Nestled in Isle of Palms, this attractive house for $1,344 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. House, Private Pool, Near Beach, Sleeps 19; BR 1: King, BR 2: Queen, BR 3: King, BR 4: King, BR 5: 2 Queen, BR 6: 2 Bunk Beds, BR 7: 2 Bunk Beds Welcome to your Isle of Palms vacation retreat. Located only 125 yards from the beach this large, seven bedroom house offers resort like amenities, complete with a private pool, elevator, pool table, foosball table, rooftop deck and great ocean views. The first floor features a large kitchen with two refrigerators, stainless appliances, granite counter tops, plenty of storage, bar seating for five and hardwood floors. A billiard table is located just off of the kitchen and opens into the living area with three full sized couches. The dining area seats twelve people comfortably. There is an additional table that can accommodate four diners, or a perfect game table. A large Queen bedroom is found on the first floor with an attached full bathroom. A full sized laundry room is accessed off of the kitchen. The second floor features four bedrooms, including the master suite. The Master bedroom offers a king sized bed and a sleeper sofa. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and whirlpool tub. The room also offers access to the oversized porch that overlooks the pool and has views of the ocean. The first guest room features two queen beds and a private bath and also offer access to the porch. The second guest room features a king bed and private bath. The fourth gust room features a king bed with a private bath. The third floor is geared for kids and teenagers with two bedrooms each containing two full sized bunk beds, a full sized bathroom, the foosball table, entertainment area and rooftop porch that has great views of the ocean. This location is perfect for enjoying the Isle of Palms local restaurants, pizza and ice cream parlors are all within a short walk. There is a large screened porch complete with furniture. *** Please Note the house next door has been on and off construction on the interior of the home for the last several months*** All 2023 reservation will receive $250 credit toward beach gear rentals with VayK Gear! *4-14 nights only INTERNET: High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the agreement. No refund of rentals shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal references with regard to Internet service PLEASE NOTE: The property is non smoking, with no pets allowed. Pool can be heated for a fee. Pool heat is meant to extend the seasons but it all depends on outside temperatures and is not applicable in cold weather. Fireplace is not for guest use. MUST be 25 years or older NO exceptions.

We had four families here with children ages 5-14 and had a wonderful time. Location is FANTASTIC. Walkable to beach, shops and more ... and a short drive to downtown Charleston or Sullivan's Island. The property itself needs a little updating, but was stocked full of everything you could possibly need for a wonderful vacation - multiple coffee makers/appliances/kitchen ware. We rented beach gear and bikes but didn't even need them because of the proximity of the beach and the beach gear that was at the house. Plenty of pool/beach toys/chairs and even a wagon. The porches were phenomenal and the pool was clean and perfect temperature.
We had one toilet out of order and some lights weren't working, but our concerns were addressed fairly quickly by property management. One hazard to note is a ceiling fan directly above the bunk bed, which resulted in a trip to urgent care. I was assured it would be addressed for future guests. Thanks for a great trip!

Very frustrated with the experience. From the neighborhood construction, repairmen in and out for oven for 2 days, fridges missing shelves, toliets barely work, doors don't close. mold in shower. bunk beds duck taped. House is old. Needs work.

Loved this house and its location. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Nearby grocery store. The arrangement of the house fit our family perfectly. Only one suggestion that it would be nice to have 1/2 bath on pool level. Definitely would rent this house again.

Close to everything. Lots of extras left at house for beach use. Pool is a big plus. House is huge with room for everyone to have their space. Needs a little updating but overall a great experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again next trip to SC. Minor maintenance needed for door knobs, shower rods, fireplace, etc. Screen in porch makes it very cozy.

This is a good house. It's close to the Windjammer and Saturday nights are a little noisy. But other nights are fine. The kitchen is the best stocked of any I've used (about five on IoP), with many useful tools (griddle, ice-maker, coffee and tea pots, a sno-cone machine, and an instapot). Beds are firm and everything works. There's even a second fridge right off the kitchen - essential for a large group. The management company is very responsive, even after hours. We really enjoyed the house and hope to stay there again.

This property was great for our family, it provided plenty of space so we were not all on top of one another. Very close to the beach and 1/2 hour ride into Charleston, if you are flying, rent a car, ubers are expensive. I would also say the house needs some minor repairs and just a little upkeep of the property, the grass was very long and was not mowed at all while we were there. Great space for a large family, there was 16 adults and 3 babies.

