About this villa rental
200 yds to beach-directly across from beach access walkway. Elevator. parking for 4 cars. Adjacent unit available as well. Our 1700 square foot professionally decorated four bedroom, four full bath unit features all the comforts of home and extras sure to keep the kids quiet and entertained. Golf cart parking and plug in. COMMUNITY POOL CLUB ONLY OPEN MEMORIAL DAY TO LABOR DAY. PLEASE NOTE TOWELS AND LINENS NOT PROVIDED. The unit is located on the west end of Ocean Isle and is only a short walk to the beach. Every room has its own TV. Kids room with the bunk beds. High-speed internet included. Master Bedroom has King-size Bed with walk-in closet. Additional bedroom with Queen bed. Relaxing den with an over abundance of windows that give excellent views of man-made lagoon and partial ocean views. Back deck with relaxing furniture perfect for reading or napping. Restaurants close by but kitchen is fully equipped with oversized kitchen table to meet any cooking need. Beach equipment in downstairs closet includes a beach umbrella, boogie boards, chairs, bocci balls. For those who want a break from the sand the islander beach club with oceanfront pool, hot tub, and tiki bar is available for guests. The Islander Villas is located on the prestigious west end of Ocean Isle. It is nestled between Wilmington and Myrtle Beach. The area is a haven for golfers with over 25 championship golf courses in the area North Carolina. Myrtle offers diverse shopping including Chandler's Wharf, Barefoot Landing, and Broadway at the Beach for those bargain shoppers there are multiple outlet shopping opportunities. Myrtle beach also offers the Pavilion with kid's rides and multiple mini golf courses. Historic Wilmington offers shopping offshore fishing charters, and tours of the USS NC Battleship Memorial. Whatever you need whether it be activities or just relaxing our Islander Villa is sure to provide a trip to remember. The Islander Villas Community is on the west end of the island which has a much wider beach and is less crowded than the upper end. The Islander Villas community has a very nice ocean front pool club with pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, outdoor tiki bar all on the ocean front as well as 4 community tennis courts. Ocean Isle Beach is a south facing barrier island with 7 miles of beach on the Atlantic Ocean, located 12 miles south of the NC/SC border. Ocean Isle Beach is a much quieter and less crowded island than areas like Myrtle Beach, etc. The beach is spectacular and is very wide and clean with a nice gentle slope. The island has a fishing pier, arcade, surf shops, restaurants, museum, ice cream parlor, mini golf course, bicycle, jet ski, kayak, boat and golf cart rentals. The backside of the island has quiet protected water great for kayaking.

Very convenient place to stay. Very nicely furnished. Easy walk to beach. Would recommend this unit. We didn’t utilize the outdoor closet with the extra chairs and such but when we opened the door the closet was just a bunch of stuff thrown into it and in a pile and was a foul odor. We were hoping to store our chairs we had brought in it, but did not. Otherwise everything was as listed. Having a fridge with an ice maker and filtered water was a huge benefit.

My family consisting of my elderly grandmother and three small children stayed recently. The elevator was very helpful for my grandmother. The property had plenty room to accompany all of us. The location was great.

Ideal beach condo. Clean and ideally furnished for family use. Elevator and house layout made it easy for my elderly mother to be with us. Not beachfront, but close walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend.

The accommodations were perfect for our family of 10. The unit was clean, well equipped, and an easy walk to the beach. Ample parking for our three cars. Basketball courts and tennis courts close to the unit. Host was very responsive. The weather was a little overcast and cooler, but that’s to be expected at the end of May into early June. We still got many good beach days in.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. We had our family there with children. Plenty of room. Very clean. We rented a golf cart which made it perfect driving to the pool and beach. Very quiet at night which was nice with little ones sleeping. Owner was very nice and responded right away when I had a question. We would definitely go back.

Weather was hot and humid but still caught a nice breeze even tho we were on the first floor. The place was clean, furniture in good condition. Family enjoyed their stay. I came home early because I got a cold. Would like to stay there again.

Great stay!
The condo was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! There was more space than we anticipated and everything was just as expected. Cliff was very responsive whenever we had a question! Great location and would not hesitate to recommend Cliff or this property in the future.

This property was the cleanest and most prepared for guests that our family has rented on OIB! By far, the best!!! The best locaton. The best view. The vest host. We have already booked again for next Summer!!!

PROS: This unit was much larger than the pictures made it appear which was an exciting surprise! We also had additional members of our family stay at the same time in the unit next door. We shared the whole patio and that was awesome for our family. There was plenty of seating and great views of the water (which has lots of turtles in it, so cool to see!). The beach was a very short walk (just across the street) and you have access to the Islander Villas pool club. Cliff, the owner, was very attentive via text before, during, and after our stay and we felt he was easily accessible. The unit has every amenity you need and the HUGE kitchen table is amazing for family meals! It seats at least 8. Lastly, there are nice beach chairs, toys, and boogie boards in the beach closet, which I appreciated because I didn't have room to bring those things along in our car.
THINGS TO KNOW: The Islander Villas Pool is about a 7-10 min walk depending on who is walking with you :). You can also drive, which we found was easiest. It did limit our pool time though, so if you're a big pool family, you might consider something closer. And any alcohol you would like to consume at the pool you have to purchase there. Again, totally ok but just something to be prepared for! There is beach access right off the pool too so you could always make a day of it and go back and forth.

Cliff was fantastic to work with — wonderful communication and helpful guides every step of the way. It’s a great condo; we all loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The comfortable rockers and the constant ocean breeze made the back porch our favorite place to hang out together in the evenings!

Great condo
Great property. It was just as advertised. Cliff responded quickly when we had any questions. The kids had fun in the mornings watching 100s of turtles in the water behind the condo.

Great family vacation spot
My family of nine people thoroughly enjoyed our Ocean Isle vacation. The condo was plenty of room for nine adults and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, especially the rocking chairs on the deck! We had an issue with one of the toilets that was addressed in less than 24 hours of letting the manager know. I would definitely recommend this as a place for anyone’s vacation.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Sooo wish we could have been there longer. Spacious, yet still cozy, with lots for our children to do! The turtles were a highlight!
