About this villa rental
You and your guest will completely relax in your comfortable and inviting beach getaway with all the comforts of home. This charming villa has three private bedrooms and two bathrooms. The home sleeps seven with one king, one queen, one twin and one set of bunk beds. In the open living area, you will enjoy plenty of seating, a large flat-screen TV, bar seating for four, a well-appointed kitchen,and a separate dining room.
When it time to venture out, you are just a 3 minute golf ride ( golf cart included ) to the wide beach, where you will enjoy designated, private parking right at the famous beachfront Conch Cafe. Only a few blocks from your villa is a huge outdoor pool complex with a children's splash park. Right near by is your community club house, playground, library, basketball courts and a new dog park.
After a fun day in the sun, come home to a refreshing outdoor shower and relax on your cool, Magnolia - shaded front porch while the hamburgers cook on the convenient grill. What a great place!! " Come relax! " January, February and March rate is 48 dollars a night but only if you rent for multiple months.

Great location very close to the pool and not horribly far to the beach. Everything worked except the dishwasher, but that was expected because we were pre-informed. The only complaints I have are that the house needs a little TLC, but mainly the floors were absolutely nasty. Whoever is cleaning it should wipe cabinets, wipe baseboards and definitely mop the floors!!!! Other than that that’s really the only complaints.

We really enjoyed our trip to the area. Access to the beach and the included golf cart were a plus. The house was comfortable and sufficient for our group of 5.

The property was nice and clean, very cozy and had the basic things: Coffee pot, K-cup coffee maker, stove, toaster oven, toaster, stove top etc. Dishwasher is broken. Awesome classic beach type house. Came with a golf cart and we could take it to the beach with our key card for special parking. 25 min away from Myrtle beach if you want shopping. I had three issues: The first one was the lockbox outside the house to get the key, is old and we all wrestled with it for a good ten min before we were able to open it. Second the golf cart wasn't very well maintained, and blew a tire. Luckily there was a spare in the shed and I swapped out tires. Third, is that we had to bring our own bedsheets and towels. I can understand its probably better people bring there own if they have a heightened sense of germs. However with 7 people in our SUV we barely had room for anything because we had to pack sheets, and towels. Being so close the beach, I would think at a minimum there would be plenty of towels. Other than that we had a lot of fun for our two nights there. Can't beat the location! Just be sure to get your 30 key card when you get there so you can use the side gates etc. You have to get it during business hours, and afterhours is only one gate guard to open the gate for you at the main entrance.
