About this house rental

This is a comfortable, large two story home, with five bedrooms, two full baths, large kitchen and large yard, with deck and outdoor fireplace. House can sleep up to 12 (with prior approval). Walk to all the great Boyne City restaurants and just two blocks to the beach and marina! 7 minutes to Boyne Mountain for skiing. Two minutes to Avalanche for mountain biking and sledding. This house can accommodate lots of people and lots of gear!

We had a great trip with family and friends over the 4th of July. Heather is a phenomenal host— very helpful, responsive. The house was perfect for our stay. Great location, able to walk downtown each day/night. Beautiful all around. Highly recommend—Thank you!

The house was great, the area was great, and the host was great! Heather was very easy to deal with and super responsive - and she even delivered perfect for weather for us. Even the next door neighbors were lovely. We had a fantastic and very comfortable time visiting Boyne City. We loved being able to bring our little dogs - but there were absolutely no signs of any dogs being there before us (or after us) - which was outstanding! It was exactly as described and we were very happy with our trip.

Wonderful home with plenty of space for larger groups! Very close to Boyne Mountain. The host was very responsive to questions.

I felt there were a few issues. Sleeping arrangements were not satisfactory the communication emails were a bit rude no A/C no TV or radios not acceptable
