock climbing wall, etc, etc! As the saying goes, you come for the winters and stay for the summers. Summer is truly incredible in Breckenridge. High temps of 75 degrees with no humidity! Right outside the door you have miles and miles of hiking and biking trails. The Blue River runs right thru town and is good for fly fishing, rafting, and rock climbing. You’ll love this home’s a wide, bright, airy interior, vaulted ceilings and tasteful decor. The living area has lots of comfy seating for a movie on the large LCD TV, games with the kids, or just relaxing conversation. Rustle up some après ski snacks or a special mountain dinner in the gourmet kitchen; there’s a beautiful dining table with seating for eight. The unit has its own hot tub so you can soak away any sore muscles. You’ll also enjoy access to shared hot tubs and the Upper Village Pool, a patio, free Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer and a two-car attached garage. There’s also a first-come, first-serve parking lot for other vehicles. And, the town of Breckenridge is just a short 5-10 minute walk away with shopping, restaurants and great nightlife. You won’t find a nicer ski-in, ski-out condo in Breckenridge at this price. Your family or group will thank you for booking your vacation at Cedars 21! During the ski season your Breckenridge lift tickets are also valid at Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, and Vail. You might consider trying the night skiing at Keystone. There is a shuttle service back and forth to each of the resorts. In addition to skiing and snowboarding, there is also tubing and skating. SLEEPS 8: UPPER LEVEL Master suite: king bed, LCD TV, master bath and shower. The balcony off the master suite also has beautiful views of the slopes on Peak 9. You’ll love it! This was a great location. Easy access to the Quicksilver lift at the base of Peak 9. We liked that you could walk to town so easily as well. We were traveling with our 3 adult children, and the townhome easily accommodated us all. The property is clean, well stocked, and had a nice large table as well as den area with gas fireplace. Kathy was super to work with and stayed in touch. We would definitely stay here again.

We have been to Breckenridge before and this is by far my favorite place that our family of seven has stayed. Kathy was great to deal with, easy walk into town for dinner or pick up breakfast, and true ski in/out to Quicksilver. The condo has all the amenities you could want, including a hot tub in the sunroom/porch.
If there’s anything negative we could say, it would be that you are so close to the slopes that you can hear them grooming the snow at night from the master bedroom. It was an easy fix for us, as we just put on some white noise.
We would definitely try to stay here again on our next trip to Breck.

Location, location, location! Close to everything and the condominium is perfect. Hit the private hot tub after a day on the slopes and then make a fabulous dinner in the outstanding kitchen. This is the best outfitted kitchen of any condo that I have stayed in. quality equipment and everything works perfectly! Can’t go wrong with this condo!

This condo was perfect for a group of 6! It was exactly as described.. plus very clean and comfortable. The master overlooked one of the ski lifts. The hot tub was a perfect ending after a full day of skiing. Very close to multiple restaurants and shops! We will definitely be back!

Condo was everything it was represented to be. It was clean, cozy and very convenient for skiing. We really liked having a w arm garage for our car and being so close we could walk to go eat. We even walked to Main Street to shop and eat. We didn’t really cook meals but the kitchen looked like it had everything you could need and more. Kathy (owner) was very nice to check on us. Overall I would highly recommend!

Everything that you need
This ski on/off property located at the base of Peak 9 has everything that you will need to enjoy your vacation at Breckenridge. The fully-stocked kitchen, updated appliances and furnishings, easy ingress/egress from the 2-car garage and the roomy yet intimate layout of the condo ticks off as many boxes as any vacation renter will want. The owner(s) were responsive to every email and the entire rental and check-in/out process was efficient and seamless. The proximity (5 minute walk) to the shops on Main Street is also a huge plus.

Secondly, the condo itself is extremely well-appointed and beautifully decorated. We have stayed at other VRBOs and have always been happy with them, but this one was stocked better than any of them with everything we could possibly need - crockpot, blender, cheese grater, etc... We never felt there was something we needed and could not find at our fingertips. Third, the bedrooms/beds were very comfortable. Fourth, the owner, Kathy, was so responsive. We accidentally locked ourselves out (door inside the garage) and texted Kathy who got back to us so quickly and back into the home. Fifth, the hot tub was an amazing way to end a day on the slopes before showering and going to dinner (for which the location was also amazing - just a quick walk to town to great restaurants and shops). Sixth, we loved the round dining table for 8 (just pulled the two chairs from one of the bedrooms to turn it from a table of 6 to 8. Our good friends were in a smaller condo close by and they came for dinner on Christmas Eve and Christmas and it was perfect for a dinner gathering and card games after. Thank you, Kathy, for a wonderful stay. Any future visits to Breckenridge will certainly be made around when your condo is available.

Best location in Breck!
Unit 21 at The Cedars is absolutely the best location on Peak 9 and to the town of Breckenridge. You can literally hit the ski lift with a snowball from the front door. In addition, you are a short walk to ski rental, restaurants and a grocery store. The inside of the until will not disappoint. The pictures and description are 100% spot on! AMAZING!!! Location was fantastic. Town home was great. Clean, well equipped and in good condition. Double garage was very convenient. Really nice to have the private hot tub. Great communication with the property manager. Would definitely stay there again in future years!

We had a very enjoyable time with our kids and their spouses. Kathy checked in a couple of times to see if we had any questions or concerns. I really enjoyed staying in the room with the kingsize bed and watching the stars at night and the beautiful reflected sun rise.

Breckenridge in the summer
Cedars 21 rates high on our list of VRBO. The location was great for walking to Main Street. The creek out front was relaxing. Bedding comfy. Felt completely at ease as if staying with a lifelong friend. Communication was easy and prompt. The garage and private hot tub were appreciated. Positive experience.