Great house with proper bedding for the 16 of us. The two rooms on the top level with 8 total bunk beds are perfect for kids. Extremely well equipped. Almost all small appliances are included. We’d give it a top rating in all areas.

This is a wonderful property for a big group (we had 16). We would definitely come back. (The only minor negative is the music from the bar down the street on the beach. Most of us didn't mind but a couple of those who go to bed early did express annoyance.)

The beach was a close walk, although we were almost exactly equidistant from the access paths (which are on odd numbered streets). There are a few areas not entirely clean (kitchen wall behind the recycling bin, a bit of a musty smell on the top floor) and the house could stand upgrades in a few areas. The bar a few blocks over (the Windjammer) also gave extremely loud concerts several times a day over the holiday weekend which could be heard both inside and out of the house. Overall great experience minus a few small things.

Comfortable and Convenient
This house fit our family perfectly and may have spoiled us for any future visits. The bedrooms are nice, each with their own bathroom. The children have their own floor with double-sized bunkbeds, tvs, sofas, and a foosball table. The main floor is open and spacious, including comfy sofas, giant kitchen, pool table, and large family dinner table. The main deck is screened in and the pool is perfect. The location is an easy walk to the beach or the main shopping/eating area. My only constructive criticism is that the house needs some TLC. Both ice-makers didn't work, there were slow bathroom drains, water damaged ceilings, rips in the screen porch, missing towel bars and toilet paper holders, and finger-printed walls. Nothing that really kept us from enjoying ourselves, but things that should be properly tended to. We would certainly consider staying here again!

Great property!
The house was perfect in terms of living space, bedrooms, bathrooms & backyard space & pool! Beach access was so close & the house was a quick 5 min walk to the shops & restaurants in town. Beds were all very comfortable & towel supply was great! Having 2 refrigerators was a big plus.
The house does have some maintenance issues that should be addressed....screens torn & rocker broken on back patio, toilet paper holders broken, dirty dishes found in cupboards 😡�🙁� & ice maker not working. There also is a need for more towel racks in bathrooms or bedrooms. Overall a great house .., just needs a little TLC to get to the highest standard.

Perfect location and beautiful house!
The house was in the perfect location right near the beach and restaurants. If looking to be close to Charleston- isle of Palms is a definite $30 uber. There were a few maintaince issues: a step on the porch was missing, door knobs were broken, pool seats were broken- things that should have been fixed before we got there and not while 15 girls were changing to go out to dinner! But overall it was such a beautiful house with outdoor and indoor space tons of beds and porches. I would definitely rent here again my only wish was that they were more flexible with check in and check out since there were so many of us.

Super home, great location - needs maintenance and cleaning
PROS: Nice large kitchen with tons of silverware, plates, cups, mugs, pans, appliances, etc. Gathering and dining spaces were a terrific size. Beds in great condition and comfortable, all linens and towels were super fresh and clean. Super location, so convenient, easy walking to everything important. The pool is well maintained, but not heated.
CONS: MINOR MAINTENANCE - Home needs a little maintenance, but was not bad overall. The ice dispenser was broken, screens on porch ripped and loose, door to the main porch will not latch/lock shut, the gas fireplace in the living room is not working because there was no outdoor gas tank. We also had a fire alarm keep beeping because the batteries had not been replaced recently, and there is no plunger onsite. The rusty basement door entering the home really stood out. We never complained at the time because we arrived on a long Christmas weekend and the answering service said they only contact the property manager in emergencies. We did not consider any of these items as an emergency.
CLEANLINESS: Our chief complaint, however, was the lack of cleanliness of the property. We found a used Band-Aid on a bathroom floor, the master shower had hair in it along with mold on the tile grout and door, the Jacuzzi tub was dirty with soap scum etc., dirt and toys under couches, dirty pool table, mildew on some bathroom walls, and the grout on the bathroom floors are nearly black. Most shocking to us was the ocean facing windows were all so dirty it was like a heavy haze blocking the view. Unfortunately, the owner provides no access to cleaning supplies. Given the very generous dollar cleaning fee we paid, we expected much better and you should too. We took pictures.
AGREEMENT: The rental agency charged my card thousands more up front than VRBO checkout specified. When I contacted them was politely told to take it or leave it. The listing has recently been changed since my complaint. We choose to keep the rental, but I wanted to let others know of our experience.
OVERALL: This was a great property in an awesome location. It is in good condition but needs some minor maintenance and significantly better cleaning. The management company could be more organized like providing the wifi password upon arrival and listing any equipment that is out of order (ice maker and fireplace).
