Nice apartment in Old Town area, well presented

Great location for exploring Annecy. Plenty of restaurants close by. Nice apartment with plenty space a good aircon. Washing machine a bonus. It was clean and tidy with everything as expected and stated

Directions to the actual front door of the apartment block could have been clearer and caused a little confusion. Be aware that the parking is about a 5-7min walk away from the apartment door

Excellent in so many ways. Book and enjoy your stay.

Just about everything. Well located. Beautifully decorated, functional and service pre and post stay excellent. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen.

This did not directly apply to us but a tip to travelers in the future, especially in warm summer months: the apartment is located directly in the old town - so a lively (noisy) area generally. The windows are perfect (good 2-3 panel insulation) when closed, but if warm in apartment and you want fresh air, you will be exposed to noise from outside. To be considered especially for sleeping.

Amazing location, lovely apartment, shame about the air con.

Brilliant location right in the centre of the old town with restaurants, shops etc on the doorstep. Lovely apartment. The air-conditioning in the main bedroom was great.

The air-conditioning in the second bedroom did not work. One of the reasons we booked this apartment was because of the air conditioning and for it not to work in one of the bedrooms in the height of summer was really disappointing. There was a fan but this wasn't what we wanted. There was only one key to the apartment which was difficult if we wanted to leave our teenage son in there. The door could be opened from outside unless it was locked so we had to leave our son in an unlocked apartment. We requested a second key and were eventually given one.
