Situated in Surfside Beach, this charming house for $478 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Home away from home! This beautiful townhouse features oceanfront living steps away from the beach. You will be staying in our family’s beach house, so you can expect all the comforts and amenities of home during your stay. This home has three bedrooms, two and half baths. The master bedroom has a queen bed with en-suite attached bathroom and features a walk-out balcony with stunning ocean views. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The house sleeps a total of 6 adult guests. A pull out sofa is available as well. The main floor is an open concept design, with the kitchen, dining room, and living area open and inviting for family gatherings. Walk straight from the family room onto your private porch with captain’s chairs seating to take in the gorgeous ocean view. There is a courtyard pool and sunbathing deck. Private garage parking for 2 cars. Washer and dryer on the 2nd floor. The kitchen got all new appliances in 2019. It is fully stocked with all the essentials required to cook a homemade meal. Small appliances include a blender, slow cooker, coffee maker, Keurig, and toaster. A gas grill is available as well (propane not guaranteed, but reimbursed if you have to buy a tank) High speed wireless internet is provided. Basic cable and Smart TV in the main living area and master bedroom available to connect to your Netflix or Amazon account. Relax to your favorite music with a Bose bluetooth speaker.

The house was great, perfect for a family, in our case it was our family of 4 and grandparents. The deck overlooked the pool and the beach. The kids loved the pool. We had one SUV in the garage, and a truck outside the garage. Space worked great for us! The house was well stocked, though we didn't use anything but the refrigerator, but was nice in case we did need it. My favorite part was the area in front of the townhomes marked private beach, and it truly was private for us. Not crowded and everyone in that area looked out for each other.

My husband, daughter and I stayed one week and we wished we stayed longer! I have been going to the Surfside/Garden City area for 25+ years and this was our first time staying at this townhouse. It was great! Had everything we needed and was so close to everything!! The pool was very convenient being so close as well. Very nice being able to park our vehicle in our own garage attached to the townhouse. The rental manager was awesome at communicating with us. Everything was simple from booking to checking out. Hopefully we can book for next summer and bring our newborn son❤️

This property is well kept, stocked with everything you need, a perfect location beach front, and the owners are responsive and clearly care about their guests. Highly recommend this property and we will certainly be returning!

A great condo in a perfect location! We were thrilled at how close the property was to the beach, literally a two minute walk! The master bedroom balcony provides a perfect spot to watch the sun rise while having your first cup of coffee. This unit was, bar none, the most well-stocked of any property we have rented! Erin has thought of everything and is the perfect host! You will not be disappointed in your stay here!

We went down for a friends birthday, we got to meet the owner as he was on a vacation hisself, he was a super nice guy so friendly! He told us his daughter was the one who run the unit we stayed in she was always so fast to respond. The unit was super nice and very clean!! We all enjoyed our stay and have already talked about renting from this daddy/daughter duo again for our next beach trip!!

This townhome is spacious and is stocked like your own home. It has a beachy feel without being over the top. The beds are comfortable and there was was enough room for the family (3 generations at some pts) to have some of their own space. The 2 decks are amazing - one covered and one not. We normally stay in high rises when we go visit a beach and I was worried about not having privacy. Was not an issue at all. Neighbors are friendly but not intrusive at all. The overall feeling of the complex is warm and laid back. Sara the owner is amazingly responsive. And last but not least the view is just plain amazing. Can’t wait to go back!

Everything was perfect! My brother left a pair of shorts and a shirt in the bedroom with the twin beds. Did the cleaners find them? If so he can meet to pick them up he is local to the area. Thank you.

We had only one night to enjoy the place and it wasn’t enough. Got just in time for sunset ocean colors. The beach is a few steps away and both levels provide excellent ocean views from inside and the two balconies. Clean house and very tastefully furnished. Erin is very responsive and accommodating for any reasonable requests. Thanks for great experience.

This adorable condo is right on the beach, you walk right off your balcony to the ocean! Erin has thought of everything to include for the house and the home is beautifully furnished with a lovely living room to hang out in. Beds were super comfortable. Erin was the perfect host, always responded right away and made sure our stay was perfect. By far best VRBO host I’ve ever had! Would definitely stay here again.

Our family and extended family enjoyed a fabulous summer week at this Surfside rental. The location was just what we were looking for, and the view of the beach from the balconies were incredible. We loved the open concept of the kitchen, dinning room and living area. All bedrooms were spacious for our needs. Can't beat being steps away from the ocean! The garage is a tight fit for large suvs (we had to take our roof carrier off and the top of our vehicle almost touched) but it fit! The garage itself is large which allowed for ample space for all our beach gear, games, golf clubs, and roof carrier, as well as two vehicles. We parked a third parked just outside of the garage. The property owner Erin was amazing! She was available and extremely helpful when we had questions, and when the freezer did not work properly, she sent someone out quickly. We look forward to coming back!

This place is as advertised. Beautiful decor, well stocked kitchen with nice dishes, mugs, cookware, etc. Bose wireless speaker, incredible view! We stayed over Christmas, and it was lovely! The two queen beds were super comfy. Washer dryer is nice. We really loved everything about it Host Erin is fabulous!!

We stayed here for our first trip to the Surfside Beach area and could not have been more pleased! The condo was beautiful and offered a great view straight out to the beach and pool. Communication with Erin was fast, easy and she answered any questions we had about our stay. The condo is in a great location, easy walkable access to some restaurants and a short drive to shops and groceries. If we end up back in Surfside Beach we will definitely try to stay at this location again!!

Can't put into words how great this property was for our family. Location on the beach with private shared pool was exactly what we were looking for and did not disappoint. My kids loved being able to choose between the pool and beach depending on the time of day and surf conditions. Quiet area away from all the touristy distractions but close enough you can get to them in a short drive. Easy drive to murriel's inlet where there's great restaurants and Charleston was easily accessible from 17. Already looking for a time to come back.
