Pine Ridge Condo

Location, value, staff

Carpet a little dirty, sliding door in master bedroom didn't work

1 / 10

This is our third time staying in the area this year and this was my most unsatisfied time.

When we arrived at the facility to check in, it was very confusing on where to go and where the office would be. We were tired from Driving and just wanted it to be simple.. I had surgery and when we found out that we had over four flights of stairs to get me up to our room I was very disappointed that I was going to have to do this every time we left and came back after realizing how difficult check-in was, I did not want to change my room because I thought that would be very confusing and difficult. I would only stay here again if they gave me a ground level room and better directions on checking in. From the picture, we also thought that we were going to have two queen size beds and two different rooms so this is why we thought we would be comfortable with four adults and instead there were just twin beds and the other bedrooms and only one king size bed so the room seemed very different from what we thought we were getting.

I did not like how the check-in process was so difficult and I did not like that. We did not have comfortable beds for four adults. I did not like that. We had over four flights of stairs to get to our room..

Highly recommend

The units are very roomy with full kitchens. The bed was comfortable. The location could not have been any better.

We are elderly and had to climb a lot of stairs to reach our unit. It's not so bad except when load and unloading our bags.

Location was great and the space was very nice. Staff was friendly.

We are non-smokers and the unit smelled like cigarette smoke. Did not see anything in the unit information that this was a smoking unit, if we would have known it was a smoking unit we would not have leased it. Exhaust fan in the small bathroom has the bearing out of the motor, squeals loudly could be a fire hazard. Window blind in the kitchen has the cord broken off could not close it.
