Remember, this condo is a studio and I only allow one dog at a time. If it's raining and you need an umbrella, I leave one in the closet. If you borrow it, be sure you return it. The unit, while being a lower level unit down some stairs was as described. It is nicely decorated and has a nice kitchen area with most regularly used items for cooking. Comfortable bed and good shower.
Great access to the bike trail and to Vail Village.
We enjoyed our 3-day stay. Fall colors were spectacularthis year.

Loved the location - I was very hot even with the fan and window open- wish there was AC. To WhT then that - it was a nice, very small place to stay near everything

We very much enjoyed our stay at Rene's studio garden level condo. We left our car sit in the parking lot for two days while we enjoyed Vail village, Ford park, and attended an orchestra concert at the Ford amphitheater. The condo is equipped with everything you need for a weekend getaway. We would love to stay again when back in Vail!

Perfect place to stay when seeing a concert at the amphitheater. The venue is a short walk from the condo. Rene was a great host and the place was clean. Would stay again!

My husband and I only stayed for one night to see a concert but we enjoyed the location and proximity to the amphitheater. We did have a little trouble finding the condo but that was our fault for not reading the directions better. The condo was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. We didn’t do much cooking other than using the microwave but it looked like everything was there if you wanted to cook a meal. Rene was very helpful and I would definitely stay there again.

This place is as described. Host was on top of the communication - even let us know it was available to check in a little early! Great time in a great place.

It was our second time staying here. Literally just a few minutes walk from the lift. And a five minute walk to town. For the price you can’t beat it.

This is a great place to stay if you plan to ski and enjoy Vail Village. It is a quick and easy walk to Golden Peak lift and into the village. The space, while small, is very well appointed to accommodate your belongings and the owner sends very clear directions regarding most questions you might have. Because of the space, this is not a condo where you want to "hang out" for the afternoon, but it is the perfect place to start your morning, rest for a bit between skiing and dinner, get ready to go into town, and fall soundly asleep at night! We had a great time!

The Wi-Fi did not work well and the tv did not work well also but Rene come over and told us we unplugged some device on the counter. Well the tv started working but Wi-Fi still sucked. Also, don’t try to text them back on the number they text you on. They don’t monitor it. I tried texting Rene on her cell phone and she never got it. I finally called her. Also, they claim the lift is 160 steps but I counted 300. Still pretty close thought. It is small. You have to like the person you are with. :)

Although I am late on posting this, the experience does not leave my mind. The owner was easy to communicate with, friendly and when there was a chance for a late check out, she was eager to accomodate :)

The best thing about this property is the location. Literally a 2 minute walk from the ski lift, and only 5 minutes from the Vail downtown area.
The property is perfect for 2 adults and has everything you need.
I especially appreciated the owner checking in on arrival and making sure everything was OK.

We had a very pleasant stay at the property. Unit was very clean, spotless floors in kitchen, living area and bathroom. It also smelled fresh and we noticed no unpleasant or stagnant odors. Steps away from in town bus stop, and 6-7 minute walk to the heart of Vail Village. Easily accessible parking.

Excellent Little Studio Condo. Perfect for one person, very nice for a couple. Nice place to have your headquarters set up if you plan on being away a lot. If you plan on hanging out, remember, it's a studio condo.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this condo property in Vail. It was perfect my husband and I and our pup.
It's not huge, but so much thought was put into making the space functional. Loved all the shelves in the bathroom and there is a good sized closet and dresser.
I wondered about it being a garden unit and that didn't bother us at all, lots of light came through.
There's no private outdoor space, but the tables out in the common spaces were great for enjoying an outdoor lunch.
This was a perfect base to enjoy Vail!

My five year old daughter and I stayed here over a long weekend and loved the location, both close to town and Ford Park. It was the perfect size for us and we hope to stay again soon!

Cute and clean place. If you can find it. We almost didn't. Tried at 11pm to reach the host to no avail after walking the property for an hour trying to find the condo. If you decide to rent this property just look for the sign that says "Laundry" and you will find it easily. I'm not sure why these simple directions weren't included in the 10 pages of irrelevant info such as the meaning of a roundabout. We almost slept in our car but it was cold so we decided to see if the laundry room door was unlocked to get warm but lucky us, we found the door to the condo. Yay. I only really expect a few things from a rental property (getting in just made the new list) and they are: 1) clean (check). 2) comfy bed and sheets (half check here for sheets but bed was super hard and I think it was a double not a queen but don't quote me on that. Couldn't get past my knees aching from the concrete mattress so I tossed all night! The bed only had a thin coverlet on it and no blanket which was puzzling since summer in Vail is still quite chilly. We were shivering all night. The room is basically in a basement which holds the cold, trust me. There was a heater but we don't really do heaters unless it's really cold. Blankets are a great idea when it's 50 degrees in your room. Another ugh!). 3) coffee in the morning (or at least one cup to get out the door) nope! just a teaser bag with some shake in it. Seriously, how hard is it to leave a Keurig with two pods and some creamer and sweetener??? I've never stayed anywhere that didn't include this basic gesture. 4) Good Shower. I don't usually bring my shampoo and conditioner when I stay in a rental because EVERY time I do I end up using the one provided because it's usually a good brand. Not the case here. Unless you use Suave which is a dollar store brand. I'm not a snob but this place needs to step up their game. Hard to find, bad directions, no coffee, crappy toiletries, no blanket on bed, concrete mattress. But it was clean. I've never left a bad review in all my stays but almost having to sleep in your car because nobody will take your call and then kinda wishing you would after all was said and done kind of warrants one. I do not recommend this rental if the above things are important to you.
