This fantastic, 3rd floor condo will make you feel right at home. If comfort is what your looking for, you found it! Sit on the private balcony and enjoy views of Copper Mountain Village, and the surrounding mountains. Relax by the gas fireplace after a full day of skiing and riding, or take a soak in one of the three large hot tubs. This condo has got it all: great location, a full kitchen, DVD player, cable, private ski locker, gas fireplace, and a large private balcony. The master bedroom has a King Bed and en suite bathroom. There is also a Queen Murphy Bed in the Master Bedroom. There is a flat screen TV in this bedroom. The second bedroom is great for kids. There is a Bunk Bed with a Queen Bed on the bottom and a Full Bed on the top. There is a flat screen TV in this bedroom as well. It is a short walk to the American Eagle and American Flyer chairlifts. This is also a great location for beginners and first timers. The bus stop to the "bunny" slopes in West Village and the Copper Ski and Ride School is right out front. Passage Point has garage parking for 1 vehicle. Additional vehicles can park in the North Alpine Lot at the entrance of Copper Mountain for an additional fee during the winter, summer is free. There's an exercise room, 3 awesome outdoor hot tubs, a shared laundry room, and children's play area. BCA-78949 There is no A/C in any of our properties. PARKING: Parking at Copper Mountain is strictly enforced. Most rental properties have parking space for one vehicle only. To avoid towing or a ticket, please adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking, an Alpine Lot permit can be purchased for $20 per night from the Resort. You can pay through a QR code or at the kiosk, which is located in the Alpine Lot.SHARED OR COMMUNITY POOLS / HOT TUBS / CLUB HOUSES: If amenities check lists includes a hot tub with this property listing, please verify before confirming your reservation. No refunds are provided due to lack hot tubs. THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All SkyRun properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.WARNING: 4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck. Some homes require 4WD or AWD in the non-winter months due to dirt roads, and uneven surfaces - call for more information about your rental.COLORADO TRACTION LAW: Starting Sept. and running through May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Talk with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.TRAVEL WITH PEACE OF MIND CLEANING: SkyRun is following rigorous (Covid-19) cleaning procedures as recommended by the CDC, AHLA, and VRMA to keep our guests healthy and our homes clean. Following the cleaning process, housekeepers will then disinfect properties with a hospital-grade disinfectant.

We loved staying at this condo. It was a very large, comfortable space that accommodated three of us with no issues. Short walk right through the center village to the lifts at Copper.

The property was wonderful...big for 2 BR ski condo and well-appointed. In town and easy walk to the lifts. Overall a great property and we would stay there next time we go to Copper.

Condo is nicely done and felt new. Very clean. Windows face the highway but didn't notice the noise really at all. Building is very nice, some repairs going on around the hot tub with the door and fence, but hot tubs were great.
Had to get keys from another building in east village, which wasn't ideal but not a big deal, 2 minute drive to get there.

The property was in pretty good condition, and in a good location. The stay was impacted by a lot of mistakes by the property management company. My late check-in package didn’t have a room key, the written instructions had the wrong number for after hours assistance, and all of our room keys stopped working the day before check-out. They gave me a small credit on my bill, but not enough for the wasted hours chasing their mistakes.

Property was spotless. Perfect for 2 families of 4. Great space for relaxing on comfy furniture, playing cards, and eating all as a big family. Great location to lifts and amazing hot tubs!

Enjoyed the spacious accommodations at Passage Point. More than enough room for our family of four with two teenagers. Short walk to slopes and lockers for ski gear were fabulous.

The property was excellent! One large bedroom and bathroom a little sectioned off made it perfect for two families, one with children. Location is 10/10! Central to everything!

It was the first unit from the elevator, which made transporting items to and from the unit easy. The bedrooms and living area were all good sized, which worked great for the 6 of us staying there. The bunk beds in one room worked great for a family of 4, two kids on top and Mom and Dad on the bottom. The master bedroom, with the Murphy Bed, could allow another 4 individuals to sleep there. It was very nicely furnished, everything was clean and in good shape. We will DEFINITELY make this unit our first go to unit whenever possible.

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful room. Would have been nice to have a dresser in the bunk room or more hangers in the closet. A few board games or a deck of cards would be a nice addition. We would definitely stay here again. Great location.

Spring in PP327
We have stayed in PP327 for 3 years in a row for spring break snow skiing. We are a family of 5. PP327 offers plenty of sleeping and dinning space for our family. We enjoy the easy access to Center Village ski lifts, shops and dining options.
