It was in the Historic Centre, 5-10 minutes walking from Naples Central Station, it was ideal to walk around the Historic Centre.
It was hard to find the entrance initially.

Great view of Naples city from the verandah. Cheap
Difficult to find. Had to access the property via a tiny lift. You needed to have change because you had to pay for lift (only 10c but if you didn’t have change this was a problem) 3 locked doors to enter. Listing said private bathroom but was actually shared with another room. Hosts spoke very little English.

Pluses:
1) Close to the station
2) Nice view of Vesuvius
3) Decent host.
Minuses:
My third visit to Naples and by far the most problematic accommodation:
1) The area around the building was filthy (I know it is Naples).
2) "King Room with Sea View" but no bathroom? The term "shared bathroom" was buried in a long description. It should have been stated right next to the room type, as is standard.
3) The owner forbade access to the kitchen? Crazy—especially since the fridge is there and there were no glasses in the room.
4) Breakfast at 8:30 was useless and pointless—too late. Besides, the hosts didn't even arrive until around 9:00, and the breakfast was poor (just coffee and a small pastry). When we asked formn water, it was served in plastic cups. Terrible. Better to have a breakfast in the cafeteria.
5) Power outlets in the room were falling apart, and some didn't work.
6) Water pressure in the bathtub was very weak.
7) The city tax is now 5.50, not 4.50 as stated on booking.com
