Located in Surfside Beach, this lovely condo for $422 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Location: Lighthouse II, unit 5 - 713 S. Ocean Blvd. Surfside Beach. (You must put Surfside beach in your GPS) We have a spacious two bedroom two bath condominium in Surfside Beach at LIGHTHOUSE II. Our renter's always leave such wonderful compliments. My goal is to keep the unit nice and wonderful for you! Alway updating! New carpet, new paint, new lighting! Our condominium is located on the third floor with a large ocean front balcony. There is no elevator. There are two reserved parking spaces. The condo is stocked well with dishware, pots, and pans. The condo is constantly being updated.. The condo is cleaned by the same person weekly so everything is clean and working! The view from the balcony is unobstructed! You can walk to the Surfside Pier. Later in the day, you can stroll down the beach for afternoon music on the patio! Surfside Beach has a wide beach, clean and spacious. Easy access to Murrells Inlet, Broadway At The Beach, and new shopping malls! Restaurants & entertainment within walking distance. Accommodations: Master bedroom - 1 Queen bed - 2nd bedroom - 1 Queen bed , and living room - Full sofa bed - Sheets & towels are included. You will need to bring your own beach chairs, paper products & toiletries.There is direct access to the beach from a huge private deck. We rent Saturday to Saturday only during the summer months and require a 3 night minimum during the off season. We offer monthly rentals during the winter months (generally November through February). The monthly rentals have an $125. cap on electricity. Any usage over $125 will be deducted from your security deposit.Weekly rates DOES NOT INCLUDE departure maid service Keywords: CONDO, OCEANFRONT, SMALL COMPLEX, PRIVATE, Blackout Curtains, Newer tv's, assigned parking!

This property was excellent. It is in a great location. The owner was easy to work with and the check in was so easy! Beautiful view! The kitchen was fully furnished and large laundry room. I highly recommend this property. We will be back.

Very nice beachfront condo on 3rd floor of 3 floor 6 plex. Perfect for 2 couples, like us, with 2 bedroom and 2 bath. Very clean, up to date, and complete. We all enjoyed our 3 night stay. Lots of beach walks and could also enjoy the beach anytime from the nice balcony. Would stay here again and highly recommend!

Melinda was so easy to work with. Loved everything about the condo. As stated in description this is a third floor condo with no elevator but the views from the large, nicely furnished deck were spectacular being at that level. Kitchen stocked with all that was needed. Would definitely stay here again if we were going without our dogs. Pickleball venues were about 10-20 minutes away.

My husband enjoyed staying here. It was a perfect mix of relaxing and activities. We waked to the local restaurants. We loved not having to drive to go out to eat. There was a pier, however, it was not open yet. The large balcony was a plus for us. We sat out there often people watching and listening to the ocean. The door leading from the balcony the beach was very unique. As far as we could tell from walking the beach, this is the only property that has this feature. Be aware that this unit is on the 3rd floor with only walk up stairs, no elevator. But that was fine for us. We enjoyed being on the top floor with no above us. The ocean view was great. The weather was still warm in October as well. Overall it was a wonderful experience that I would not hesitate to repeat.

This property is located right on Surfside Beach on the top floor of a 3 level building. The strip of beach is lovely and peaceful, and the balcony overlooking the ocean is simply wonderful. I wish we had a longer stay.

One thing I would suggest is for owner to suggest to guests that they check the beach regulations before purchasing “shade” items other than umbrellas. Also regs re alcohol on beach. I would also like to have had a working flashlight or two in the unit - we were without power for a couple of hours due to storm and our phones were low on power.

Pros: Convenient and quiet location with gorgeous oceanfront view from the large balcony! Enough space for the family and small grandchildren. Great beach access and parking accommodations. Property management/owners are friendly and easy to communicate with. Cons: Stairs can be a bit daunting in the heat. Patio furniture on the balcony, more specifically, the cushions, hold odors. Minor updates needed in the kitchen but everything was clean and in working condition.

We had a few minor “hiccups” at first with getting towels and sheets, but once we notified the owner, it was taken care of within a few hours. The condo was clean and such a wonderful place to stay! We loved sitting on the deck and enjoying the ocean view and also being able to head downstairs and go directly onto the beach. We had a blast and hope to stay here again!

This was one of the best trips we have had in recent years - thanks largely to the property! One of the big reasons we picked this condo was the size of the deck. We LIVED on it. The views are amazing, and the sounds of the ocean are incredibly soothing. The deck is a very spacious well-appointed area that accommodated our party of four perfectly. Having the front and back entrance/exit doors was also a nice touch that put you on the beach in less than one minute. The place was super clean and very quiet at night. This was our first trip to Surfside and this location cannot be beat. You are within walking distance of five restaurants and just a short drive from Murrell's Inlet and Huntington State Park. Melinda and her designated cleaning crew provided excellent communication that made check-in and check-out a breeze with a simple text message. The steps to the third floor were not an issue for us because we are into walking and fitness. However, three flights of steps with luggage could be a challenge for some. I will say this, once you are on top - it is worth every second of the climb! Enjoy!

Celebrated Christmas at beach. The condo is located on the 3rd floor which is mentioned in the listing- but it’s 8 flights of stairs. We choose not the rent linens- huge mistake… way to much to carry up. However- as soon as we checked out they became free so that was a huge bummer. I can see the value of this property during the summer for the privacy and large balcony area, but for the price + not supplying linens free- it’s a no go for me during the winter.

This was one of the nicest properties we've stayed in. The balcony and furnishings are second to none. The stretch of beach is very quiet. The condo was well equipped and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. We loved every minute of staying there.

We totally loved our stay here earlier this month. I actually meant to book in Myrtle Beach at similar address but accidentally booked in Surfside. Was told by my partner is was my best mistake! Accommodations were awesome. Kitchen well stocked with what we needed to cook. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Having the bedroom overlooking the beach/ocean was just so nice. Loved hanging out on the deck. We got our workout going up and down the stairs but luckily that was not an issue for us. Access to the beautiful beach was just fabulous. We walked to the little shop/restaurant area for a drink. Several restaurant options. On Tuesday we walked to the farmer’s market at Fuller Park. Veggies, crafts and lots of cool booths. Hope to return to this VRBO condo! Oh, communication with owner and condo caretaker was awesome. Quick responses to any questions or needs.

Our family had such a great time! This place has everything you will need-beach toys, games, and the kitchen is completely stocked. I cannot say enough how much we loved that balcony. The views are amazing, and the furniture is so comfortable! It was nice to be up high where it’s less windy and so quiet. Love that there are stairs to the patio-makes coming back from the beach so easy. The beds are all comfortable and the place was clean upon arrival. We would absolutely stay here again!

We absolutely loved this beach house! It was very clean and updated. The view was AMAZING!!! This was our childrens first time visiting the ocean and it was so convenient and easy to walk to and from the beach from the condo! We will definitely be back!!
