A quick walk to the beach, craft fairs, shops, and restaurants/bars for some live entertainment. Home features four bedrooms that can sleep 10 comfortably. A large dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and dishwasher. The private yard includes a wood burning fire pit(fire wood available at the local grocery store) surrounded by comfortable Adirondack chairs, perfect for sipping wine and roasting marshmallows. Laundry room with washer/dryer and a second refrigerator. All amenities including A/C, cable TV, gaming system, propane grill(propane available at the local grocery store) and high-speed wireless internet access. 4 seasons: of Fun! Our family wanted a fun Fourth of July vacation. This lovely home is walking distance to so many great shops and restaurants. We were easily able to walk to see the fireworks. There are so many options for activities! The house itself was clean, well stocked for cooking and had very comfortable sleeping options. We plan to return!

Amazing rental house steps away from everything Bolton’s Landing has to offer! We loved the outdoor fire pit and the ease of being able to walk to shops, restaurants, and the Sagamore grounds. Great house to stay at with our 1 year old!

We stayed here for a friends wedding and it was the perfect location! Right off downtown and lots of beds!
Only downside is 1 shower for the whole house but overall would come back! x

The house was perfect for us. We had plenty of room and the rooms were spacious and the furniture comfortable. The location was also good for us. We do a lot of cooking and the kitchen was very well equipped.

What a wonderful Home. Great location, clean, comfortable. Everything you could possibly need. Our family really enjoyed our time in Bolton Landing. Everything was in walking distance, stores, lake, supermarket, restaurants. The home was very clean and fully stocked with all the basics and more. The owners were incredible, very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Would absolutely go back again.

We had such a great time! Great piece of property just a few steps from the town. Only a 10 minute drive into the town of lake George. There was so much to do. Fabulous location
The location of this property was absolutely perfect for what we needed for our stay. A 2 minute walk to our favorite shops and restaurants in Bolton Landing and to the Rogers Park public docks where we could pick up our friends for a day out on the lake on our boat. It was neat and clean and had a very cute backyard area. The washer and dryer and cooler left for renters use were all wonderful amenities. We will definitely rent again in the future!

Clean, comfortable, very cute. We would've liked more towels since we were 12 people and only found 10 available, but other than that, everything was great! Location was perfect, easy to fund, and no issues checking in and out.

Great Fit for Us
The house was neat and clean and provided all the necessities to support our Thanksgiving stay. My wife & I went there to meet our son, his wife and their 2 sons under 3. Easy walk into the village (~half a block) & beach. Across the street from the Catholic church. A great time was had by all.

Amazing, easy to get to, quiet, all around great home.
I was a little worried this house was going to feel small when we first arrived, but it was honestly perfect. My family and I enjoyed the fire pit outside, we used it every night! The homes was very clean and it had everything we needed. The family supplied a lot of the everyday products( such as paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, oil, salt peppe...ect). It was a great home to stay! I would stay again.
Additionally the cable was out when we first arrived, but the family took care of it right away. It was up and running within a few minutes!

Perfect location!
Perfect set up between downstairs rooms and upstairs rooms. Huge yard and the fire pit was an absolute hit! The location is absolutely perfect! I highly recommend this house!

Family vacation
This home was wonderfully furnished! As soon as we walked in we all realized we felt right at home. The location couldn't have been any better because everything was in walking distance. Lake,shopping, bars, gift shops etc... I will highly recommend this house to family and friends.

Girls' Getaway
This rental was clean, nicely furnished with up-to-date appliances and furniture, plenty of sleeping quarters and privacy. The location was excellent - quiet evenings, walking distance to many great restaurants, fun shopping experiences. Caretakers quickly responded to our call when we had a question regarding the icemaker. Truly a great time for a group get together. We will definitely be back again and will recommend to all our friends/family. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
