Located in East Nashville, this attractive house for $302 per night is a great option for your next break. This home is located in the coveted East Nashville neighborhood. Guests will have access to the entire home. The home sleeps six guests very comfortably in three bedrooms; two bedrooms have a queen bed and one bedroom has two twin beds. All the bedrooms have plenty of closet space and places to put all your belongings. The master is its own upstairs oasis with an en suite bathroom that includes a jacuzzi tub. There is an additional full bathroom downstairs. It is a renovated home with granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The house has fully outfitted kitchen for your cooking needs (pots, pans, blender, knives, coffeemaker, and of course wine corkscrew, coffee/tea). There is also a hairdryer, iron/board and a full size washer/dryer in case you need to do some laundry. There are two outdoor spaces, a backyard deck looking onto an enormous fenced yard or a covered front porch perfect for an afternoon cocktail. We are less than ten minutes from downtown, shopping or a superb restaurant.

Craig was amazing to work with, quick, to answer messages, which was great for me being that it was my first time using any app to book a vacation spot. Thanks for that. Check in/ out was to easy. When I did have a question once there, he did not hesitate to answer his phone. Beautiful old house with amazing upgrades, Nice quite neighborhood. Really close to anywhere we needed to go, even though our objective was to lay around all week and do absolutely nothing, and that`s exactly what we did. Thank`s again Craig for sharing your home with us and I promise you that we will be back.

This was the perfect home to stay for our four night stay in Nashville. The house was clean and cozy and the beds were comfy. I didn't get a chance to walk the neighborhood, but there were a few restaurants close by. It was a short ride share distance to the airport and very quick to downtown. My sister and her friend were with me on this trip and they both loved the place. The hosts were very quick to respond to questions. We would book it again if we decide to make another trip.

The location was great. There were a few areas in the house that weren't as clean as we would've expected and the beds were not made very well. But overall, the owner was very very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

The house was lovely and in a great location for us. With just a few tiny tweaks, it would be perfect. For example, a hair dryer was listed among the amenities, but we couldn't find it. My mom brought hers, so we shared. Also, in the kitchen, some potholders, trivets, a dish scrubbing brush, and a scrubbing sponge would be helpful. Also, mom said an anti-slip mat in the downstairs bath tub would help her to feel more secure when showering.

My friends and I came to Nashville for a conference. Staying at this vacation spot was a joy! The home was perfect for us. It was cozy, we each had our own room and the owner was quick to respond when we had a question. We would definitely stay at this rental again

4 of us girls were looking for a little get-away to Nashville. My son moved down in March, so it was a perfect destination! Even before we arrived, Craig was quick to respond to our questions! We found it very easy to "check in" and make ourselves at home. The place was the perfect size for our group and very relaxing after a long drive! We shopped for groceries 2 blocks away which was convenient! (Many of the stapels were already at the house). And...it was a safe neighborhood for us to stay in. We left our car at the house and took ubers into the city...which was very close. We figured it cost about the same price to do that as it would to pay to park. Its the stress free way to go as well! We had 2 mornings of thunderstorms, so we played Yatzee at the big dining table they had before we ventured out! Overall...it was a wonderful place to stay and a great location!

It is a very cozy house. They make you want to have a barbecue with family or friends and just stay quietly in the kitchen! It's only 10 minutes from downtown, Uber comes quickly! very clean, I simply recommend them and I know they will. enjoy, the owner is very kind!👍

This was a cute little house located in East Nashville, it had a cute brewery around the corner within walking distance. It was a 5 minute drive to the Nissan centre where we parked and walked downtown. The house was clean and fully stocked with all your necessities. There was a train that ran close by, but didn’t seem to disrupt anyone in our group. Craig the owner was easy to contact with any issues. Great trip, great location.

We were there for the Eras Tour for our daughter's bday. Great location to Uber anywhere. We walked the neighborhood and it, and everyone, was very nice. It's a quaint home perfect for a quick Nashville getaway.

The property was fine for our 3 night stay. It had everything we needed for breakfast and dinner. We were out of the house for most of the day. Enough space for the four of us and comfortable living room to hang out in. The neighborhood was ok. The host was very attentive and answered all our inquiries very quickly.

The location of the rental is perfect for visiting Nashville. You are minutes from downtown and minutes from other sight such as the Gaylord Hotel and Resort. The house was very clean and supplied with linens and others. Highly Recommend

Talbot's Corner is a charming and well equipped vacation rental. It's in a quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed sitting on the front porch. The location is great, just a short ride to most places in Nashville. We stopped at the supermarket right before we checked in and I emailed Craig a question about if I needed ground coffee or K-cups. He got right back to me with the answer, which was ground coffee and that they already had that supplied at the house! I would definitely recommend staying at Talbot's Corner for anyone visiting Nashville.

Our group of 4 absolutely loved our stay at this house. It was conveniently located near downtown but far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle at the end of the day. The neighborhood is full of cute houses, and this one was no exception.

This property was perfect for my families weekend trip to Nashville. Easy access to downtown Nashville and any other points of interest. Host was always available to answer any questions and the property was just like in the pictures. Only downside was 1 TV in the house so everyone has to be in agreement on what to watch. Definitely would be booking this property again on our next trip and highly recommend it

We were pleased with the house. It has been updated nicely and is very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. I recommend checking it out before you head to a grocery store. The only reason that I gave it 4 stars was because it is advertised as sleeping 7 people. I had emailed ahead a time and was told the 7th sleeping area was the couch. I was ok with that. My complaint was that when we went to make up the bed that evening there was no bedding. I did text the owner and he was very responsive. My son slept on the couch with a blanket and pillow from one of the other bedrooms. The owner offered to bring over bedding the next day but my son was fine with the situation. It was a great house and I would recommend it.
